Morgann Hill Design Center is by the far the worst company I have ever encountered. I would suggest that you run far away from any Groupon for this company! I purchased a Groupon on 11/19/2015 and placed an order with Morgann Hill for One Medium 11.25"x9.25" Personalized Cork Keeper. This was a present that I thought would come before Christmas. The site said to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery and stated that an order must be placed by 11/24 to ensure Christmas delivery. I ordered prior to this deadline and it is now January 12th and I still have not received my order. I started contacting the company in December to check my order status, with absolutely no luck. Their phone number doesn't work, and their response to emails (if they respond) is a standard response that must be computer generated. The generated response after you submit an email states they will contact you within 24 hours. My last email to them went out to them 6 days ago and I they still haven't replied. I am starting to believe they are a scam and Groupon should let you put negative feedback on their site to deter other buyers.

I ordered two custom cork holders through a groupon on 11/16. Could not do them as one order because I wanted different names, charged fees and shipping twice! Never got a confirmation email, but was charged. Contacted them and did recieve a reply that my orders were recieved. Has been 8 weeks and still no orders! Emailed twice so far still no response. Shame on Groupon and them!!!

This may be the worst company I have ever ordered from! I have never written a negative review before, but am so outraged with this company I felt I had to. I purchased a Groupon on 11/11/2015 and placed an order with Morgan Hill for a cutting board, engraved with our friend's name the same night. This was a present that I would personally deliver in mid December. The site said to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery and stated that an order must be placed by 11/24 to ensure Christmas delivery. I ordered 13 days prior to this deadline. I started to contact the company at the end of November since I never received shipment notification, with absolutely no luck. After numerous emails with no response, I told them to cancel my order as I had to go purchase a gift at the last minute to replace what I never received. Today, 12/28/2015, three days after Christmas, I finally received the very ugly item I ordered - after almost 7 WEEKS! Funny how they charged my credit card for shipping the day I placed my order!! Lucky for me my credit card company is reversing this charge. NEVER order from this company. The worst I have ever experienced.

Review: I bought a [redacted] for a product from this company, paid for it, ordered off the website on 11/26. Was advised it would take around 30 days for order. On 12/24 I received an email stating that my order was in pre-shipment with a tracking number. USPS has no record of the tracking number it seems to be a false one. There is now a [redacted] page with people complaining about this company it's called Morgann Hill Truthful Customer Feedback Blog. I've sent them "tickets" through their customer service system on their website and they don't answer. The tracking number they gave me was [redacted]..... Anyone can get tracking numbers off of shipping labels.Desired Settlement: I want my order and I want it now. I understood that it would come right about new year's this is an anniversary gift for mid Jan for my parents.

Purchased a groupon and ordered it before thier deadline of 24NOV to recieve by Christmas. It is now 27DEC and have not recieved it. I sent two emails about the status with no reply. They do not list a phone number on their website. The groupon forum has complaints of dozens of customers in the same situation as mine.

Review: I placed an order with Morgann Hill Designs through their website on 11/26/14 at 9:44am EST. The website stated that all orders received prior to 2:00pm would be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. I received an email confirmation of my order (including the date and time the order was received) at 9:45am on 11/26/14. I ordered a cutting board as a Christmas present for my brother in law fully expecting to receive it in time for Christmas.

On 12/23/14, I received an email from Morgann Hill Designs stating my order was completed and was in the "pre-shipment" process. The email stated that I needed to wait a full 7 days before tracking the shipment due to the pending packing and pick up. I immediately responded to the email because I was shocked that I would not have the gift in time for Christmas as they guaranteed. I was provided with a USPS tracking number.

As of today (1/1/15), that tracking number is invalid. When I enter it into the USPS tracking system I get a notice that the tracking number does not indicate receipt by USPS or the actual mailing date. The tracking number is a notice from Morgann Hill Designs to USPS to expect a package for mailing.

I have made several attempts to contact this company. I have opened two tickets on their website to inquire on the shipment status and I have sent 4 emails. The only response I have received are generic "thank you for your business" responses. There is no customer service number listed on their website and they state to send an email asking for a phone call if one is needed. I sent two emails requesting a call on 12/27/2014 and 12/29/2014 and I have yet to receive a phone call.

