God help you if you need to get an adjuster to look at your damaged vehicle! If you are * Verizon cell customer, you can't use their mobile appYou have to go to a very poorly marked PARKING LOT in Brookpark to have an adjuster look at the vehicle
So unprofressionalThey used to send adjusters to the complaintant, now they dont even have their own signage!

Filed a claim on 8/6/with them, as my car was hit but their insured person preventing me to close my door making it not drivable (Also, since it rained for almost a week straight and my door wont close, the seat is ruined) It has been days and they STILL have not sent out an adjustor to look at the damage, which means my car is not able to be worked on and the water is still currently soaking in my seat I have spent hours on the phone with customer service, no one can help me and have basically told me I just need to "wait it out"I went to get a rental car, was told I was could only get a sedan (I drive a SUV) and I had to pay $ This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, and I work in the field! I hit a deer and had cuppys paint and collision in hardinville il fix my car when I got ins check he ordered parts and needless to say when I picked up car I was very disappointed my car wasn't even legal to drive no parking lights but I was charged for them no license plate bracket but was charged my car now has self tapping screws zipper strips and washers why someone would do this is beyond me the core support that was bent and I was charged four hours repair time for was never touched it's going to cost me another to fix car right and State Farm who I've done business with for years won't back me I'm so upset

On 11/27, a branch had fallen onto my vehicle and shattered my sun roofState Farm told me to find a shop to take it to and the issue would be taken care ofI had the vehicle towed to a shop down in White River Junction on 11/At this shop, the owner and Sun Roof Expressions (who State Farm deals with on sunroof glass claims) worked on getting the sun roof replacedThe owner of the shop called to let me know they were having a hard time locating the part but were working on itOn 11/30, I was notified that the part had been found and was being shipped to the shopI waited until 12/to call for an update to ensure they had enough time for the part to arrive and the installationI was informed by the owner that the part did not in fact fit and that the owner and Sun Roof Expressions found out that the part has been discontinued and was a custom made piece of glass and cannot be replacedThe owner of the shop told me that State Farm should have called me days prior to inform

We have had great coverage with State Farm and their employees have been very polite over the phoneHowever, their claims department agents have repeatedly given me contradictory information about the time frame in which my claim is being processedThe ONLY constant was that "it looks like they have received your bid review and it is in their que to be processed"When asked about a time line the first agent said hours, the next 24-48, the next 2-business daysI also heard contradictory information about when my review was actually received to their IAA departmentOne agent even told me that if I called in every day and my information was not being reviewed they would take it out of que and handle is right awayTo which the next agent I spoke to (the next day) said there was no way to expedite the processAnd basically that they would get to it when they got to it(My words not their exact phrasing) I already filed a complaint with State Farm and they were polite however did not offer much as to speed up the processJust an apology expressing they "understand my frustration"I will say however,one agent took it upon herself to keep my information up so that she could contact me later that day with any new informationAfter a full week of them having my review (and a total of days after my front end collision) they finally made some movement forwardToday is the first day that I'be heard "it looks like your vehicle will be declared totaledWe're just waiting on a few more photos for the bid review"From here it goes to their Total Loss Deptand they do not have any idea of a timeframe in which I will receive funds for the lossWhile their employees are pleasant they need to all get on the same page for sharing the same informationThis experience has been beyond frustrating

I canceled my policy with State Farm Shannon till branch in winter garden couple days before my auto draft payment and I asked the agent since it was the weekend and their office wasn't open if they still going to auto draft my account he assured me they shouldn't but if they did you will be reimbursed in full .Monday came and they drafted the payment I called them they said that I will be reimbursed in full it took them over weeks to get my check minus $!! In March , I went to get insurance to State farm office , I got full coverage for two of four cars
In July 21st one of my full covered car got hit in a hit and run case, I called the police, got a report, and when I called state farm to make the claim to get the car fix, they told me that the car was not covered because they dropped the full covered back in Aprilthey said they sent a letter which I never received
They did not fix the car even that I was paying for full coverage and combined uninsured/underinsured, claiming that I needed the information of the person who hit the car, which it was a hit and run that I never saw who did it because the accident happened between midnight Friday night and in the morning on Saturday
So they never paid for the repairs that costed me $
