I placed my order December Website said days to get my order It is now January and after multiple attempts, I can't get anyone to respond as to where my order is At this point I don't believe they exist The phone number doesn't work either

I am exactly in the same boat as other customers I purchased items through a Groupon, which was not properly advertised with their terrible production/lead times Only after you purchase the Groupon, make the product on their website and put it in the shopping cart with the Coupon code, does the disclaimer pop up that they are on a day delay I prepared myself for not receiving it in time for Christmas, but now it has been days later, and STILL NOTHING I wrote an inquiry through their website weeks ago and received a generic automated message on 1/ Nothing specific to my order and when it will arrive This is extremely embarrassing that I still do not have Christmas gifts to give my relatives on January 27th!!! What terrible business!!!

The sign I ordered was described online as a "rustic wooden" signThere's nothing rustic or wooden about itThe sign is piece of lightweight mortarboard, painted black I ordered the sign in November, and it was delivered January 15th! Would never buy anything from this company I thought I could trust it because it's an American companySo much for that

Do not buy from this companyIt took twice as long as suggested to get the cutting board that I purchasedIt took days to get a reply from their customer service department, and even when I did finally receive a reply it was an automated messageAfter I finally did receive my purchased, the quality of the cutting is obviously lackingThey didn’t even take the time to center the engraving so it looks lopsidedSave your money; it’s not worth it!

I placed my order almost months ago and when ordering was told it would take weeks to arriveWhen my order arrived almost months past the expected arrival date, it was damaged and of poor qualityIt has taken almost another months to get the company to properly respond (not automated messages) to my complaints and I still am waiting on if they will replace my product or notI demanded a refund but the purchase was through groupon which given the length of time that has lapsed, they will not refundTerrible customer service and poor quality of productHow are they allowed to continue with such fraud?!

Over a day period, I contacted Morgan Hill Designs times in regards to a Groupon I purchased that was not being accepted "***" NEVER answered questions directly and was not helpful at all Customer service is HORRIBLE! Finally got a code that would work for signs but then shipping price nearly doubled from what was promised in Groupon deal When I inquired about the shipping she never acknowledged the Groupon deal just that there was nothing she could do I contacted Groupon and made them aware of the difficulties with this company and got a full refund

I placed an order on Jan 6th which was the second order I placed with this companyI had so much trouble getting my first item & didn't get a resolution until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI again have tried emailing this company to see why my order still says waiting fulfillment & when I would recieve it but again have gotten no responseI am appalled at the horrible lack of customer service or even basic business practices that are clearly lacking!!I want my order filled & shipped ASAP!

I placed my order (which was a gift) on 12-2-and to date it still has not been delivered I knew it would be 30-days and that it would arrive after Christmas, but this is absolutely unacceptable They have no contact number for you to talk to a real person or track your order! I too am wondering if the gift I ordered will be delivered or if I will get any of my money back if it is not

Terrible service After I placed my order in January, I waited the expected day lead timeIn March I submitted a ticket asking about the status of my orderI got a very impersonal response that kept repeating that they make everything by hand and they are experiencing longer than lead times (up to days)They said it would be shipping in 5-business days, then I'd get a shipping numberI waitedAfter days, I submitted another ticket asking about my orderI got the same canned responseSo I called the customer service number listed online during their business hoursNo response, so I left a voicemailI submitted another ticket asking for a refundI left another voicemailI called the customer service phone number times in a row during their posted business hoursFinally I started searching the company onlineOn their facebook page they listed that they no longer offer phone customer service, even though it's still listed onlineI submitted more tickets over that timeAll of them went un-answeredThey actually closed them without any response to meSo I finally called Groupon to get some help Finally after Groupon called them, I got a tracking numberAFTER I had requested a refundSo I figured I would just go ahead and receive my orderThe shipping said it was picked up and it was priority days shippingTwo days later, it still hadn't changed statusSo I called USPS, they said they hadn't actually received the package, but the company had created the ticketSo again, I felt like they were lying to meFINALLY after calling Groupon and USPS, the order shippedOnce it was out of Morgann Hill's hands, it shipped as it should and arrived within days The product isn't bad, maybe not quite the quality I would expect for the priceBut this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had Also, I ordered the product in January to use in my June weddingNeedless to say it's now August and I just received my packageSo I didn't have it for my wedding:( Overall, I wish this company would hire a full time customer service rep who actually respondsThey need to bring back phone customer serviceI couldn't talk to anyone, so I couldn't get my issue resolved Extremely disappointed

Today is December 30, 2014. I placed my order with this company on November 19, 2014 and still have not received my merchandise. I understand this is a busy time of year, but come on, this is ridiculous! I sent a few messages with no answer, very bad customer service. NO customer service! Not happy that my Christmas gift did not make it on time.

