I purchased a groupon for a personalized cutting board with Morgan hill designs and paid for shipping. It was stated that I would receive the item before Christmas, I place my order at the end of November 2014 and I did not receive my package until late January. I tried to contact the company several times through email which is the only way that I could contact them and I received no responses. The product arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I would never ever use this company again

Review: I purchased a Personalized Family Sign through [redacted] on November 19 2015. I have had no status update as to when it would be mailed out. I sent in numerous "tickets" to the company with no reply at all. I seriously wouldn't have minded the wait had they replied to my inquiry. I am being ignored and after reading many other complaints feel I am not going to get my item I purchased. Here is my order information:

Also I did originally order this from [redacted] on November 19th but the Morganhill web site would not accept my [redacted] code. It took many times to place the order hence why the order date is Nov. 23rd. Mind you they got back to me immediately when I needed help to place the order and pay for shipping. Now they are giving me NO response as to when and if I will receive my item.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my item shipped to me or refund of my money.

Review: I ordered their [redacted] deal almost 90 days ago. A label was created 31 days after the order, but USPS never received the package. They charged me $9.99 for shipping on top of the [redacted] price.

After 30 days I submitted a ticket through their website. After 40 days I submitted another ticket and sent them e-mails and tried call the numbers I found on the web for them(disconnected).

After over 60 days they responded saying it would ship in 7-10 business days. That date too, has passed. I went as far as to contact them via etsy, but they refused to help me unless I gave them my phone #. I simply gave them my order # and ticket #. They never responded. It is very clear, they have zero intention of fulfilling this order.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund for the shipping. [redacted] has agreed to refund the purchase price.

Review: I purchased 4 custom cutting boards from this company that were guaranteed for delivery by Christmas. The design and order has yet to be processed, shipped, or delivered after 35 days. Three attempts to contact the company via email ticket system have resulted in closed tickets with no response. Three phone calls to the company have gone to a disconnected number. The purchase price and shipping needs to be immediately refunded as this is quite a large sum. Any assistance bt the Revdex.com is appreciated as the company has so far failed to respond to either me or the website were the purchase was made from. My next step is to file a fraud claim with visa.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of a financial money spent.

Review: I ordered 4 custom cutting boards through www.morgannhilldesigns.net using two [redacted] that were redeemed on November 26th and November 27th. The [redacted] clearly stated that it must be redeemed before December 5th for delivery BEFORE Christmas.

I have placed a customer service ticket on their website and still have not received an answer after weeks of waiting. I have also taken to other communication methods and still have not heard a reply from those either.

There is now only three business days until Christmas and my orders still have not shipped. If I was not promised delivery before Christmas, I would not have ordered from this company in the first place. My two orders are now practically useless since they won't arrive in time.Desired Settlement: Unless my orders can be expedited and make it here within the three business days, I would like a full refund. Like I stated above, they are practically useless if they are not here on time as promised in the fine print on [redacted] as of November 27th.

I am unsatisfied with Morgann Hill's response because they are failing to address the actual problem as well as my recommendations for issue resolution. They do not strive to resolve customer issues, instead they send you a generic reply stating that there has been a delay with orders.

Review: I placed an order on 11/25/2014 for a personalized sign that would be a gift for my family. Order #[redacted].

The website mentioned that all ordered placed by 11/30 would be delivered by Christmas. On December 23rd I received a notification that my order was in pre-shipment and it would ship in 1-7 days. Well-- that's not helpful. It's a Christmas gift. So I told my family it may arrive late.

As I tracked my shipment, it continued to say "In Transit".... and guess what. It still is. It's January 26th and my gift is still in transit.

I've submitted tickets on the website and all I get is a general response saying they will continue to send me an email every day with updates until my ticket is closed. Seriously? I don't need a reminder that you have still NOT read my ticket and that you still have not done anything to correct this. This is by far the worst customer service and worst customer service practices ever.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $9.99 shipping fee I had to pay. There is no way I should pay for something to ship 2 months late.