This company has extremely poor customer service and has not honored their guarantee on product delivery. Needless to say this ruined the Christmas present for my brother in law as well. I notified the company I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com on 12/27 and 12/29 and they have not responded to me.Desired Settlement: The portion of the order paid for on my credit card was for the shipping cost of $9.99. I paid for the cutting board order using a [redacted] that I purchased. I have also filed a complaint with [redacted] against Morgann Hill Designs and will handle the refund of the cost of the cutting board through [redacted].

I want Morgann Hill Designs to refund me the $9.99 for the shipping cost. In addition, I would like a personal response from the company. What is most upsetting is that I have clearly followed all of their request to resolve this issue by opening tickets, by emailing for a phone call to which they have sent generic "thank you for your business" and "thank you for making our holiday season a success" emails. It is terrible customer service. One email I received actually stated that all orders placed prior to 12/5 has been delivered which is a flat out lie. I would like a personal apology from the company.

Don't order from this company, their work is nothing like they state.

Ordered a wooden sign, took over 3 months to get it. It's a piece of crap. Was supposed to be hand painted letters, it was stick on lettering. The wood was a thin piece of plywood. They need to be shutdown!!

Review: Placed an order for a customized sign on 11/27/2014. In late December I finally received an email confirmation with USPS tracking number. However, the email simply stated the order was in PRE-SHIPMENT and to wait another 7 business days before checking into the tracking of the package. In early January I started to look for the item, but it never arrived. The tracking number provided still said it was only a label generated and never received by the post office. Attempted to contact Morgann Hill Designs through their website, but they do not list a phone number. Used their online ticket system to submit a customer service request. Initial request on 1/8/15 has been ignored. Additional ticket on 1/14/15 was also ignored.Desired Settlement: I am looking for the item to be delivered. We are still interested in the item, but without any response from the company we have no idea if they just ran away with our money and have no intention of delivery.

Review: I was told if I ordered something by November 29th, 2015, I would get said item by Christmas (December 25, 2015). I ordered the item on November 22nd, 2015, and I heard nothing from the company until December 28th, 2015. I submitted a support ticket on December 18th, 2015 asking for an update, and I have still not heard back on my support request. I got an email notification on December 28 stating my order shipped. Not only will this be arriving well after Christmas, but the company has made zero effort to contact me in over a week and a half.Desired Settlement: I do not think I should have to pay for the item or shipping.

Review: I placed an order on November 21 for a cutting board that was meant to be a wedding gift. I got an email on 12/20/2014 that my cutting board was in pre-shipment. Every time I check the tracking number it still says it was picked up by request on December 21, and that the expected delivery date was Wednesday December 24. I've been in touch with the intended recipient (since it was supposed to be a wedding gift sent directly to their house), and they have still not received it (as of 1/20/2015).

So far I've submitted two issue tickets from their website (one on 1/5/2015 and 1/13/2015) and have yet to hear back at all. I've also contact USPS and they don't know where it is either and they told me to contact the company to get a refund. Terrible customer service to not even reply back to the only method of contact they allow.Desired Settlement: I want my item to be delivered asap and also want to be refunded the shipping costs.

Morgann Hill Designs will take your money and fail provide product. Their customer service incompetent and unresponsive. DO NOT use this business if you expect anything in return for your hard earned money.

I had the same experience as everyone else. I purchased a Groupon and ordered two family signs on November 11, 2014. These were to be Christmas gifts. They finally arrived on December 31, 2014 and they are so poor in quality. The board is just a piece of plywood with the front unsanded but painted white. The back is unpainted. The lettering is just stickers and they were applied unevenly and crooked.

Terrible service and quality of product.

