Review: On 12/2/14 I placed an order with Morgann Hill Designs, using a voucher purchased on [redacted]. I paid $9.99 directly to MHD for shipping expenses. On 12/10/14, I sent a message to inquire about the status of the order. Response was received on 12/13/14, advising me to wait a couple more weeks. I sent a second message on 1/7/15 to again inquire about order status. That message went un-answered. Additional messages were sent on 1/8/15 & 1/16/15, requesting a refund for the $9.99 shipping fees, as no product has been received, and sellers communication has ceased. Those messages went un-answered as well. In addition 5-10 phone calls were also placed to MHD to the phone number provided on their Facebook page. The calls were not answered, and there was not a system in place to leave a voice message. The phone number has since been removed from their [redacted] page.Desired Settlement: $9.99 refund applied to the card used for payment.

Review: On November 28th 2014, I placed an order for 2 customized cutting boards. The website stated that any order placed before December 5th 2014 would have guaranteed delivery for Christmas. It is now December 31st 2014 and I have still not received my items. I have attempted to contact through their website, email, as well as through social media (Facebook). The company has no responded to any of my messages and has deleted the messages that I have posted directly onto their [redacted] page.Desired Settlement: I would like for my order to be shipped to me by January 5th.

Over a 9 day period, I contacted Morgan Hill Designs 8 times in regards to a Groupon I purchased that was not being accepted. "[redacted]" NEVER answered questions directly and was not helpful at all. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Finally got a code that would work for signs but then shipping price nearly doubled from what was promised in Groupon deal. When I inquired about the shipping she never acknowledged the Groupon deal just that there was nothing she could do. I contacted Groupon and made them aware of the difficulties with this company and got a full refund.

I have been duped by Morgann Hill Designs also. I ordered a personalized cutting board and received someone else's (personalized) order. It has been a month, patiently waiting for a resolution that I am now sure I will never see.

Review: I ordered 2 monograms from Morgann Hill Designs on 11/6/14 and was told it would take 4 weeks for delivery. This was fine because it would have come in enough time for Christmas. Getting closer to Christmas, my packages still had not arrived. I had contacted them several times via their contact link on the website because they do not have a phone number. About a week and a half before Christmas there was a mass email sent out stating those that ordered before a certain date would have their products before Christmas ( I was one of those). When they did not show up, I messaged the contact link again because the tracking number did not work. I sent another message, all with no responses. One of the packages finally showed up on January 3rd, but was missing one package. I messaged the link again, and this time I did get a response saying they shipped in two different installments, and another shipping tracking number would show up within 5 days. Nothing within a week. It is 1/19/15 and I am still missing one monogram. No one will get back to me from Morgann Hill Designs concerning my missing monogram. They are beautiful designs, but I would warn everyone to stay away from this company because they do not know how to run a business. These were supposed to be Christmas presents ordered almost 2 months early and it is half way through January and one still hasnt arrived.Desired Settlement: I would like my second monogram delivered, and if it was lost, a replacement to be sent along with a refund of the shipping costs.

DO NOT waste your time or your money! I ordered cutting board on Dec. 3rd and didn't receive it until January 22nd. The board is unfinished and I have been trying since then to get the problem resolved. And as of today Feb. 9th no one will get back to me. Extremely unprofessional! On another note, the board is much smaller than expected.

Review: On November 7th, I purchased a [redacted] for two cutting boards from Morgann Hill Designs. I immediately redeemed the [redacted], placing my order for two cutting boards from Morgann Hill Designs the same day, November 7th. My credit card was charged $55 that day through [redacted]. I received an order confirmation via email from Morgann Hill Designs for two Personalized Cutting Board With Fancy Last Name Design (Wood Type: 1 - Walnut), order #[redacted], on November 7th at 12:10 pm. At 12:11 pm I also received an Order Status Change email detailing the $19.98 payment for shipping.

The Morgann Hill Designs website states that order fulfillment may take 30-45 days. I waited patiently until December 15th, when I sent an email, as well as filled out a contact form on the website, asking for an update on the status of my order. I received an automated response stating that a ticket has been created and a representative would be contacting me. I did not receive another response.

On December 22nd, I received an email stating that my order has shipped via USPS Priority mail, with a tracking number. The assigned tracking number has stated the order is in "pre-shipment" since December 22nd. The status has not changed. I again tried to contact the company on December 28th to inquire as to the status. Again, I received an automated response stating that a representative would contact me. Again, no further response.

It has been two months since I placed the order. I would like to receive the cutting boards I paid for, or receive a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the two cutting boards as detailed in my order, #[redacted]. If this is not possible, I would like a refund for both the product ($55.00) and shipping ($19.98), totaling $74.98.

I wanted to update my complaint as I have received half of my order. I ordered two cutting boards and received one of them; I am still awaiting the second and would like to continue my complaint.

Review: I purchased a groupon voucher for a personalized wooden sign from Morgann Hill Design on 11/23/15. Today is 1/7/16 and I have still not received my order or heard from the company. There is no phone number to contact the company. You can only use their online form to open up a "ticket". I have opened up two tickets more than 2wks ago and have not received any response from the company. This company is scamming people. I want my money refunded immediately.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and the product since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

It is now 1/20 (48 days later) and this item has not yet shipped.

The time frame is outside their stated 30-45 day shipment window.

Further, I submitted a query to Morgann Hill on 1/18 and have yet to receive response (2 full business days).Desired Settlement: I would like the product shipped by the end of the week with my $9.99 shipping fee refunded. Otherwise, I would like to be refunded in full.

