Review: I purchased a [redacted] deal for a monogrammed wall hanging from this company. I then placed an order on December 11, 2014 and was charged $9.99 for shipping.

After not receiving any update for this item, and finding no phone number to call for information, I finally submitted a ticket in January 2015, informing them that my item had been in the "processing" stage for over one month. I was told they were busy and it would be soon enough. In fact, the actual email I received was "Hello,

Apologies for the delay in response - our ticket system has been a bit overwhelmed this holiday season! We do apologize we are running a bit behind our normal 4 week lead time. We are slightly delayed; however, your order should be shipping in the next 5-10 business days. We once more apologize for this delay & just as soon as the order does ship you will receive a shipping notice via email.

Thanks so much again & again!"

Finally, on February 16, I received an email that my item was PRE-shipment. It was apparently delivered to the Fallbrook, CA post office on the 18th and my expected delivery date was February 21.

Today is February 25. No item, and the online tracking has not been updated since February 18.

I doubt this item was ever actually shipped.Desired Settlement: This business needs to be shut down. I want a refund for the money that I paid to [redacted], as well as my shipping costs, from them.

Review: My husband ordered a cutting board from this company using a [redacted]. It was suppose to arrive, per the company, within 2 weeks. That would have made delivery time 2 weeks BEFORE Christmas. He attempted to reach the company to no avail. The first week of January, he received a "Pre-shipment" email stating that delivery, tracking info and confirmation would follow within 7 days. Nothing has happened. No tracking number, no delivery, no info. There is absolutely NO WAY to reach ANYONE in this company. No email address, no phone number. We demand immediate delivery of the exact product as ordered in perfect condition in order to satisfy the order made and PAID IN FULL in good faith to this "company".Desired Settlement: We want our merchandise delivered immediately to reflect the EXACT AND SPECIFIC order placed and paid in full. Their response was a USPS tracking number, which they sent to me, almost a year after the order and about 8 months after receiving the package. This is unacceptable. Review: I ordered two custom cutting boards from Morgann Hill Designs on November 26, 2014. When I went to the post office to pick up my items (which both had shown as having been 'shipped' on December 19, 2014), only one had arrived. I called the post office and they said that they had no other items on hold in my name; however, the CBSA Postal Import Form states that there were 2 items in the package, each charged at $69.77 Canadian, for which I had to pay an additional $26.69 for the two items for taxes/duties on top of extra shipping costs directly to Morgann Hill Designs. Then a second shipment arrived on January 6, 2015, which also showed two cutting boards on the customs slip when only one was received -- even though I had emailed the company TWICE via their contact form to advise of the issue before the second cutting board was shipped. They took no action so I was charged duty and taxes on FOUR cutting boards but I only ordered two. Even though the shipment was sent separately, it was recorded on each shipment slip that there were TWO cutting boards when there was, in fact, only one in each package.

For shipment via [redacted] dated December 31, 2014 I paid a total of $26.69 in additional taxes and duty for TWO cutting boards, but only one was received. I emailed the company twice to ask them not to label this incorrectly when they shipped out the second board, but again for package [redacted] dated January 15, 2015 I was charged another $26.95 for TWO cutting boards when only one was received that time as well.

After this I received an email to 'close my ticket' (only one of which was ever responded to) to state that they "do not pull anything off the shelf & ship it -- absolutely everything we sell is completely handmade & personalized. Orders with multiple items may be ready and shipped out at different times. Unfortunately taxes and shipping charges apply to both packages.Desired Settlement: Because I was charged duty and taxes on four cutting boards when I only ordered two, plus the cost of goods sold was grossly incorrectly stated, I would like a refund from this company for the taxes and duty I paid over and above to the [redacted] price and international shipping charges. They should have listed only one cutting board on each customs slip and it would have been charged accordingly at the price I paid for each, which was $22.50 Canadian. Instead, I paid duty and taxes on over $280 dollars' 'worth' of product when in fact it was only $55 I paid for the two cutting boads. At current exchange rates, I should have paid only $7.92 for additional taxes and duty, but paid $53.64. I would like a refund of the additional $45.72 Canadian that I paid.

[The company's "response" was simply the dates and USPS tracking numbers of the two shipments that were sent for the products I ordered. There was no mention made of how the company would attempt to resolve my issue, and they have continued to neglect to follow up with me directly. The only thing that this response shows is evidence of the company's incompetence in sending out the cutting boards via two separate shipments, for which I was charged double the required taxes and duty on each shipment due to incorrect information supplied to USPS by the company. Review: On Dec 15, 2015 we purchased a Groupon for an item with Morgan Hill Designs. We did know that it could take up to 5 weeks to receive the order! It is now almost 2 months, I have called and emailed the company to ask for the status of my purchase. No one has had the decency to return any of my inquiries! In reviewing their complaints this seems to be an on going issue with this company and therefore, I have lost faith that my order will indeed be fulfilled! I feel I have waited the appropriate amount of time for them to complete my order and they have failed to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund at this point, as this items was gift and that time has now passed!