Review: I ordered a custom cutting board on 11/3/13. I still have not received it. I submitted a ticket regarding it on 12/10/14 regarding it. I got a general email back on 12/15 about the delay. I got an email on 12/20 that my order was pre-shipment. The tracking stated that it was picked up by request on 12/20 and deliver with 2 day shipping. I never received it. The post office stated that it was never picked up. I then submitted a ticket on 1/2 which was responded to the same day. On 1/5 I got an email from Morgann Hill stating that the orders in Nov/Dec did not come through with the personalized info on it and to please resend that information. Which I did immediately. I then submitted a ticket on 1/5 which was not responded to until 1/20. It said "We are terribly sorry for any concerns you might have. We will personally reach out to you by your telephone number provided. Thank you & we look forward to chatting with you soon." I still not have received a phone call regarding my order. I feel that I have done everything I can to get my order. The lack of customer service and urgency of this company is very disturbing. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Worst company ever had to deal with. After 2 months of getting no response from them I contacted my bank. 2 days later I get an email from MHD and they told me my merchandise is on it's way. REALLY, I can't wait to see what I'm getting. They are also to refund me money but I haven't seen a thing.

I ordered an item on 12/22/2015 and after 5 weeks, I had not received my item so I contacted the company to inquire when the delivery might take place. I did not get a reply so I contacted them a 2, 3rd, and 4th time. They claim to respond to claim tickets within 24 hours, but that's not the case. They do not answer inquires or respond to emails. My 2nd issue with this company is that of very poor quality materials. After 6 1/2 weeks, my item finally arrived sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard and was paper thin, about 1/16 of an inch. The description of the items on the company website does not accurately describe how thin the item is, which would break with little effort. I have never filed a bad complaint report against a company before, but I see advertisements for this company on social media almost daily and I truly hate to see people spend their hard earned money purchasing items that are so cheaply and poorly made in addition to the bad customer service they most likely will encounter. The public deserves to know what they are getting.

I can't rate the product itself...since I have yet to receive it (although it is more than one month past the maximum time they said it would take to arrive. What galls me more than anything is that they have made it impossible to speak with anyone at the company. The phone number hasn't connected to anything. My first attempt at written communication received an irrelevant form letter. My next attempt received instructions on a new, more complicated process to contact them. I went through this process and still received only an irrelevant form letter. My next several attempts received no response at all. It was so supposed to be for a holiday gift...but the holiday passed last weekend and I had to go through the embarrassment of having one couple be the only guests (out of 23) who did not receive a gift.

Review: I purchased five vouchers for Morgann Hill Designs from [redacted] - three for monograms and two for cutting boards. I placed orders for four of them in early November and have not received the merchandise. I received notice that my items were in "Pre-Shipment" on December 18 along with a tracking number. The merchandise did not arrive.My post office confirmed that the shipment and label was cancelled shortly thereafter. I have filed numerous "tickets" online with the company and received no response. They have shut down their Facebook, Twitter and email accounts. This is clearly a scam.Desired Settlement: I no longer want the merchandise. I was able to get a refund on the vouchers from [redacted], but need a refund from Morgann Hill for the shipping for the four items ($39.96) that was paid directly to them (on a credit card).

Please note that the date they show as shipped in 12/10/14 and is not the order referenced in this case - I did receive one item from them that was unsatisfactory. My complaint was dated 1/11/15 after three additional items failed to appear. Please see the false shipping notice sent on 12/18/14 from Morgann Hill. According to the USPS, this item did not exist. The order was created and then cancelled, and nothing was ever received. This company used the USPS to falsify shipments to customers. I want a refund on the shipping paid directly to Morgann Hill.

Review: I purchased a voucher (receipt #[redacted]) through www.[redacted].com on 11/6/14. I paid $27 after using a $3 promotion code, which granted me one personalized cutting board from Morgann Hill Designs. I redeemed my voucher the same day, paying another $9.99 for shipping. I included a very detailed comment in the indicated comment field when placing my order which I found were completely ignored after receiving the item on 12/19/14. I immediately contacted Morgann Hill Designs (ticket #[redacted]) asking about getting a replacement, citing the instructions left with my order and noting how poor of quality the item was manufactured. The reply on 12/21/14 did not address my concerns, but instead let me know they were busy and assured me my order would be fulfilled by 12/24/14, even though it already was. My complaint was ignored and the ticket was closed. I again sent my complaint, this time via email. Morgan Hill Designs asked for my phone number to address my concerns over the phone. I gave it to them, and included that I would like a full refund; I included photos of the defective product. The reply I received on 12/31/14 read, "We are truly sorry for the inconvenience as we have been extremely busy this holiday season. We will try to reach out to you personally and will refund your money." This is the last I have heard from the company. I contacted them on 1/6/15 to inquire on the status of my refund and again on 1/10/15, when I informed them my next step would be to report Morgann Hill Designs to the BB; neither email was replied to. It is now 1/16/15 and I think I have given adequate time for this refund to be processed and/or reply from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund , as promised, credited to my credit card for $36.99 (total price paid for the voucher and shipping) plus 15.24% for the interest which has accrued on the credit card used.