Review: I purchased a groupon for a product from Morganhill designs on 10/16/15. I then went to the website and placed my order and paid the additional $9.99 for shipping and handling. After not hearing back from the company after a while I contacted them to find out where my order was. I was told that it was processed and awaiting shipment (that was back in November). 4 more weeks passed and I asked for a refund which they denied. I asked for my product which they keep telling me is going to be shipped out, and it hasn't. I paid a total of $38.99 for a product that I never received and they keep lying to me about when it is going to get sent out. Their own policy states to contact them if you haven't received your item in 45 days. It has been over 60 days and I still have nothing to show for it.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund at this time even though the store says that they do not do this. They state that since items are custom made they can't refund my $. I told them I either want my product or a refund. I was told my item would ship out that week....that was on 12/6/15. I still have no product. If this can't be resolved I will be contacting the police. That is theft.

Review: I ordered a monogrammed wall hanging from Morgann Hill Designs)Oct. 7, 2014. It was a Christmas gift, that according to their shipping policy I should have had it within a month, in time for Christmas. I tried calling and emailing Morgann Hill Designs on several occasions. No one answered the phone, I tried almost daily from 11/12/14 until 1/23/15. I sent several emails starting 11/12/14 up through today 2/10/15 only a couple supposedly made it through into their email box, most were automatically returned/rejected to me. I did receive an email from them on 12/16/14 stating my order was in "pre-shipment" and I would have a tracking number within days, none came, again no one answered the phone or responded to my emails. I did NOT have the item for Christmas. I had gone through [redacted] initially and enlisted their help on 1/12/15, they told me they had contacted someone at Morgann Hill and that my order was being sent out within 24 hours. Nothing happened. On 1/23/15 Morgann Hill Designs finally sent me an email saying they would look into my order and I would have it within 7 to 10 days and that I would receive an email daily until I received my order to keep me posted, no other emails came...and neither did the item I paid for. It is now 2/10/15...WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!Desired Settlement: Refund my money and shipping costs I prepaid for. I would like to know why I didn't get my item, what happened and why I was treated so poorly. An apology would be nice.

Review: Ordered product in October finally received it in January. Product quality was inferior. I emailed with the complaint they replied they handle on a case by case basis so I sent photos and complaint via email with no response. Item was to be a wooden monogram. Item I received came seriously late and was made from a cheap, thin flimsy basswood or the like, not much thicker than cardboard, paint was scratched and marred in several places, edges has exposed raw wood and no hanging hardware. I have complained to Morgann hill designs and [redacted]. Awful quality!!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund. This item is not worth the $29.00 I paid through [redacted]. If they want to send me a pre-paid shipping label, I will be happy to return it to them.

I ordered 2 cutting boards from them with a Groupon on December 1st 2014 and the packages arrived mid January (I was away at school so didn’t open it until now). Orders that were placed the day before mine were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, so I figured mine would arrive before Christmas as well or at least by the end of December. Early January my status was still set to ‘processing’ so I sent them an email telling them so. A couple days after sending the email I checked my status and it was changed to ‘shipped’. I never received an email response from them until 3 weeks later saying that my account shows it was shipped.

When I came home from school yesterday to find the packages (that I was told by my family had arrived about 1.5-2 weeks ago) I was terrified. I had read the horrible reviews online AFTER placing my order and I was prepared for the worst. I had some hope, however, because each package was nestled in a bubble wrapped envelope. Inside each envelope was a beautiful cutting board done exactly the way I had asked. They are a bit smaller than I anticipated, but they are the expected thickness. The writing/designs are beautiful, centred, large enough, and spelled correctly. The type of woods are what I asked for. They are not smooth like I had imagined they would be, so I don’t know if they can actually be used as cutting boards but I bought them expecting them to be used mostly as decorations anyways. So for those of you still waiting for your package(s) there is still hope!

I purchased a sign that I intended to give as a Christmas gift on Nov. 17 through a Groupon. Morgann Hill Designs stated they needed an additional $8.99 for shipping, which I paid. They never shipped the gift. I tried to call them, as Groupon suggested, however they have disconnected their phone. I sent them an email and received a form letter thanking me for my patience with no explanation and no tracking info. Infuriating. After I figured out my trust had been taken advantage of (their website looked so legit!), I notified Groupon about their non-delivery and after several attempts on their behalf to resolve the problem, they offered me a refund in Groupon credit, which I gladly accepted.
