Horrible customer serviceFirst they are silent about the item you purchase for 2-weeksThen after submitting multiple service tickets with them they send you a batch email saying items may take over days to process and shipPlease do yourself a favor and NEVER order anything from MorganN Hill

Ordered a Groupon present for my wife on November 15, Went through the correct way to redeem, was told 2-weeks to deliver (Great, before Christmas) we are on week now, no item! I called them with different #'s out-of-service and emailed them, the emails bounce backTheir Facebook is closed down tooGroupon FINALLY made it right after 4-hours worth of emails, calls, and a waste of time! Refunded my order, said they had too many complaints to list! SCAM, BEWARE!!

I emailed this company twice in late November to see if I ordered a cutting board as a Christmas present it would be delivered in time They never replied I placed an order anyway It has yet to arrive--two months later! I have sent them additional emails asking its statusThey list no telephone number to call They have not replied to my emails although I have gotten two emails from them stating my order was incomplete (and asking for information...which I gave them when I placed the order.) My order was not incomplete I just received another email from them today saying the order was incomplete and they need additional information to process the order! Whenever I've gone on their website to check the status, it says my order is being processedI am very embarrassed that I have still not been able to give my Christmas gift!

I can't believe how many of us have the same issues with Morgann HillThey should not be in businessThere is no phone number for contact and they do not reply to emailsI had to get Groupon involved to get an answer from Morgann Hill to a question on the monograming before I could even place my orderAnd although I ordered two cutting boards in November and they said they would arrive for Christmas, they did not even arrive for New Year's, I finally got my two EXPENSIVE cutting boards, the end of JanuaryThey were stuffed into an envelope, they look so cheap; looks like they were something I did when I was year old and had a woodworking project and a year old threw some stain on itI am ashamed to give them to the two people I ordered them forI cannot suggest enough to people, do not use Morgann Hill Design Center Inferior products, absolutely horrendous customer service, (no, I take that back, there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, so how can one rate it !), their packaging is non existent, and even with a Groupon, they are overpricedBut the website product information looks nice CONSUMERS BE AWARE !

I bought a Living Social for a monogramed wall art Nov Ordered it from Morgan Hill on Nov They said it shipped on Dec It is Feband no productContacted them Janthey did not return email until Jansaying it shows it had been delivered and it has not Their tracking number proves it is not delivered! TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! No phone to call.SCAM

Please save yourself significant amounts of time and do not do business with this company I purchased a great deal, or what I thought was a great deal from groupon at the start of Nov 2015, in the groupin it stated that orders that needed to arrive by Christmas needed to be completed by Nov 24thI completed my order on Nov 9thOn Nov I emailed the company to ask about an update on my package, the quickly responded and said it was "in production", since then I have emailed them additional times with no responseMy product was suppose to be here no later than Dec 9th, it is now Dec 18th and still no communicationThey have a customer cr, but don't bother its disconnected and has been since the startGroupon is trying to resolve this for me, but unfortunately it has cost me a ton of moneyI had to go through another company last minute for personalized cutting boards, what was suppose to cost me bucks for ended up costing me over due to rush and shipping This is infuriating as it was the key gift to everything else so I had r legally no choicePlease save yourself the headache guys! Just not worth it

The customer service and delivery service are terribleI ordered a custom piece a week prior to the "deadline" for Christmas delivery For three weeks now, my status is "pending shipment." When I submitted a "ticket" (the only way to contact the company) via the website, it took me sending tickets, one ticket every days, and contacting Groupon, for them to respond The response I received did not address any of my questions (sent days prior to Christmas) Am I going to receive my order prior to Christmas If I don't receive it prior to Christmas, am I going to get a refund? The response was that they are a SMALL business and they have been overwhelmed with orders since they offered a Groupon These small businesses need to be able to deliver what they say they will do and need to realize that a Groupon will significantly increase orders and they need to be able to handle it

I purchased a Groupon for two cutting boardsI ordered November 8th, and just received one! Today is December 27thI have submitted two tickets regarding the second item to which I've received no response! One was submitted days ago; one submitted days agoAlthough the automated response notes that a representative will respond in hours, I have had no response

I placed three seperate orders with Morgann Hill Designs, on January 18th and February 14th, Upon placing both orders, delivery was confirmed at 21-daysThe company only replied to inquires placed through their websiteThe phone number listed on their website and in confirmation emails went continually unansweredI made a minimum of phone calls and left a total of voicemails that were never returnedOn three seperate occasions I requested to cancel my order and be issued a refund through their websiteWhile a request for a status update sent in between refund request was answered, my request to cancel my order went unanswered The order status and was never updated on their website, even after I contacted them directly to request an update on all three orders At days past my January 18th order, I contacted the business through their website and was assured my order was scheduled for delivery within business daysOn a second inquiry (days after my order was placed), I was told only that my order was being delivered "soon"On March 31st (days after order confirmation) I contacted the company to inform them of my intention to report them to the Revdex.com and was immediately sent a response back that they were "paying special attention to [my] order", that it would be delivered in a maximum of 5-days On May 18th, my January 18th order was deliveredmonths, days after my order was confirmedNo apology was ever sent, no excuse for the huge delay or explanation for their horrendous (read: absent) customer serviceThe workmanship of the product was fine, nothing extraordinary to explain the very prolonged delayMy February 14th order has yet to arriveThere is no indication that this product is worth the money, extreme length of time for delivery and very poor service provided

We are very much open, and working on our orders as quickly as possibleUnfortunately our customer service has also been overwhelmed by the number of customers seeking resolution, but we have now hired a new team of representatives who we hope will quell our customers' concerns.For this order, I see that it shipped days after the order date and has indeed been delivered to the recipientIf your corkkeeper did not meet your expectations, I encourage you to contact us directly via the phone number listed on our website

Morgann Hill has the worst customer service experience I have seenI have been trying to get a refund on an item that I waited for over months to receiveI care less about the time frame and more about the condition that the item cameThe personalization was completely off center and unacceptableI have submitted tickets which I get an email response that doesn't address the issue and when you respond the emails bounce because their mailbox is full!!! I am beyond frustrated at the incompetence of this companyI really don't know where to go from here

OMG why is Groupon still allowing this company to advertise on their site???? Last Christmas I had the same exact issues as people are having this year (and if I look back far enough I am sure there are complaints from the year before that!) I received one item (a monogram scrollwork wall art) that looked like a kindergarten art project, and a cutting board that never cameLuckily Groupon gave me a credit back for both piecesMorgann Hill communication is deplorable to non-existent (why would I expect anything more from a thieving company)RUN AWAY FROM ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THESE PEOPLE

Ordered two custom cutting boards with the groupon offeredStated all orders received by 12/would arrive before ChristmasReceived them on January 2ndTo top it off, it was not what we ordered, and they didn't pay enough postage, so we had to pay an addition for the mailman to leave it They offered a Groupon and Living social deals in 2014, and obviously could not live up to their promisedIn reading up, they couldn't keep up with demand in eitherHorrible business practicesGet as many orders as possible to get sales during the busy season, and not deliver as promised
