Review: I purchased an item almost 80 days ago that has not yet arrived. A few days ago I received a response after a long trail of inquiry messages that my order had been arbitrarily cancelled. I find it truly unacceptable to receive this message after all of my correspondences as there is no record of me ever canceling this purchase. All I want is to receive the beautiful product I paid for and requested after all this time.

Review: on 11/11 I prepurchased a Morgann Hill Designs personalized wine cork keeper trough [redacted]. When I placed the order on the Morgann Hill website the same day (through a [redacted] redemption code, I paid [redacted] and used the code to complete the purchase on their website, I paid Morgann Hill $9.99 shipping which was also misrepresented, it was $4.50 on the [redacted]), its said there was a 2-4 week window to receive the item. Since last week, I have sent 5 emails to the company and 3 to [redacted]. My order is still "awaiting fulfillment" as it has been since 11/11 when I placed the order. None of my attempts have gotten a response from Morgann Hill to advise me when I can expect my order. I got a generic email sent back on 1 of the 5 emails stating their FAQ responses. [redacted] has been equally useless because they cannot reach anyone at Morgann Hill either. I would like to know when my order is shipping, as it was ordered for a Christmas present or at the very least a refund of all my money, the money paid to [redacted] for the item and the money paid to Morgann Hill for the shipping. (they do charge you for your item before it ships which is not the normal online practice).Desired Settlement: I would like my order prior to Christmas or at the very least an immediate refund on both my [redacted] cost and the shipping cost.

Review: Like other people, I failed to do my research on this company. I placed an order with Morgann Hill using a voucher I purchased through [redacted] on 11/4/14. Based on their website, it states that orders take 30-45 days to produce and ship. However, I have yet to hear anything regarding my order. The company did use the [redacted] Voucher number but not until 11/21/14 and has not produced any product. I have tried to reach them through e-mail and through their phone number, which gets disconnected. I am very disappointed and would like my order cancelled and my money refunded for the shipping cost. If there is no product, I should not have to pay for it.Desired Settlement: ASAP

Do NOT buy ANY THING from this company. I wish we had researched this company before we did. We ordered a customized cutting board through Groupon on November 28th 2014 as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend's mother. It is now January 10th 2015 and we still have not received it. Their website says it has shipped but USPS tracking says it hasn't, it's still in "pre-shipment". They have no phone number to contact them by and they don't respond to e-mails. They said to expect it in 2-3 weeks for it to arrive when we ordered it but it has been over 6 weeks and it still hasn't even shipped! After doing some research, it turns out that just about everyone seems to have problems with this company, whether it be shipping issues, quality, or the complete lack of customer service. I could not find one, not ONE, positive review for this company except for on THEIR website. Word of advice: always research the companies you're thinking about buying from, especially online. And if you've had an issue with Morgan Hill, I encourage you to write a review and hopefully something will change about the way they do business.

Review: I purchased two [redacted] in which I would receive two monogrammed cutting boards for each of the [redacted] purchased. I received only half of my order for each [redacted]. I email the company numerous times and did finally receive one back asking for the details of which cutting boards that were not received. I promptly emailed back letting them know which ones had not been received, however that was that last I had heard from them . I have emailed several more times but now my emails bounce back telling me that there email box is full.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the remaining two cutting boards.

I placed an order, though LivingSocial for a mongogramed item from Morgann Hill on Oct. 24. At that time, I was to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery (which I paid $10). Today is December 7, 2014. I have not received my item. I have not heard from the company about any sort of delay or refund. I have tried to contact the company through social media, phone, and Living Social to no avail.

If you check their Facebook page you will see that this is a very common issue with this company. When I contacted LivingSocial, the rep told me that the company was behind and asked for a 5 week window to deliver items. I am also past the 5 week window. Why the company didn't contact the customers who placed the orders is beyond me. Why they are still not communicating with their customers - also beyond me. I will never do business with this company again.

Review: I purchased 3 items through mail. There is no phone number located on the website so I contacted them through email. They contacted me back the 1st time. I waited 5weeks prior to contacting them again. They never answered my email. When I finally received the product it was not worth the purchase price. Flimsy and unfinished.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the items or a full money back refund.

Review: After multiple tries I am not able to get an answer from anyone at this company. I am looking for a shipment confirmation and no one will respond to my emails or telephone messages. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MORGANN HILLS! What an AWFUL company! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I realized the day after I ordered.Nov.18th, that my item would not arrive in time for me to ship it to my daughter by Christmas. The only way to contact this company is messaging them (they call it submitting a "ticket") on their website, no phone number. I did so immediately and asked that they change the shipping address to my daughters' address since the website said my order was "awaiting fulfillment". I have submitted 4 "tickets" in as many weeks and the only response has been an email, after just a few hours, each time saying that my "ticket has been closed and they hope that my concerns were resolved". included was a copy & paste of their shipping policy that states it can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. The shipping address has not been updated and my order still say awaiting fulfillment 27 days later, in fact, the whole "customer service thing seems completely automated. I don't believe a human has seen any of my "tickets".

