Purchased their deal through Groupon on October 29, and was promised a - week delivery time and with numerous emails sent to the company with either no response or a generic response sent to meI finally received my order on Jan 12th, months later! Totally unacceptable! There is no phone # to actually talk to someoneAlso, I only received of the products I ordered on the same orderAnd the product is crap, flimsy thin piece of wood and not at all what was advertised! I would like a refund as I don't feel comfortable gifting these items as they were supposed to be xmas gifts as they are tacky lookingI also want my shipping refunded as wellThis company is a scammer

I placed an order with Morgan Hills on 11/ I have since tried to reach them through email, since there is no phone number listed They have yet to respond to my emails I send one on 12/and another on 12/ Their website states they will reply within hours I ordered something to be a gift, but now that I am receiving no information from them, I am assuming they are not processing my order, yet they have taken my money

They have horrible customer service They do not deliver their product on time if at allDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Do not be fooled by their lovely website - they are nothing more than a scam If like me, you have been ripped off by these people, call your credit card company immediately and dispute the shipping charges I used Groupon to purchase my item and Groupon quickly refunded my money - it's clear that Groupon has received MULTIPLE complaints and is conducting their own investigation Further, this company went so far as to create a shipping label with the USPS in order to generate a tracking number to send me After being unable to track the package and not having received it within weeks of supposed shipping, I went directly to my local post office It was a slow day and the post master dug deep into his computer system and informed me that the shipping label (which generated the tracking number) was cancelled the SAME day it was created Morgann Hill had no intention of shipping anything to me The people running this business are not incompetent, they are thieves I hope the local authorities get involved and these people are forced to live the consequences of their unethical, amoral, disgraceful behavior

I placed an order on December 10, After ignored emails to the company my order finally arrived February 11, There was never a response to any of my requests as to my order and the time frame

I ordered a wedding present through groupon that was said to arrive 4-weeks laterI waited til the 7th week called them was told that they were in really behind but it would be processed soonmonths laterStill no item and I can't get them on the phone now Needless to say the couple did not get their wedding present

I ordered a custom cutting board on 10/01/for a wedding giftI received an email on November 11th with a fake tracking number (that's useless) saying that the product would be shipped on November 12th The wedding was November 17th, and I had no gift:( It's now November 26th and I still haven't received it

Living social deal Almost days later, product still hasn't arrivedCompany is completely unresponsive They created a shipping label, but never shipped the product This company is a complete scam

The absolute worst company EVER!! This company is HORRIBLEOrdered a sign through Living Social in May 2015, didn't receive it until OCTOBER 2015, and it was spelled wrongEmailed the company on 10/12/and was told a new corrected sign would be shipped right outIts now been months, no new sign, three emails and each time a simple :Im sorry, we will send you a corrected sign." DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I order custom cutting boards as gifts They charge a separate shipping cost for each item (as they are designed and shipped separately) Their website does not allow for you to enter different shipping addresses I contacted the company (their website only allows you to contact by email) to ask how to enter different shipping addresses They replied by saying "we can not combine shipping costs" I never asked them to combine shipping So I sent another email clarifying my question After TWO weeks they again replied with "we can not combine shipping costs" I then requested that someone please call me so I could speak with them on the phone and explain what I was trying to do No one ever called Their customer service is terrible I am not at all surprised to see an "F" rating here

I placed an order on September 28th, for a personalized cutting board- received one response approxdays ago that said it would be delivered in 7-business days Have pursued this two more times with no response This was a wedding gift and the order was placed via a Living Social deal Not happy!! Would like it delivered but if not possible, I would like a refund There is no phone # on the website, all correspondence is via email When I check my order history, there is no record of the order

I ordered a cutting board with Morgann Hill Design as well on Dec.08th, through GrouponI sent tons of emails to the business for my order statusThey never respondedI am in CanadaI even paid more shipping fees to themI made complaints to groupon hope to get the refundGroupon said they can do the refund in the beginning, then Groupon changed and said they have contacted Morgann Hill and the business will deliver my product shortlyI have been waiting for week and weekStill see NOTHINGI requested refund from groupon and the businessLooks like my request is being ignored I would NEVER EVER buy anything from Morgann Hill Design and Groupon !!!!!!!

I would not recommend MHD to anyone and I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing on GrouponI ordered in time for Christmas delivery and ended up receiving the two cutting boards sometime in late JanuaryI never was able to reach a representative and my tickets were always closed on their end without hearing anything from them in responseI will never use this company again and caution anyone who is thinking about it

I placed an order SEPTEMBER 10, for a Christmas Gift As of Jan 28, almost months later I have STILL not received my product I have called/emailed numerous times and always a response, of your product is shipping in 5-days This is the poorest/no customer service I have experienced in a very long time These people should not be in business if they can not produce an ordered product in months
