I placed an order for a cutting board, that I had purchased as a Christmas gift, on December 3. It is currently January 8 and the item still has not shipped. I had no idea the shipping process would take this long and there is no way to contact customer service, other than submitting a ticket on their website. I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and still have not received a response. I just moved a few days ago and am no longer receiving mail at the address the package is scheduled to ship to. Since the order has not yet shipped, I want to be able to update the shipping address. Even though there is a link to change shipping / billing information on the website, it will not allow me to change this because the status of my order is "processing", which is has been since the day I placed my order... So frustrating! I would never do business with this company again!

I ordered my cutting boards as christmas presents before the deadline "to receive before christmas" and it is 12/29 with no sign of the cutting boards. Their customer service is extremely poor. No way to contact the "business" except through a "ticket" submitted after logging in to their site. Then I didn't get a reply until I called groupon and asked for assistance. Four family members didn't get their presents this year because I couldn't get the company to reply and give me an estimated time of delivery.

Review: I purchased a personalized sign from this company on October 9, 2014, online through living social. I made payment of $18 via paypal. I first contacted them on 11/11/14 regarding their delay in delivering the sign; this was done through their "ticket" contact system on their website. They replied promising delivery in 7-15 days. After not receiving the sign, I contacted them again on 12/13/14. I did not hear anything back so wrote again on12/18/14. I finally got the sign on 1/12/15 and it had a misspelling of a name. I wrote to them on 1/13/15 explaining their error and asked how they would handle the issue. They replied that day and said they would either send a replacement or a refund right away. I replied that I would like a refund and would appreciate an email from them confirming that. (All the communication had been done on their website, and I would have to remember to check back for their response instead of receiving an email from them.) On 1/22/15 they replied on their website again, not an email and asked for my telephone number to call me. I sent my telephone number on 1/24/15. I received no call. I wrote on 2/3/15 requesting an immediate refund and provided my address to mail it. On 2/18/15 they replied on their site asking for a photo of the faulty sign and saying "refunds are made on a case by case basis, but we will most definitely address your concerns immediately." 2/21/14 I sent a photo. 2/24/15 they thanked me for it.2/28/15 I asked when I could expect a refund. 3/2/15 they said, "We will have that for you within 48 hours." I have received no check or no refund to my [redacted] account as of today 3/14/15. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered!Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $18 and I'd like others to know that purchasing from them is not recommended.

Review: My order was supposed to have been shipped in DECEMBER..... I had received an email that it was scheduled for delivery near December 23rd. Although according to the policies on the website it should have been shipped in November.This order was PLACED in OCTOBER. I received a second email this evening with the message that my order is again in PREshipment. This was a wedding gift.

I am completely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. I had to go through [redacted] to even get an update on my order status as no one at Morgann Hill responded to my service ticket (this was sent in the beginning of December). I understand that the company is small and provides custom items, but the lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate some type of acknowledgment from this company. I am so frustrated with their lack of response to any inquiries about the status of my order.

Review: I ordered from this company through a [redacted] for holiday gifts for family. The order was made Decemeber 1, 2014, and I still have not recieved the product. When ordering the confirmation page looked funny, so I immediately on 12/1/14 wrote the company making sure they had all the information for the product. I never heard back from Morgann Hill. This week 1/5/15, I recieved and email that the companies website had an error and they did not recieve a complete order from me, which is why I immediately emailed them on 12/1/14. I responded to the email immediately, and I am hoping for my product by the middle of next week. If it isn't recieved it is sort of null and void. I won't be able to get the gift to my family overseas, because of there error. They continue to email, stating they are sorry for the delay, but the website garaunteed delivery by 12/24/14, which obviously didn't happen as it is now 1/8/15, and I do not have the product.Desired Settlement: I would like my product ASAP as I am going overseas to see my family and would like to have the product to take with me. The website should also be changed, a garaunteed date, usually means you will get the product which was a lie on the companies part. I already got a good deal as I used [redacted], but feel I should be refunded shipping, since the product hasn't not be completed or sent to me