Ordered a cheeseboard from them using a groupon on December 3, 2014 and have yet to receive item and it's February 19, 2015. I have emailed them twice and no response. This is ridiculous!

Review: I obtained a [redacted] online deal for a monogrammed cutting board through this company. The website stated I could expect shipment in 10-15 business days. The order was placed on September 10, 2014. I waited the alloted time and did not recieve the product. I attempted to contact the company with email and telephone contact numbers listed on website. I was unable to contact staff or leave a message on any of the numbers. I also did not get a response from my email. I contacted [redacted] who told me the product had been shipped. I recieved an email from the company stated the product had been shipped. However when I attempted to track it with the number given the USPS states they were given pre shipping information but no product. I do not know what to do in order to obtain the product at this point. The original order number is # [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain the orginal product I ordered and a refund for the shipping cost.

This is the first negative review that I have ever written; however, my experience has been frustrating enough to convince me to warn others about this company! This company is unprofessional and ridiculous! I ordered a gift for my family BEFORE Thanksgiving with a guarantee that it would be delivered before Christmas. What a complete joke! I understand the holidays are busy and that we reviewed a deal through Groupon, so I extended some compassion in hopes that the company is just overwhelmed. So what if I recieve just a little over christmas...? Now January is well over half way over and I have yet to recieve any package or statement that the item has left the bazaar, "pre-shipment" status. I have sent two written complaints as that is the ONLY means of communication with the company (there isn't a phone number listed). I have yet to recieve response; therefore, I am requesting a refund, reporting this to Revdex.com and Groupon. I would encourage all others to report to Groupon/Living Social, too. These items are NOT cheap and all orders deserved to be transported in a timely manner or refunded!

Review: I was told my order would arrive in 2-4 weeks, so I ordered the wine cork holder I bought from [redacted] on 11/18. I have tried to contact the company numerous times through their website and through email to see when I should expect my order since it is a Christmas present, but have not gotten any response aside from one generic email that said let us take the time to answer the most frequently asked questions. It is now 2 days before Christmas and my item is still showing as awaiting fulfillment. There is no phone number to contact the company and their customer service is nonexistent. I wish I would have read some of the Revdex.com complaints before I chose to order from them.Desired Settlement: I either want my order cancelled and a refund, including the $10 I spent in shipping or I want the company to contact me via PHONE and tell me when I can expect my order.

The absolute worst company EVER!! I ordered some thing for Christmas with a guarantee to have it before Christmas since I ordered it before Thanksgiving. Today is January 14th and the order is still NOT complete. STAY AWAY! I have reached out to them on several occasions and cannot get anyone to call me back.

I ordered a monogrammed wall hanging from Morgann Hill Designs on October 3, 2014. On November 24th I submitted a ticket because my order showed as "still processing". I was told at that time my order was nearing completion and would be shipped in 7-10 days, that it had been painted and was in packing stage for shipping. Fast forward to January 13, 2015, 102 days later and multiple false promises from the company, I still do not have my order. I have received a refund from Living Social but I still want the order I placed from Morgann Hill Designs. What a disgrace of a company.

Review: Ordered a cutting board from this company before Thanksgiving 2015 and have yet to receive my order and it is 12.16.15! I have tried to email them many times with no response. I also tried to call them from the phone listed and number is out of service! I am so upset and I see there are 106 negative complaints about this business. I so wish I would have looked at the bad service comments before ordering from this horrendous company. Anyone can make a website look good nowadays!Desired Settlement: I would like my order if their products are even worth it OR I want a FULL refund period!

This company is the worst joke I have ever dealt with! I ordered through a Living Social deal on November 23, 2014. On December 22 I opened a ticket requesting a status of my order as it was a Christmas gift for my nephew and his wife, no response. On December 23 I received an email saying the order was in "pre-shipping" and provided me with a tracking number. They asked to wait one week for the tracking number to activate, it never activated from the link provided. After 10 days I manually entered the tracking number in the USPS web site. It came up as the package had left the facility in Fallbrook, CA on December 23 with an ETA of December 26. Well it was already past December 26 so I called USPS who offered to track the lost package. USPS called me back the next day to say the package had not yet been dropped of at the USPS facility in Fallbrook! How is there info on the USPS website saying it shipped if it was never even dropped off??? I have opened a total of three tickets with this company with no response, the phone number is disconnected. At first I was just going to wait for the item since it was already late, but now I am so pissed I am going to attempt to get a refund. I wonder how is that going to work with no phone number or response to inquiries

This fiasco is beyond ridiculous. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life.

Terrible company. I placed an order through Groupon on January 4, 2016. As of today, March 15, 2016, I still do not have my order. When trying to contact their customer service thru email, I have had a response back only 2 when I have emailed them at least ten times. The last contact was March 2, when I was told my order will ship in 5 days. I still do not have my order or a confirmation email stating that my order has shipped.

Please save your money, time and aggrevation and don't order from this company.

Today is December 30, 2014. I placed my order with this company on November 19, 2014 and still have not received my merchandise.

I understand this is a busy time of year, but come on, this is ridiculous!

I sent a few messages with no answer, very bad customer service. NO customer service!

Not happy that my Christmas gift did not make it on time.
