Review: I placed an order for a personalized monogram wall art on November 21st through a [redacted] voucher. I ordered this for a family member for a Christmas gift. I waited the stated 2-4 weeks and, after hearing nothing from the company, contacted them to request a status of my order. I was given a UPS tracking number on December 18, 2014 indicating that I should receive my item by 12/22/14. That day came and went and I received nothing. I have searched high and low for a working contact number to speak with someone but the only number I have found is no longer in service. On January 3rd I sent an email requesting an update on my purchase and have not received any response to date.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a full refund of the money I spent for an item that was never received.

Review: On 12/4/14 I ordered two products with a [redacted] Voucher. On 12/24/14 my account with the Merchant shows that two shipping tickets were created and that my shipments should arrive by 12/27/14. It is now 1/9/15 and I have not received the items. I have tried contacting the merchant thru their ticket system on their website but have not received a response. They do not have a working phone number for customer support. I see on the Revdex.com that I am not the only one with this problem. I have contacted [redacted] and they are refunding me the original purchase price. Due to shipping charges being charged directly by the merchant, [redacted] cannot refund me this. Review: An order was placed on November 29 for a personalized cutting board. The order arrived on December 22nd, however was individualized for someone else. I contacted the company (via email due to not having a phone number listed). The company immediately emailed me back letting me know that the correct cutting board would be sent immediately. Following their response, I attempted to contact the company on 5 different occassions inquiring about the status of the product, however received no response. I emailed on January 12th and informed the company that if I didn't hear a response by January 14th I would assume they were no longer sending my product and I would take further action. At that time the company responded and told me that a representative would be calling me the following day, however I never received a phone call. I then followed up with 2 emails inquiring about the status of the phone call and product with no response and one of the emails being sent back to me due to the company's mailbox being full.Desired Settlement: The only thing I am asking is for the delivery of the product that I ordered. I think the product looks great, however the experience that I have had with the company and the lack or responses is unacceptable.

I placed an order with Morgan Hills on 11/17. I have since tried to reach them through email, since there is no phone number listed. They have yet to respond to my emails. I send one on 12/1 and another on 12/8. Their website states they will reply within 24 hours. I ordered something to be a gift, but now that I am receiving no information from them, I am assuming they are not processing my order, yet they have taken my money.

Review: I ordered a product from their website on December 10, 2015. Immediately following my order I received a confirmation email with my order number. I was not informed at any time what my expected shipping date would be. On December 15, 2015 I emailed their customer services to inquire about their lead time for shipments. I never received a response. Over the next 20 days I opened two tickets on their website and sent three more emails asking for a response from a representative. I have yet to hear from anyone and it has been almost 40 days since I ordered my item and I have still not received it, nor have I been sent an expected shipment date.

Their website does not provide an adequate amount of information regarding their shipping policy and their phone number is not found on their website.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had online.

I purchased this item directly on their website using a [redacted] voucher. I will be notifying [redacted] of this experience with the hopes that they will discontinue a relationship with them as they cannot seem to manage filling orders.Desired Settlement: I want to speak directly to a manager of this business. I want my item to be shipped next day, and if my item has not been sent out by that time I want a complete refund for my item including my shipping fee and the amount I paid for my [redacted] voucher.

I ordered a cutting board with Morgann Hill Design as well on Dec.08th, 2014 through Groupon. I sent tons of emails to the business for my order status. They never responded. I am in Canada. I even paid more shipping fees to them. I made complaints to groupon hope to get the refund. Groupon said they can do the refund in the beginning, then Groupon changed and said they have contacted Morgann Hill and the business will deliver my product shortly. I have been waiting for week and week. Still see NOTHING. I requested refund from groupon and the business. Looks like my request is being ignored. I would NEVER EVER buy anything from Morgann Hill Design and Groupon !!!!!!!

Review: I've had multiple issues with this company. I placed an order on October 12, 2014. Their website states 4-6 weeks for delivery. I sent 3 separate emails requesting an update on my order, I received on 11/10/2014 that is was nearing completion and would be shipping within the next few days. I didn't receive my order until 1/12/2015. Although that was frustrating, I was even more frustrated when I received the order. The product I ordered was damaged and looked horrendous. There were scratches in it, the paint wasn't even, the back of the product looked burned and it was so flimsy that is would bend when held up. I again, sent them an email voicing my dissatisfaction with the product. On 1/18/2015, I received a response stating they would call me regarding my order. I have never received a call or a follow up email to the 3 additional emails I send asking for a refund. If you would like to see pictures or the product and all supporting emails, I would be happy to send them to you.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount. I purchased the product for $29.00 (through a Groupon that was offered) and $9.99 in shipping. The total refund I am requesting is $38.99.