I ordered two signs from this company for Christmas (2105) presents When it became obvious that they would not arrive in time for Christmas, I tried (unsuccessfully) to contact them a number of times As of today, January 5, 2016, I have yet to get any reply from them I merely wanted to change the delivery address for the items (they are both out of state), and that shouldn't be a big deal I am VERY disappointed with this company, and would never do business with them again

I placed an order on Novemebr 2, eight weeks later I'm still waitingChristmas came and went and no orderEveryone who has reviewed Morgann Hill Designs has stated the truthThis company will steal your time and moneyI bought it through Groupon thinking it was a great dealIt turned out to be a great nightmareI've contacted the company via email since they DO NOT have a contact number and have received the same fraudulent responseThey sent a tracking number which is clearly bogusI contacted the United States Postal Service about the tracking number which was sent to me by Morgann Hill DesignsThe United States Postal Service stated the tracking number is very unusual and suspiciousI was advised to contact my bank for a refund since Moragnn Hill Designs will no longer respond to my requests for my order or a refundThey will take your order and your money, but WILL NEVER send you anything except a bogus tracking numberIt's a SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with this Company!!!!!!!! I ordered cutting boards on November 13th (Guarenteed for Christmas if ordered by November 19th)I have emailed them multiple times to confirm that we would receive it in time (Do not list a phone number)They promised I would receive itI emailed them again on December 18th to confirm that I would be receiving them in the next few days as I have not received them or even a shipping emailThey did not respond till December 21st saying that they would be shipped out that dayHowever they still have not been shipped out and it is December 23rdSo therefore they lied about guaranteeing me the cutting boards for Christmas and now I will not have gifts for peopleI am very upset and I will never use them again and I suggest you not eitherif you do, give yourself months apparently to get any gifts from themVery unreliable company!!!

Ordered a monogram wall hanging on Oct They said it would take 4-weeks to receiveI am now on week You cannot reply to their emails and their phone number has a busy signalIt tells you to submit a ticket to check on your order statusUnfortunately, after you have logged in and go to submit a ticket, it suddenly tells you that you have to log inOnce you try logging in again for the ticket, it says you don't have an accountClearly that is not the case since I was JUST logged in under my accountBasically they have no way of contacting them about itDo not purchase from them if you want anything sent on timeNo customer service what so ever and I'm still in limbo wondering if I'll get my order

I placed an order on October 1, 2014 for a personalized monogram wall hanging. I never received a confirmation email from the company. I emailed on November 3, without a response. I submitted a ticket via their website on November 10, and received the following response on November 12..."Thanks so much - your order is nearing completion & will be shipping within the next 7-15 business days. Thanks so much again!" On November 11 (a day earlier), I received a shipment email..."Thank you so much for your order from MorgannHillDesigns.com We are pleased to let you know your purchase [redacted] has been shipped via USPS, USPS First Class Mail on 11/11/2014. You can track your package at any time using the link below." On November 26, I checked the shipping status of my order, and found that it was still in the pre-shipment phase. I emailed the company on the 26th and did not receive an email back. I created another ticket on their website and they sent a generic response back..."Thanks so much for placing an order with us. As long as you received a confirmation email rest assured we have your order in queue and it will be created \& shipped within our lead time. If you have questions about your purchase, perhaps our help page can be of assistance." I checked their Facebook page this week and saw that there were a lot of issues with the shipment of their products. I checked the Facebook page again on December 2, and all of the posts about the product issues had been deleted. I am very upset with the way that this company has handled the situation.

I purchased a groupon for a personalized cutting board with Morgan hill designs and paid for shippingIt was stated that I would receive the item before Christmas, I place my order at the end of November and I did not receive my package until late JanuaryI tried to contact the company several times through email which is the only way that I could contact them and I received no responsesThe product arrived damaged due to poor packagingI would never ever use this company again

NEVER order from this company!! I placed my order for a monogrammed wall piece for a family member on November 11, As of January 13, I have yet to receive my item I have emailed the company several times with an automatic reply the first time and I haven't received a reply on any email's following thatThe tracking number that is listed from the company has never been shipped, which they said had on December 18thOnce I contacted Living Social however, they gave me $credit for the shipping that I paid the company if that helps anyone