Review: Ordered a product on 12-4-14, and after numerous tries to contact the seller (only via e-mail or a ticket on their website) I still have no product. Last e-mail which was a form letter, stated that my order was completed and would be shipped in 2 weeks, that was on 12-24. My order has stated Pending shipment for the last month, with no way to cancel or change the order. I have asked numerous times for updates, and my product, but get no response. I want my product, or my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my order delivered in a timely manner - like tomorrow please. And I want my shipping fees refunded for lack of timely service, as well as lack of communication. This business needs to have a phone line to answer complaints and questions about orders. They cancelled it because they got too many phone calls asking about their orders.

Review: I wish I could have chosen multiple issues from the drop-down menu. My product was supposed to be delivered before Christmas, and it wasn't. The company ignored the email I finally sent after Christmas, inquiring about my order. Finally I did get a shipping notification, but when my product arrived, one sign was broken due to poor packaging, but neither sign was what as advertised. Both were fully half the size of the product example on their website. They were tiny and flimsy. I emailed the company about both the misrepresentation and broken sign. They did respond back the next day and said they could re-make the signs but that they would likely look stretched. I replied immediately with more questions, and have never heard back from them. Twice in the last three weeks I have tried emailing them again, but my emails bounce right back to me with an error message saying their inbox is full. There is no phone number on the website, so I have no other means of contacting this company. I am beyond frustrated as these were meant to be Christmas gifts, and here I am still dealing with it at the end of January.Desired Settlement: Luckily, I used a [redacted] to purchase these gifts and [redacted] has refunded me the price of the [redacted]. However, I paid Morgann Hill Designs $9.99 in shipping, for two misrepresented products, one of which is broken. I would like a refund of the shipping price.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Morgann Hill Design Center did not propose any action that I can find. Instead it appears they are claiming that they offered to re-create my order, and that I never responded. This is untrue. They responded to my initial complaint about my order, made excuses for it, and said they could re-do it but that it would not end up looking good (in so many words). I immediately replied back to them with further questions, not once, but several times over the course of a couple of weeks, and they never replied back to me. I also tried calling, when it was obvious that they were no longer responding to email, and only ever got a message saying their inbox was full, so I was never able to leave a message. In looking through the MANY similar Revdex.com complaints against this company in the same time-frame as mine, it is obvious that it wasn't me, it was them. They were unable to handle their business in a professional, timely manner, and just quit responding to people. This was over a year ago. I cut my losses and moved on. The fact that they are coming back now to claim that I never responded to them is not only ridiculous, but insulting. I will continue to warn anyone and everyone away from this company.

Review: I ordered something from them, in Dec. it came in damaged I can not get into my account on their website even when I put forgot my password. The number they list is taking your name and number but never calls you back. I would like to have my money back. the item came in broke and was also a piece of junk. I don not have the correct date of the order because they did not send an invoice with the junk. and I can not get into my account they will not email me back my password.Desired Settlement: The refund for the amount that I paid including shipping and handling,

Review: I ordered an item online on 12-29-2015. This item was paid in full. I have not yet received the item. All attempts at calling the business have failed. All attempts at emailing the business has resulted in no response. I just want my order.Desired Settlement: I want my order sent to me now.

Please save yourself significant amounts of time and do not do business with this company.

I purchased a great deal, or what I thought was a great deal from groupon at the start of Nov 2015, in the groupin it stated that orders that needed to arrive by Christmas needed to be completed by Nov 24th. I completed my order on Nov 9th. On Nov 20 I emailed the company to ask about an update on my package, the quickly responded and said it was "in production", since then I have emailed them 5 additional times with no response. My product was suppose to be here no later than Dec 9th, it is now Dec 18th and still no communication. They have a customer cr, but don't bother its disconnected and has been since the start. Groupon is trying to resolve this for me, but unfortunately it has cost me a ton of money. I had to go through another company last minute for personalized cutting boards, what was suppose to cost me 70 bucks for 2 ended up costing me over 300 due to rush and shipping. This is infuriating as it was the key gift to everything else so I had r legally no choice. Please save yourself the headache guys! Just not worth it.