Review: I ordered a Personalized Monogram Wall Art on 11/22/14 thru [redacted]. I received an email from Morgann Hill Designs on 12/18/14 that my order was in pre-shipment and to allow 1-7 days for the tracking number. On 12/30/14 I spoke with a investigator from the USPS who told me the package never left California and that I would need to contact the company and to have them contact the USPS if there was an issue. I sent a email to Morgann Hill on 12/30/14 regarding the package and my conversation with the USPS. On 01/06/15 I received an email from Morgann Hill that if I didn't see the tracking number update within 5 days to contact them again. On 1/12/15 I contacted them again that the tracking number never updated. I requested they expedite the order to me asap. On 1/19/15 I sent another email that I had received no response from since 1/6/15 as to where my order was. On 1/22/15 I received an email that I have an open ticket and they are tirelessly working to reply to me previous emails. As of today I have heard nothing from them. I had ordered this for my son and his finance for Christmas which has passed already and then was going to give it as a shower gift which has gone by so would like to get it in time for the wedding next month.Desired Settlement: Would like the order expedited to me asap.

Review: I placed an order on 11/10/14 for a wall hanging, for which I had purchased a voucher through [redacted]. Not only did I pay $25 for the voucher, but I paid an additional $9.99 for shipping when I placed my order through Morgann Hill's website. They emailed me on 12/17/14 to tell me my product was in "pre-shipment" and provided a tracking number. Through tracking, it "shipped" on 12/18/14 but stalled in Fallsbrook, CA - where the company is located. By trying to track through USPS, it says that tracking number is associated with a closed case. I don't even think that was the legitimate tracking number for my shipment. I have repeatedly submitted help tickets through the company website and emailed them; I've tried to call them but they won't answer their phone. I just want my money back at this point.Desired Settlement: While I'd love to receive the product I ordered, I highly doubt that will happen so I'd like to receive a refund in the amount of $34.99 (price of voucher + shipping).

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter in law! I ordered on October 31st and have yet to receive it. Don't ever buy anything from Morgann Hill Designs. They will give you a bogus tracking number and take your shipping fee. How do they sleep at night?

Thankfully, I believe in KARMA.

I would warn people of this company. I purchased a groupon for a cutting board the beginning of February, placed the order 2 days later here it is April 5th and no cutting board. This company is a scam they take your money and you get nothing in return. Disputing the 9.99 for S/H with paypal. I'll get that back at least. Also beware of [redacted] I think they may be the same company with the same products and terrible, terrible reviews. Groupon should look into these companies before allowing people to buy groupons for these scams. Very frustrating!!

Do not buy from this company. It took twice as long as suggested to get the cutting board that I purchased. It took 16 days to get a reply from their customer service department, and even when I did finally receive a reply it was an automated message. After I finally did receive my purchased, the quality of the cutting is obviously lacking. They didn’t even take the time to center the engraving so it looks lopsided. Save your money; it’s not worth it!

I placed an order on Morgann Hill Designs website on October 13th. According to the website, I should have received my item within 30-45 days. It has now been nearly 2 months. When I tried to contact the Company via e-mail I just receive a generic response. When I try to ask a question regarding the backlog of orders on the Company's Facebook page, my question gets deleted with no response.

Review: I ordered a personalized cutting board through a [redacted] for Morgann Hill Designs on 12/5. It is now January 13th I do not have the product, nor a response from the company after several attempts. They have no phone number listed and do not respond to "service" requests on their website. After reading all the complaints filed recently, I fear this business may be a sham and they may have disappeared with everyone's moneyDesired Settlement: If I cannot have the product by January 21st, I want a full cash refund. If possible I would like them to compensate some cash above what I have paid for my time in chasing this issue down and the embarrassment of not having a Christmas present delivered to my newly married niece.

Order a cork keeper through them in Nov. with a groupon. Emailed them several times, they have no phone number or other way to get in contact with them. Never got the product I ordered. Got a generic email response saying someone will contact me in 24 hours. Never happened. Emailed them several times with same generic response.

I was shopping for a silk bouquet for my daughter's wedding in May. On Etsy I came across Morgan Hill Designs. Their work is stunning and was exactly what I was looking for. After some back and forth conversations, I received a custom quote that included a boutinnierre for the groom. Their communication with me was always top notch. The week of April 13th I was supposed to get a picture and I didn't get it until the following Monday, April 20th. This made me a little nervous so I started to do some digging and I was quite concerned about what I was finding. Especially after all the rave reviews on Etsy. How could this be? Well, anyone that is familiar with Groupon and some of the issues that store owners have had, should understand that while it is a great way to get the word out about your company, if you are a small start up this can lead to a huge response that may be challenging to manage. I believe that is what happened and why they are so many negative reviews on the Revdex.com page. Let me tell you. they communicated with me every step of the way, their replies were always prompt, the pictures I received were exactly what I ordered...and, in fact, exceeded my expectations. They even included a couple of cute Bride/Groom items in the box at no charge. I could not be happier and that is why I am taking the time to write this review. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are looking for beautiful items for your wedding. Morgan Hill Designs went above and beyond and I am ecstatic!!

Review: I ordered an item for a Christmas gift from Morgann Hill on 11/23 and still have not received it. Their website says if an order is placed before 11/24 it will be here by Christmas. It's February 5th and I still do not have it. I have sent them over 20 email and I get NO reply. Once I have gotten an automated reply saying orders are taking 45 days to complete... my order has been placed over 60 days ago!!!!Desired Settlement: Deliver my order or give me a refund!!!!!!

Review: I ordered a personalized item from this company. I received the item well after the time they estimated it would complete and delivered. Then the item was personalized incorrectly and damaged. An entire piece was broken. The company offers no customer service number to talk to someone. The only contact information they provide is an online email form. I have emailed them 6 times within the last 6 weeks and gotten no response. My complaint is they did not honor their agreement to provide the service I paid for and have given no response to remediate.Desired Settlement: The company to respond to the multiple communications I've sent and refund the money I paid for my order.
