I purchased a GROUPON for the scroll design name signs, and still have not received the signs, and the GROUPON code would not work correctly. When I submitted a ticket online to customer service several times in hopes of ordering as gifts for Christmas, they would not respond for days. When I would get a response, it was that everything should be working correctly. I was not able to order in time for Christmas, so finally they got the website glitch resolved so I could use my GROUPON code after Christmas. I submitted my order on December 30, 2015. It's now February 23, 2016, and I contacted their customer service again. They have now responded that they have expedited my order to ship. I would not recommend this company as it has been one problem after the next. AVOID Morgan Hill Designs if you are thinking about a gift that you need within the next few months. They are not dependable.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] coupon in October 2014 to purchase a monogram plaque with Morgann Hill Designs. I placed the order in November and received an email on December 18 that the item was being shipped. I was provided with a "tracking" number, however, the item never moved beyond "being picked up by the United States Postal Service. After a series of emails with the company, I continued to be told to "wait 5 more days", "wait until mid-week", etc. with no response. I asked them to resolve the issue otherwise I would make a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. After this communication on January 6th, I never received any follow up communication from Morgann Hill Designs. I think that they are a bogus company and never intended to provide the product purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the $9.95 shipping and handling refunded. Ideally, since this was a gift, I would like to have the gift received to give my niece, who is now back in Spain where she lives.

Review: This is a complaint against Morgann Hill Design (MHD) for ignoring my 5 e-mails regarding a purchase made through [redacted] on 12/4/14.

I ordered 2 personalized family wall signs normally priced @ $45 a piece. Product Code: MHD 30007. Beyond the prepaid [redacted] voucher of 2 for $39, S/H fee of $9.99 was charged separately by MHD.

Due to the busy holiday, I forgot about this purchased and soon realized these 2 personalized name signs had not arrived, so I contacted MHD via e-mail on 12/23/14.

On the MHD site it referred to placing any correspondence by e-mail and to fill in all inquiries through their "ticket system." My ticket number was [redacted].

On 12/26/14, I received a cordial auto message from MHD, stating their apologies and a reply normally would take 48 hours, unless they're experience a high volume of "tickets". MHD explanation sounded sincere and apologetic as they received a high volume of customers from [redacted] and [redacted]. MHD mapped out scheduled dates when these delayed orders from [redacted] and [redacted] will be sent out. Mine was in the process of being shipped out soon. Nonetheless, I remained patient as this order wasn't purchased for as Christmas gifts; I just wanted to have these two attractive family name signs.

In early January 2015 (mailing label dated 1-6-2015) I received a cardboard flat from MHD; inside there was only ONE family name sign, not two as ordered. Also, I noticed the height of the sign to be much shorter than expected. I checked on the MHD site and it listed the sign to be 10" tall, mine was only 4". I contacted MHD using the same ticket number and explained the problem. Weeks later, I finally received an e-mail reply from MHD asking for a photo to support my complaint. On 1-31-15, I sent them 2 photos using a ruler beside the 1 sign.

Thereafter, I haven't heard a word back from MHD. I sent 3 other e-mails on 2-7-15, 2-16-15 and 3-2-15 requesting a reply before contacting Revdex.com; 3/6/15 was the deadline.,Desired Settlement: MHD company pledge for customer satisfaction has been a complete scam and fraudulently represented on their online website. At first, I was patient and understanding as they were overcome with more orders (from [redacted]) than they could handle. However, when MHD requested proof of my complaint, I complied by e-mailing 2 photos, they abandoned all efforts to fulfill my initial orders for 2 personalized name signs at the posted height of 10". My order was placed on 12/4/14 and now it's 3/11/15 and MHD hasn't responded, nor completed or fulfilled my order. According to Revdex.com, they have recorded 337 complaints toward MHD. Counting this complaint, MHD now has 338.

Morgann Hill admitted that they had ordering issues on their end and sent me this:

Please send an email to [redacted] including your order number, the email address you used to place the order, and an update on these missing details so that I can put the correct information on your order and get it into production and shipped immediately. We apologize for this inconvenience but please rest assured we are working around the clock to get all orders designed and shipped out as quickly as possible!

[redacted] states they cannot assist and Morgann Hill WILL NOT respond or send me the custom cutting board I ordered.Desired Settlement: I desire Morgann Hill to communicate the status of my order to me and I would like to receive the cutting board I ordered and paid for.

