I am SO unimpressed with this company I bought two cutting boards for a gift for Christmas and on the Groupon site, it says that all orders placed after November 30th would not have guaranteed arrival before Christmas I figured I lucked out because I ordered November I'm from Canada so I also paid $extra on shipping as well It is now December 18, and there is no number to call and these people don't reply to any of the open tickets / messages I have sent Completely unbelievable Calling Groupon to get a refund, if that doesn't work I will be opening a dispute with my credit card provider and I would suggest those who have also been scammed do the same DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Add me to the list of people who have been scammed by MHDTake this as a friendly bit of advice to NOT do business with this companyI bought a Groupon for a large cork keeperI waited nearly weeks to receive this order, which never actually came - the wait time was far beyond the 2-weeks time frame they initially quoted, and far beyond the days that they later quoted in the form email I received after I complainedIf you have issues with your order, there is no telephone number that will actually connect you to a live person, and any email responses you receive are form emails that don't address your particular order statusI finally had to lodge a complaint with Groupon to get the price of the item refunded, and another complaint with Paypal to take care of the shipping chargeGroupon contacted the company on my behalf and refunded the price of the item for meOnly AFTER these chargeback requests were filed did I hear anything remotely personalized by MHD, and they did offer to refund my shipping directly, although that has not happened yetI am still waiting to get the shipping refunded and because of this, I still have an open claim with Paypal
This item was for a gift, and if their initial shipping times would have been honored, I would have had it in time for the event where the gift was to be givenWe are now weeks past that event and nothing to show for it but a giant headache
I cannot recommend this company to anyoneWorst business practices I have ever seen in 15-plus years of online shopping! Buyer beware

I ordered from this company on the premises that i'd receive them before Christmas and would be able to give them as gifts

I ordered from Morgann Hill Design Center , I got a groupon and placed order over a month ago I have contacted them via email on occasions with no reply ever I had to pay out of pocket, over and above the groupon, for shipping and nothing!! No reply to my emails and their phone number is disconnected I've requested a refund from groupon and will now call my bank in hopes of reversing shipping charge back to my card

I purchased a monogrammed item from this company, the length of time to receive the item was unacceptable I emailed the company several times regarding delivery by never received a response The item arrived unexpectedly but it was monogrammed with the wrong initial I have been trying to contact them for a couple weeks now via their website but have yet to receive a reply

I was shopping for a silk bouquet for my daughter's wedding in May On Etsy I came across Morgan Hill Designs Their work is stunning and was exactly what I was looking for After some back and forth conversations, I received a custom quote that included a boutinnierre for the groom Their communication with me was always top notch The week of April 13th I was supposed to get a picture and I didn't get it until the following Monday, April 20th This made me a little nervous so I started to do some digging and I was quite concerned about what I was finding Especially after all the rave reviews on Etsy How could this be? Well, anyone that is familiar with Groupon and some of the issues that store owners have had, should understand that while it is a great way to get the word out about your company, if you are a small start up this can lead to a huge response that may be challenging to manage I believe that is what happened and why they are so many negative reviews on the Revdex.com page Let me tell youthey communicated with me every step of the way, their replies were always prompt, the pictures I received were exactly what I ordered...and, in fact, exceeded my expectations They even included a couple of cute Bride/Groom items in the box at no charge I could not be happier and that is why I am taking the time to write this review I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are looking for beautiful items for your wedding Morgan Hill Designs went above and beyond and I am ecstatic!!

Their web site claimed the lead time was 2-weeks. The wood had pockmarks in it and looked unfinished. The script was sloppy and ill-spaced. Design looked nothing like what was advertised. There was supposed to be a monogrammed initial in the middle with names and date surrounding. Board also arrived way too late to transport to my son in *** for Christmas. Just spent $to mail to him. I included a note apologizing for the shoddy workmanship and delayMorgann Hill had no phone number and didn't respond to email. Customer service was non-existent. Their email on 12/said not to open a trouble ticket because it would delay the shipment even further. I also got another email that day advising the cutting board was in "pre-shipment". No further communication at all (we needed to start driving by 12/21) so I had no hope to get in time for Christmas and had bought additional gifts totaling $ to replace the cutting boardMorgann apparently flooded *** and *** ***l in early November with certificates that customers redeemed. Their excuse was that they received 20,orders. This was dishonest of them. They knew how many orders they might get. I agree that I finally got the cutting board but I wouldn't have paid even $for it in a kitchen store, let alone the $Morgann Hill claims it is worth.
In addition, they collected $for s&h on November 3. The USPS label stated the cost to ship was $and the item didn't ship until a very long time after Christmas. There was no email advising that the item had shipped (even though that is what they advertised). When it arrived, it was quite a surpriseYou, the Revdex.com, have given them an "F" rating. I wish I had seen that before I ordered from them. You must know how many unsatisfied customers they have or you wouldn't have rated them so low. This was, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with

I ordered two of their custom cutting boards through Groupon I placed my order on November 9, According to their website as well as Groupon, I was told the order could take 2-weeks to arrive at my door Six weeks passed and I received nothing
More troubling, however, is that I have tried to contact Morgan Hill more than a dozen times They will not return my emails or call me I am beginning to think this may be a scam I have no idea why they would not return an email and let me know what has happened to my order I still have not received the items and am growing more frustrated by the day
I would NOT recommend using this company Their products might be beautiful (I have no way of knowing), but their refusal to communicate with a customer is troubling And I never received the product I purchased, so they essentially stole from me

This company is the worst! I ordered an item on Feb 18, 2016...its been over days (may 16, 2016) and I have not received my item they keep sending generic emails when I ask about a wait time and how long it will bethey do not answer their phones There are hundreds of terrible reviews from this company on yelp all with the same complaints They sell their items on Etsy under a different name because of their terrible reputation Their items are expensive and now I cant get a refund or the item Most of the people who did receive an item only received partial pieces of the order and it was wrong
shut them down!
