On may 7th, 2018, State Farm withdrawed $from my account against my knowledge/consentI had a payment plan with my agent already set up and state farm just took it from meThen I contacted my agent and they got chase to reverse the chargeNow on june 5th, chase took the $from my account stating it was not fraud even though I put in a fraud claimNow chase will not give me my money back and I have no money for the rest of the monthThis whole thing started with state farm committing fraud against meSo now I need state farm to reimburse methis is their faultNote that I am not blaming my agentThis was out of her hands

On 2/28/Went to notify agent bill Schuler about roof damage to my home at his office had to speak to secretary *** who by the way is supposedly a licensed insurance agent according to bill Schuler and explained the damage to my roof and asked how do we file a claim she said it’s probably not worth filing a claim but you can get a estimate from a roofer and then submit it we did just that called roofers and got estimates on friday 3/2/I still hadn’t gotten a call from Bill Schuler yet so I called State Farm’s number to see what was going on they informed me there had been no claim info no nothing about me going into my local agent bill Schuler’s office so she put notes in the computer about me going to the office speaking with *** and *** failing to tell bill to call us or mention we had roof damage due to the weather I asked at that time to file another complaint against bill because this is a repeated issue with bill Schuler’s office not calling back about insurance

Days ago, they sent me a unprofessional road serviceThe tow man damaged the key part of the tireAnd I was on my way to the office, so I left the car to that tow manHe towed it to a dealer and I just got a call from the dealer yesterdayThe car was fixed but the part damaged can not be fixedAnd there was a bill without payingI feel so angryI can not pay the billIt doesn't make any sense if I pay for itI have reported this to state farm, they did not give me any useful informationAnd they said I have dollars deductible , that means I need to pay the first dollars and they will pay for the restIt's crazyThey caused these serial problems for me and I need to pay for their faults
They are refusing to honour their policy despite damaging my car further

I have sent numerous request to State Farm in Bloomington IL and state farm offices in Las Vegas NV and Henderson NV requesting to be removed from the mailing list and to be added to the do not call list and State Farm has ignored my requestI get dozens of mailers from State Farm and phone calls and I am no longer a customerI had also informed them about my legal rights on harassment and they ignore my request

The local agency was great, State Farm National worked well with me on two accidents that I was hit from behind, so you say what is my complaint? I went to another top insurance co got a quote for the exact coverage on two vehicles and increased my homeowners ins for $less, a percent savings