I placed an order for a customized cutting board on 11/28/14 through Groupon. The voucher clearly states that orders need to be placed by 12/1/14 to ensure delivery by Christmas, so I placed mine within the given time frame because it was meant to be a Christmas present for my mother. A few weeks go by and I did not hear anything regarding my order. When I would check the status on the website, it would just say “your order has already shipped or is in the final stages before shipment”. The company does not list a phone number on their site or anywhere else on the internet that I can find. I submitted a ticket through their site asking when my order would be ready, I received nothing in return about this ticket. I did, however, receive an automated email saying they are overwhelmed with orders and they did not anticipate this many orders to come through and to please not leave negative reviews about them. While I understand that their products are handmade and not necessarily mass produced, they should not be advertising a promise that they cannot keep. When a company sets up a Groupon/Living Social/etc. type of deal, the company can choose how many vouchers they want to sell and all those other details, so they KNEW there was a chance that they would be getting 1,000+ orders and that they could potentially want their products by Christmas. If they cannot handle this many orders in a small amount of time, they should not be setting up these deals. What is also very unsettling, while searching the internet for some way to contact them (they have still never replied to my ticket I submitted and only have ‘noreply’ emails listed for communication) I found their Etsy page. This page clearly states (and I took a screen shot) that if you order something AFTER 11/25/14, it will NOT arrive by Christmas. So if they already knew that 11/25/14 was their cutoff date, why did they provide the date of 12/1/14 to Groupon?! I actually did received an automated email last night from them saying my order is PRE-SHIPMENT, meaning it has still not shipped!!! I won’t get it until January probably and by then it won’t even matter! I am so upset over this. Had I known they wouldn’t be fulfilling their requests as promised, I could have spent this entire month looking for another gift. Now I’ll have to ship it to my mom in another state and pay MORE of my own money, even though I’ve already paid them an extra $10 for shipping beyond the cost of the Groupon. I just can’t believe they have such terrible customer service. I also have no way to get a hold of them to get my $10 back that I paid them for shipping, I’m having to escalate through Groupon to get a hold of them somehow because they obviously have no interest in speaking with their customers. I’ve even read other reviews from people where they will receive a reply back from the company but only to ask them to remove their negative review, so it seems as though that’s all they care about. They want to appear as though there are no issues rather but not actually provide that level of service. I will NOT remove this review even if the issue is resolved. It should have never happened in first place and other consumers need to know about this. Groupon should definitely be requiring the companies they do deals with to provide good contact information, but the majority of the blame here still falls on Morgann Hill Designs. They have caused me so much stress over this, not knowing if I would receive it on time and having to use up a lot of my time searching for their non-existent contact info and sitting on hold with Groupon. Just RIDICULOUS!!! You have RUINED my Christmas, Morgann Hill Designs!!!!

Review: I made a purchase with this company on November 28, 2015. They guaranteed the order to be delivered by Christmas. Well it is now February 10, 2016 and there is still no sign of the package. They took weeks to get back to me when I sent them an email and they responded with a universal email saying that the package had been delivered. This email was sent to me on January 15th... still no sign of the package... I am also located in California so how can this be? I contacted [redacted] through which I had originally made the purchase through and they just sent me an email on February 9, 2016. and told me that they were told the package would be shipped next week. So why would they send me an email on january 14th saying it had been shipped. In my opinion this is unacceptable from a company and if they say something will be there by Christmas they shouldnt wait till February to get it sent out... If it even has been..Desired Settlement: I feel like I should be reimbursed for the shipping charge of $19.98 seeing that they guaranteed this order to be here about 2 months ago.

Review: I ordered a chopping block from Morgann Hill Design on November 30, 2014. On December 24, 2014 I received a pre-shipping notification indicating it would be delivered by 12/27/14. The notification reads......"Thank you so much for your order from MorgannHillDesigns.net! We are pleased to let you know your purchase [redacted] is nearing completion & is currently in pre-shipment. Please allow 1-7 days for your tracking number to update as it is currently pending packing & pick up via USPS 1st Class, or USPS Priority Mail.