Review: I placed two orders with this company using [redacted] vouchers. The orders were placed on 11-20-2014. On 12-17-2014, I recieved email from them claiming the items were in "preshipping" and would be picked up by USPS and shipped within 7 days. I waited. No items. I tried to track the items but the USPS said that those items were never scanned into their system for shipping. USPS said anyone can create a shipping label, but until it is scanned, it is not active. I emailed Morgann Hill (12-26-2014) and was sent a form response claiming that the items would be sent. They continued to claimed that they were shipped. Since there is no other way to contact them, I emailed twice since. No response at all now.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the shipping cost. I realize that I used a voucher from [redacted] so I guess that's another complaint. Therefore, I will take my items even though I understand via other complaints that they are not of any decent quality. I truly would like to see this company shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I placed my order with Morgann Hill Design on 10-28-14, and have yet to receive my order. I still have my confirmation email that shows my order , #[redacted], was placed at 2:39 PM. It also reflects the [redacted] price towards this purchase. In addition, I was required to pay $9.99, to Morgann Hill Design, for shipping. After nearly two months of no order, I sent an email on 12-16-14 to the company inquiring the status of my order. I received an email from a "no-reply" address saying as long as I had my confirmation email, that my order would be on its way. This was a generic email, which did not answer any of my questions. I sent another email on 12-25-14 expressing my concern for this order, again receiving a generic response email. I sent another email on 12-27-14 asking for a real human response, instead of the generic response email. Still with no response, I sent another email on 1-7-15. I also sent them a [redacted] message hoping that would reach another person within the company. No one responded, and blocked me from being able to comment on any of their posts. There is no phone number listed anywhere on their website, and I don't know any other way to get this problem resoved...Desired Settlement: I would like my product in satisfactory condition, as well as $9.99 (shipping) refunded. I think a percentage of the original order cost should also be refunded due to all of the trouble with this order.

Review: I ordered a personalized cutting board from Morgann Hill Designs via a [redacted] in early November. The product was received 7 weeks later and defective. I contacted Morgann Hill immediately by opening a ticket and providing pictures of the defective item on 12/27. They agreed to replace the item immediately. Since then I have emailed numerous times for an update with no response. I found out that my original ticket was closed (without resolution) by looking more closely at their website. I opened a new ticket today, but don't hold much hope that they will respond. Their customer service is horrible and I am shocked they are still in business. I imagine it won't be long until they are out of business for good.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive my replacement, in good condition and without defects and errors. If that isn't possible, I would like to have a full refund.

Review: Placed an order with the company on 11/29/15. Received an email confirmation for the order and paid additional shipping charges. Email stated a 2-4 week delivery time. Attempted to email the company on 1/3/16 after product had not been received. The website had no telephone listed, so I registered and submitted a trouble ticket through their website. I also contacted Groupon to whom I purchased the original voucher to assist in obtaining some sort of communication with the company. Emailed the organization again on 1/10/16 for s status update as their support system indicated a 48 hour response and after a week, still nothing. On 1/11/16 I received confirmation from the company that the order had finally shipped. When it arrived on 1/14/16, the order was only 50%. I again contacted their trouble ticket system asking for a status on the remaining. A generic response regarding holiday orders was received via email on 1/16/16 stating that all orders placed prior to 12/9 have been shipped or already received. It is now 1/22/16 and their has been no response from the company regarding the remainder of my order. The customer service is literally non-existent and if I'm being told to expect my product in 2-4 weeks and we are going on 8 weeks plus, this has created a lot of extra work and time on my part only to be 100% dissatisfied. In my almost 40 years of doing business, this is the first time I have ever filed a complaint, but that is how completely unacceptable this is. Order #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the remainder of my order and I want a full refund from the company for the entire order and all shipping charges for all of the inconveniences, time, emotional distress and overall terrible lack of service.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] on Thursday, November 5th for one custom cutting board. I placed my order on November 5th - order id#[redacted]. The fine print on my [redacted] read: "Typically ships within 2-4 weeks. Must order by 11/24 to receive product by Christmas." So, I was within the time to have delivered by Christmas. I confirmed the spelling for my order on 11/5 via email and received a confirmation response that it was correct on 11/6/15. I wrote again on 12/2/15 to check when I may be expecting the item - a response on 12/7 from Morgann Hill read "Your order is in production to ship out soon, I have noted the order to make it lowercase so they should make it happen for you!" I once again wrote on 12/30/15 asking where my item was and again via their email ticketing system on 01/11/16 and have not gotten a response on either. VERY disappointed in the customer service and the absolute lack of follow through and guarantee of delivery time prior to Christmas. I have tried multiple times now and have given them the benefit of the doubt, but I am truly done with waiting it out.Desired Settlement: I would like the receive the item as I have told the family I have their gift coming to them and a refund in the shipping cost and [redacted] amount.