Review: I ordered 2 products from Morgan Hill Designs on November 14, 2014 the custom made product ordered and the email confirming my purchase, paid for with a credit card, stated 2-4 week delivery. On 1/7/2015 after numerous emails to Morgan Hill Designs only 1 of which was answered with a generic response that the order was ready for PRE-shipment. Finally 3 weeks later I received 1 of the items ordered. My tracking number says delivered, but I ordered 2 products. Both are listed on both the confirmation email and the email confirming my order. I am still missing one product ordered. I tried to contact the company by phone but the only number I can find for Morgan Hill Designs led to a disconnected line. I ordered with a [redacted] I have contacted [redacted] for help this issue but did not receive a reply from them. I can supply copies of both my confirmation email and a receipt that I paid for my products. Also copied of emails ( I had a copy of my emails sent to Morgan Hill Designs, sent to me also.Desired Settlement: I just want the product(s) I ordered and paid for to be delivered to me as soon as possible.

Review: I placed an order with Morgann Hill designs on Nov 30th and have yet to receive my item or receive any information as to when I'll be receving it. I've sent the company emails using the contact link provided on there site at least once a day for aproximately a month and have not received any replies.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for $29.00 and ordered from them on 11/22/14 and paid additional $9.99 the order # was [redacted]. I received an email on 12/18/14 stating it was in pre-shipping and gave me an usps # . I waited and waited. On 12/31/14 I emailed the company and nothing. I checked again and emailed again 1/8/15 and nothing. I searched around online and found they are listed on several sites. They have many email addresses and apparently many other people they have done the same thing too. They get a pre-shipping number and email it out and they cancel it soon afterwards. They have many complaints on the Revdex.com of California too. I also found another address at [redacted] on the corporation wiki site that listed a [redacted] as owner. On all the websites they claim to be [redacted] and [redacted].

I ordered the item as a Christmas Gift and I waited for it and I am so mad they didn't deliver and find they have done this to others just sucks. It's not okay and for some reason they are still in businessDesired Settlement: I will ask for a refund by groupon and then my credit card. I am a honest person why can't they be one too!

Ordered a Groupon present for my wife on November 15, 2015. Went through the correct way to redeem, was told 2-4 weeks to deliver (Great, before Christmas) we are on week 8 now, no item! I called them with 2 different #'s out-of-service and emailed them, the emails bounce back. Their Facebook is closed down too. Groupon FINALLY made it right after 4-5 hours worth of emails, calls, and a waste of time! Refunded my order, said they had too many complaints to list! SCAM, BEWARE!!

Review: I ordered 3 items form Morgann Hill Designs on 11/12/15. Two of the 3 items were delivered (not before Christmas as promised...which was a problem, as they were gifts). The third item STILL has not been received. According to the USPS tracking # the item was received in the Fallbrook, CA Post Office on Dec 18th. In contacting USPS, I was told that they received notice of a preshipment label being created, but they never had the item in hand. I have tried numerous times to contact Morgann Hill via email and I have created many "tickets" on their site for them to investigate. I feel I have been more then patient in waiting for them to deliver the item I have ordered, AND paid $9.99 for shipping! I received an email from them today stating my order has been resolved and all open tickets were closed.

Both phone numbers found for Morgann Hill Designs are "no longer in service" when called. I am not sure where to turn, as I just want the item I ordered and paid for....and still need this Christmas gift. I have noted this problem on their facebook page as well and numerous persons have commented too. All of those had an order placed and according to their tracking number, delivered to the post office on the same day as mine (Dec 18). I have copied my order info below. I look forward to hearing from you as to what I need to do to have this issue resolved.

Review: I purchased 2 monogram wall hangings from Morgann Hill via [redacted] voucher on Nov 22nd. As of January 1, I have no received my order. I've contacted Morgan Hill twice via email. The first time, I received no personal response, only a canned email to all customers saying all orders should be received by Dec 24th. I received nothing. I emailed again a few days ago and received a reply this time only after stating I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. They asked for my phone number so they could call me. They ALREADY have my phone number as it is associated with my order. I can only assume they are playing games now. I attempted to track the package via the USPS (according to their website it was shipped) but it is still sitting in CA as of Dec 19th. I received no goods or services for these charges and after attempting resolution, got nowhere. I've disputed the charges with my bank and also want to file this complaint.Desired Settlement: I don't want the items. They were intended to be Christmas gifts and since that date has long since passed, I want a full refund.

I started inquiring about the status of my items & the order delivery on 12/10 (almost the 4 week mark). I received a "general" response to my e-mail that due to an overwhelming response to a recent promotion that they could not respond to e-mails and to log an inquiry through their website. I logged 2 inquiries and sent 2 e-mails and still do not have my items or I have not received a response for the Company. It has been over 7 weeks and still no response & no products. I would like a refund for not only the items/gifts that I did not receive. I have NO USE for the items since they were a Christmas gift to out-of-town relatives.