It said to allow 6 weeks for delivery, it has now been 8 and I still have not received anything regarding tracking or anything. I can find the item else where I just want to be contacted and told whats going on.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I order 2 custom cutting boards as gifts. They charge a separate shipping cost for each item (as they are designed and shipped separately). Their website does not allow for you to enter different shipping addresses. I contacted the company (their website only allows you to contact by email) to ask how to enter 2 different shipping addresses. They replied by saying "we can not combine shipping costs". I never asked them to combine shipping. So I sent another email clarifying my question. After TWO weeks they again replied with "we can not combine shipping costs". I then requested that someone please call me so I could speak with them on the phone and explain what I was trying to do. No one ever called. Their customer service is terrible. I am not at all surprised to see an "F" rating here.

Review: I ordered merchandise from this company on 11-30-15. I have made several attempts to contact this company. I've issued four 'tickets' for help. Until recently, they didn't have a phone number listed. Now that that's available, my wife left a message as well (since no one answers the phone). I have not received merchandise or been provided with a tracking number showing that it was shipped.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered to my niece who also lives in San Diego where the company is located. If this can't be done, I would like a refund.

I would not recommend MHD to anyone and I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing on Groupon. I ordered in time for Christmas delivery and ended up receiving the two cutting boards sometime in late January. I never was able to reach a representative and my tickets were always closed on their end without hearing anything from them in response. I will never use this company again and caution anyone who is thinking about it.

Review: On November 8, 2014 I purchased two monogrammed wall hangings using Morgann Hill Designs website. These wall hangings were purchased with a Groupon. I received confirmation of my order. The website stated that orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks.

As of today (December 24, 2014), the products have not been received. I have emailed the company with no response. I attempted calling using the phone number registered with the Revdex.com, but that number has been disconnected. These wall hangings were purchased as Christmas gifts, however, they were not delivered by Christmas. According to the company website (morgannhilldesigns.net), the [redacted] purchased, and the company's Etsy website, orders cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery if placed after November 30. My order was placed 22 days before this deadline and therefore was guaranteed Christmas delivery.Desired Settlement: I would still like the products but insist on a refund because they were not delivered as promised.

Review: I purchased a [redacted]) for two custom cutting boards ($55). Fine print states that it will ship 2-4 weeks from redemption date, and must redeem by 12/5/14 for delivery before Christmas. I placed my order on November 26th #[redacted]. I filled out a customer service request to find out the status of my delivery on 12/16/2014 and received a general mass response on 12/20/14 saying how they received too many orders and cannot deliver them all within the promised date. There was no answer to my question about the status of my products, the delivery date, nothing. Instead of addressing my question, they just whined about how some other customers are complaining on social media and review sites.Desired Settlement: I paid shipping and handling for my product to arrive before Christmas, like promised. So I would like to receive my products and have a refund for the shipping. If a refund isn't available, then I would AT LEAST like an estimated delivery date for my products.

Review: On November 30, 2014 I placed an order (order #[redacted]). The website said if you ordered prior to Dec. 1 items would be shipped by Christmas. The week prior to christmas I had not receieved any shippoing notice, and since the ONLY way to contact the business is via submitting a "ticket", I did so on 12/18 asking about shipping date. I never received any response. In 1/4 I again logged in to see that my status still said "processing" with no ETA. This order was for a christmas gift and it was now WAY past Dec. 25th. I again submitted a ticket, which still says open. I asked for a representative to contact me right away to discuss this order, but as of 1/19 I have still never even received ANY response, even though their generic email says you will get a response within 24-48 hours.

This is absolutely unacceptable as the person this was a gift for has never received it and the customer service is reprehsible!Desired Settlement: I would like to speak to someone at the company ASAP to find out what the issue is and if they intend to deliver my paid for product. In addition, I want my shipping cost refunded OR I want my order canceled and full refund if they can not come to an acceptable resolution with me immediately.