During this very busy time of year please refrain from sending us a customer service ticket until you have waited the full 7 business days for your tracking number to update. In the rare case that after 7 days your tracking number has not updated please do contact us via our customer service link below. We thank you so much & wish you a very happy new year! "

On January 5, 2015 I am notified they their system wasn't able to read the text and could I please send the information in the email. Please note, the name and information requested was in the email they sent me. I did as they requested. I asked for updates every couple of days with no response. On January 27, 2015 I receive an email requesting the exact same information as requested in the January 5th email. They do not respond to emails, I am unable to locate a phone number and after almost 2 months, a gift that had been intended for Christmas still hasn't even been made.Desired Settlement: I want the cost of shipping refunded and the order delivered as promised.

I then made the individual requests for each product on 11/5/14 and paid the additional shipping cost of $9.99. Upon review of my tracking on the Morgann Hill Design Website my orders were shipped and picked up by the USPS on 12/17/14 and 12/18/14 with an expected delivery on 12/22/14. To date I still haven't received my orders. I have also filed a complaint with the USPS and my next complaint is with [redacted]. Review: I purchased three [redacted] deals on October 5, 2014 for Morgann Hill Designs. I redeemed the vouchers for the three deals on that same evening, October 5. I ordered three Personalized Monogram Wall Art products and on their website it says "Availability:: Usually Ships in 2 to 4 Weeks". On November 1, 2014, I submitted a ticket to Morgann Hill Designs asking the status of my order since when I logged into their website to check myself, it stated I had no order history. I submitted a second ticket on November 8, 2014 asking what the status was, since I did not hear back concerning my November 1 ticket. On November 11, I received the following response: Thanks so much - your order is nearing completion & will be shipping within the next 7-15 business days. Thanks so much again! Fast forward to the beginning of December. Still no delivered goods, even though Morgann Hill deducted the shipping charge from my bank card on October 6 when they order was processed. I contacted L[redacted] and they investigated what was going on. Today, December 9, I received an email from [redacted] that read: I'm sorry to hear there’s trouble redeeming your voucher with Morgann Hill Designs. Thanks for letting me know.

I was able to confirm with the merchant that your order is almost complete and will ship in 5 to 10 days. Morgann Hill Designs will email you directly once your tracking number is available (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for this email if you do not see it within 5-10 days).

I should also point out that I emailed [email protected] to inquire about my order before contacting [redacted] (I found that email address on their Facebook page). As you can see, this company is not adhering to their stated claims regarding product delivery. It has been over 2 months and I am still waiting for these products, which were to be Christmas gifts. No one at Morgann Hill Designs will respond to my inquiries as to why it is taking so long.Desired Settlement: Since it has taken Morgann Hill Designs so long to complete these orders and they are not standing behind their original promised delivery date, I want a refund. Many customers have stated dissatisfaction with their order times on their Facebook page, and Morgann Hill Designs simply deletes their comments. The fact that this company will not respond to paying customers is reprehensible. I am furious. If they cannot keep up with order demand, then stop selling their stuff on [redacted] and [redacted]! This business is a complete scam and I will never, ever purchase another item from them and will inform everyone I know about their abysmal customer service.

I ordered items in mid November with a promise for Christmas delivery. I never received anything and finally on January 23rd I was able to get a refund through Groupon. Morgann Hill is beyond bad, you cannot contact them to speak to anyone human as they will not publish a phone number, they take between 3 to 5 days to reply to email and then send you a "canned" response and more empty promises or more accurately more lies. They sent me a USPS tracking number on January 2nd and stated it would be active within 7 days and as of the 23rd it still is not active, however when I look on their web site to check status it indicates "shipped". For the life me I don't understand how this company has not been shut down for internet fraud. Do not waste your time, money or gray hair on this Company.

This is the worst company!! They are just out to make a buck and have NO concern for the quality of their product or for customer satisfaction. I ordered (2) family signs - 1 sign was spelled incorrectly. No one of my three requests has for correction has EVER been answered. In the same order was one Christmas (Grinch) sign. It should have had the family JONES on it, but it was painted as JONAS. They never corrected, replaced or even respond to my complaint. The final item in the same order was the "Love Story" item...I paid $45 for this and it was never received. Again, no response to my complaints or requests. 3 out of 4 items were incorrect. This is proving to be an expensive lesson for me. I will never use this company again....BEWARE!!

They advertise that orders placed before November 30, 2014 would be guaranteed for Christmas. I paid them money. My products are nowhere to be seen. I cannot get any type of help from them. I wish I would have read all the reviews before purchasing something from this company!!!!! I ordered a sign on Oct 9, 2014 using a Livingsocial deal and here it is Jan 5, 2015 and I still don't have a sign or any clue when I will be getting it. There is no customer service at all, I emailed them on Dec 29, 2014 and they still have not responded. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!! Buyers beware.