Review: I ordered 2 wood cutting boards on December 3 2014. They were purchased through a [redacted]. On the site it said to have your order delivered for Christmas the order had to be submitted by this date. I submitted the information for the first board and after I submitted it I realized I had selected the wrong colour wood. I emailed them within minutes of placing my order and was told that I could not change the order in any way because the product goes into manufacturing immediatly. I was very disappointed but understood. I did not receive either of the cutting boards by Christmas, and on December 21, 2014 I received an email for the company apologizing.

on Tuesday February 3, 2015 over 2 months after I placed the order I received one of the two cutting boards. It was the one that I wanted to change the wood colour. It looks terrible. It is far too dark..that is why I wanted to make the change. I will not be giving it as a gift.

I have yet to receive the other board.Desired Settlement: I had to purchase two extra Christmas gifts due to this and now I have a board I will not give as a gift. I hope the other one is decent enough to pass along. I would like to be able to exchange this cutting board for one made with pine, and I am just hoping the other one is ok but since I haven't seen it yet I can't say!

Review: On Tues November 17, 2015, I placed an order over the website for a home sign. My account was charged $54.99 Home [redacted] CAUS. I never received a confirmation number or delivery date. The following week, I sent an email to the support line asking for a confirmation number or a delivery date. After two days I received an email to just enter my [redacted] code. I did not use [redacted], I ordered directly from the site. I went back and forth for a few days, and after becoming extremely frustrated I cancelled my order/requested a refund. On November 25, 2015, I received a refund of $45.00 Home Desi [redacted] CAUS. I am owed $9.99. Not only did I work with an incompetent company, I never received my purchase and now my refund is $9.99 less than I paid? That is outright theft!Desired Settlement: I want the $9.99 returned to my account immediately.

Review: Hello - I placed three orders with Morgann Hill on 11/28/14 for a total of 4 items. At this date, I've received 1 of the 4 items I've ordered and want my products immediately. All of these orders were guaranteed Christmas delivery. The first order went into pre-shipment on 12/19/14 and I have not received the product as of today's date. If you track the number via USPS, it shows that the product is waiting to be picked up on 12/19 and no other information is available. The USPS investigated this tracking number and their response was that the product had never been given to the USPS to ship. The second order was 'shipped' on 12/23/14 and still hasn't been delivered. The USPS tracking says the same information as the order from 12/19. The third order was 'shipped' on 1/7/15 and had two items in the order. I received one of the orders on 1/12/15, but haven't seen the second order. USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered, however only 1 of the 2 products arrived.

For the first order I paid $22+9.99 for shipping. The second order I paid $29+9.99 for shipping. The third order I paid $39+9.99. In total I paid $119.97 and only received one of my four items. I have repeatedly reached out to Morgann Hill and have not received the attention that this matter deserves. The last response I received from them was on 1/5/15. Since then I sent them 3 messages and haven't received a response. The last message I sent on 1/19/15 was rejected from the server.Desired Settlement: I want the three products I paid for and I want my shipping reimbursed because I now have to mail these gifts myself.

Review: I placed an order with Morgann Hill Designs on 11/14/2014. A month later, 12/14/2014, I had still not received my order and contacted the shop. They replied letting me know that each order was custom and I understood that. Then on 12/18/2014, 1 month and 4 days after ordering, I received notice that the product had shipped. Christmas came and went and I never received the package. I contacted the shop two more times asking where my package was and they have not returned any correspondence through their website. I called the USPS (where it said it was shipped from) with the tracking number and filed a complaint so that an investigation could be done in finding the package that I had been waiting for, for almost 2 months, that I already paid for in November. The USPS contacted me back to let me know that this item was NEVER shipped and that only a pre-shipping label had been created. Therefore the shop, Morgann Hill Designs, was lying about the shipment. Since Morgann Hill Designs would not return my correspondence via their website, I contacted them through [redacted], where they also do business. When I contacted them, she replied that she could not correspond through [redacted] because our transaction was not through [redacted] and that she would call me. That was a week ago and she's yet to call me. At this point, it seems as though this company has scammed me. I'm incredibly disappointed in their actions. I'm in search of reimbursement of my money or the product asap. Thank you for your kind assistance in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered asap or full reimbursement. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't comment on the actual product because I ordered it MONTHS ago as a Christmas present and I still don't have it. The most frustrating thing is that I've been vigilant following up on my order. Every time I've emailed them they've told me it will ship in 7-10 days. Then to add insult to injury I get an email from them yesterday basically asking that I don't report their terrible service. I understand they are a small company, but they should have taken that into account when they chose to advertise a groupon. I'm just disgusted with this company and would encourage everyone to avoid shopping with them.