Review: I had made to separate orders #[redacted] and #[redacted], the orders contained 3 products. The orders totaled $73.96. I placed the orders on November 27, 2015. The order is still awaiting fulfillment since I placed the order and I have made several attempts via email, and noone has responded to my inquiries. At this point, I would just like my money back. I ordered monogram wall art from this company on Oct. 31, 2014. Their website said it would take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. 9 1/2 weeks later, I finally got my order, and it was WRONG. Going back and forth in the form of a "ticket" was a nightmare. They rarely answered, and when they did, it was never a response to questions about my order, it was always a general statement about them being a military family, or that handmade items take time, and please be patient, or reminders that if we sent in more than one "ticket" their response time would be longer. Don't walk, RUN as fast as you can from this company. Their customer service is terrible, just terrible. No prompt reply for me about anything, and never any specifics about my order. Nothing helpful. When I finally demanded my money back, they wanted me to take a picture of my item and send it to them. That was the only, and I mean only, timely response I ever got out of these people. Frustrating in the extreme, and I hope to never, ever do business with them again.

Review: I placed an order with Morgann Hill Designs on October 6. It is now December 8 and I have not received the item. It was supposed to be delivered well before a wedding on November 9, for which it was supposed to be a gift. I have contacted them and they said (on November 17) that the order would be shipped within 5-10 days. That was 21 days ago, which is plenty of time for it to have gotten to me had it actually been shipped.Desired Settlement: I just want this item. I will not purchase from them again and I will spread the word for others not to order either. I would also like [redacted] to stop their business relationship with this company. They still have Morgann Hill items on their Deals site, even though there are hundreds of people commenting on the facebook group about this same problem with their lack of delivery.

We can not offer rush orders at this time and can not promise it will arrive before Christmas as that is in a couple of weeks and our lead time does states to please allow 30-45 days for your order to arrive at your door from the date you placed it.

If I have not heard from someone by the end of the day as to when my product will be shipped I will be filing a Revdex.com complaint. I ordered my items on November 4th, your website says "usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks" then in another tab titled "lead times and terms" it says "Orders should arrive to your door within about 30-45 days." Since I placed my order on November 4th I should receive my item by Dec 19th at the latest per what your website states. Also in your original response you said items placed after 11-29 are not promised to arrive before Christmas. This also indicates that since I ordered my item before that date you promise I will have my item before Christmas. I understand the holidays are busy but, this is extremely frustrating. [Only 1 of 2 items were delivered. However the 1 product that was delivered was not what I had ordered. The item I ordered was a personalized monogram and what I ordered was AFT and they product they sent was AFJ. Pictures are attached and they even wrote on the cardboard that the product was shipped in "AFJ". At this point I do not want my 1 missing item or a replacement of the item I had ordered. I want a full refund of the $60 plus the $9.99 I paid in shipping. An apology for lying to me and telling me my product would arrive before Christmas as well.]

I am SO unimpressed with this company. I bought two cutting boards for a gift for Christmas and on the Groupon site, it says that all orders placed after November 30th would not have guaranteed arrival before Christmas. I figured I lucked out because I ordered November 25. I'm from Canada so I also paid $20 extra on shipping as well.

It is now December 18, and there is no number to call and these people don't reply to any of the open tickets / messages I have sent. Completely unbelievable. Calling Groupon to get a refund, if that doesn't work I will be opening a dispute with my credit card provider and I would suggest those who have also been scammed do the same.

Review: I ordered my product on Sept 29, 2014. :”Product will be delivered 2-3 weeks from the time of redemption on merchant site.” is what reads on their product page. Today is Nov 24 and I don't even have a valid tracking number. I say valid because I gave me one that works, doesn't work, works, but STILL HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED. Its like they just printed the label to shut me up, all it says is label was printed. I have emailed with them on they sent one stating product will be shipped in 7-10 days. Yet is hasn't. Then last email read, "Your original tracking number will either update this week OR you will receive a new tracking number this week. The order is pending in shipping as I do believe customer service did confirm with you. Thank you again." Well last week neither one of these things happened. I purchased a product and I expect it to be delivered immediately. If they can't handle demand, I submit they need to pull their [redacted] and [redacted] deals until they can handle them. And remove the 2-3 week shipping statement from their deal and state it will arrive whenever, if ever. Review: I ordered a monogram piece from Morgan Hill Design and they delivered it 2 1/2 months late. Also when received it was damaged and broken. This was ordered thru [redacted] and I received many emails stating it was in process and that I would receive it by December 24th 2014. But it never happened. They have not responded to any of my emails concerning this and they have no direct phone number to speak with a live person. Also I already made a claim with them online and no response on it either.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my money back with delivery charges and I will return the product back to them.