I wish I would have read this Revdex.com report before ordering.

I myself ordered a cutting board from this company 11/12/2015 as of today 12/09/2015 just shy of an exact month I have yet to get any tracking info from this company.

This was to be a Christmas gift, that if not shipped soon will not be here in time for Christmas. I have emailed 2 times and get no response back. I also tried to call the phone# I find online, however seems that is not a valid phone # either.

I would like to an update on this order with shipping details, showing I will receive in time for Christmas or I want a full refund.

Review: I placed two orders through Morgann Hill Designs on November 1, 2015. On their website, they state that orders should take no longer than 45 days. On December 21, 2015, one order was delivered. As of today, January 8, 2016, I still have not received nor know the status of the second order #[redacted]. I have tried calling (number disconnected) emailing 6 times, and no one responds to my requests.

Since I originally purchased a [redacted] for Morgann Hill Designs, I've also contacted [redacted]. Review: I ordered an item from Morgann Hill Designs on 11/21/14, and was told 2-4 weeks for my item to be delivered. This was a Christmas gift in which I thought I had more than enough time to receive it by 12/25. I emailed them 2 times because they have no contact number on there website, and I was never responded to until 12/20/14 to tell me that my item was in "pre-shipment." I was assigned a tracking #, but there was no activity when I checked it on usps.com website. Then I called the post office to see if maybe the updates were possibly an oversight on their part they informed me that companies have a middle man pick up mass items, and are suppose to drop them off to the post office. Mine and 146 other of the same packages were all in limbo basically waiting to be dropped off to an actual post office for delivery. I tried again to contact Morgann Hill Designs via my only option of email on 12/29/14, and I have still heard nothing back.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my order plus I want my actual order that I placed. Review: Where to begin, I could have chosen numerous complaints from the options. I placed an order for a personalized cutting board on 11/04/14. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Morgann Hill's website claims 2 - 4 weeks from order, until ship date. I began trying to contact the company through their website to submit a "ticket" request. to find the status of my order. A day went by with no response. I submitted 2 additional tickets, no response. I investigated and googled their information until I found an email address, in which I did email the owner multiple times to get an answer for my ship date. I ordered this product with more than enough time for it to arrive before the holiday. After numerous emails, I had a reply back that she could not help me and I had to submit a ticket on the website. I began searching this company on the internet and found MANY MANY unsatisfied reviews from customers all over the United States. Morgann Hill's social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) are full of comments from people saying the same exact thing, dozens of complaints, and when is their order shipping! These comments are then clearly monitored & then deleted by Morgann Hill. This is an unsatisfactory way to do business, no customer service assitance, no responses, no answers, no trust in their business to DELIVER on written statements via their website. It should be illegal for people like this to own a business and have paying customers.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if they would finish my cutting board and deliver it to my house with an arrival date ON or BEFORE 12/23/2014. As promised! As purchased!

I emailed their client services the same day and called to confirm my order would be received before Christmas. I have email proof of a conversation with an employee through the company's support email ([email protected] and took pictures of the email. the employee name [redacted] confirmed that my package would be delivered by the date I required. Now the only number for the business is not in service, my credit card has been charged for shipping & handling and the two items. my order number is :[redacted]. I assume the company is aware that they should not have employees who will confirm and verify goods and services they cannot adhere to and if they do it is the company's sole responsibility to abide by it since their employees represent the company and any false information given the company is liable for any consequences that occur from it. I need my order received by the date I was ensured. I do not want to have to escalate this matter.
