I am very dissatisfied with this Company!!!!!!!! I ordered 8 cutting boards on November 13th (Guarenteed for Christmas if ordered by November 19th). I have emailed them multiple times to confirm that we would receive it in time (Do not list a phone number). They promised I would receive it. I emailed them again on December 18th to confirm that I would be receiving them in the next few days as I have not received them or even a shipping email. They did not respond till December 21st saying that they would be shipped out that day. However they still have not been shipped out and it is December 23rd. So therefore they lied about guaranteeing me the cutting boards for Christmas and now I will not have 8 gifts for people. I am very upset and I will never use them again and I suggest you not either. if you do, give yourself 3 months apparently to get any gifts from them. Very unreliable company!!!

Review: I ordered on December 2 two CHristmas gifts that stated that they would be delivered in three to four weeks. I received a confirmation email that they had received my ordered on December 2 as well. I placed two separate orders. After weeks of not hearing anything I call the company and tried to email them. I heard nothing back. Finally after several attempts of thrying to contact the company I contacted [redacted] where I had purchased a certficate to use at Morgan Hill. [redacted] also made attempts to have the copany contact me. I still heard nothing. Finally [redacted] said that they would refund me the money I spent on the certificate but I am still out the money for the shipping of these items. I will never purchase anything off of this website again. It is a complete disappointment. I have tried several times again over the last few days to contact them about refunding my shippping fees since the Christmas gifts have never been received. It has been over two months since I ordered them. I have heard nothing.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my shipping costs refunded immediately. I no longer want the items as they were CHristmas gifts and now I have to replace them with something else.

Review: My complaint involves customer service and product issues. I placed my order with MHD on 12/04/15 with a 3-4 week ship date. That was fine as it was not a Christmas gift. I received a confirmation email, but never heard back from the company updating my order information. I emailed the company asking for information on 12/29/15 with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours. After no response, I emailed them back on 01/07/16 (9 days later) to follow up. On 01/16/16 I received an automated email from MHD stating that orders placed between 11/30 and 12/09 may have been shipped but may also be shipping within the next two weeks. I guess they really have no clue. I received another email on 01/19/16 that my order had been shipped, and confirmation of that from the USPS the following day that it was in fact sent out 2-day on 01/20/16. I got my package on 01/27/16 and it was damaged. The package and the contents that I had shipped were damaged. The company, MHD, sent a wooden cutting board in a plastic bubble wrap envelope that you would normally ship an article of clothing in. The envelope was tight to the outside of the cutting board so that any bump to the outside of the package would ding the contents inside. This was pure negligence by the company. I contacted the company via email and phone (with voicemail) and have not heard back on either. My next step is to get the bank involved on the charges because I am requesting a full refund of the charges since I am not able to gift this cutting board to my cousin for his wedding.

Morgann Hill Designs took my money and was never heard from again. They sent me a less than mediocre/damaged product and does not care. I want my money back.

Let it be known that I purchased a coupon through Groupon.com which I used to purchase through their website.Desired Settlement: I want a ful refund of funds paid plus shipping paid.

The [redacted] used for purchase was $29.99 USD and the shipping through the company's website was $9.99

Review: I ordered monograms from this company through [redacted] and they did not arrive in the time adverstied on [redacted] nor were they correct. The business only has email communications and has not resolved my issue in 3 months. I tried to ask for a refund due to lateness as they were gifts and I got a automatic response that didn't answer my question. I asked for a refund or to have them correct the product.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like my money refunded to me since they were a gift and I had to purchase something else.

Here is more information....I will copy and paste emails between myself and them. My order for them was through [redacted] so when I went to log on to their website I couldn't access my order either since there was no invoice number assigned to it just the redemption. That just adds on to their HORRIBLE service , they run offers and have no continuity! I am not sure how they couldn't FIND me when I have had email contact with them several times...although only once did I ever receive a HUMAN response, just an automated one. And according to their terms it should have been received by me 3-4 after their redemption (they redeemed the offer 10/24 a month after I placed it). I received one of them (which was done wrong) 4 1/2 weeks after they redeemed it and 2 months after I ordered it, the second one I received a few weeks after that and it was also wrong.

I cannot add anything to what others have said below. The company is uncommunicative. I ordered my item on 11/30/14 and have yet to receive it. They have sent me generic emails but there does not seem to be a reliable way to reach them.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Review: I ordered a Personalized Monogram Wall Art items for a Christmas gift for my daughter that has yet to be delivered. I purchased it through [redacted] on November 3, 2014 and it was $60.00. I then placed the order directly through Morgann Hill Designs which charged an additional $9.99 for shipping. I was advised in December the order was nearing comletion and in pre-shipment. The tracking number was xxxxx through the USPS. On Jan 2, 2015, a few weeks after receiving "it's in preshipment" - I contacted them through their email support asking the status of the order. I received no response. I contacted them again the following week, and received a response stating the order was lost but was being redone immediately and would shipped out. I have contacted them 4 additional times to either get no response or a response stating "Sorry - it will be shipped this week". Whenever you attempt to reply to the support email - it gets rejected with a message stating the mailbox is full. I actually tried to search the internet and found 2 phone number associated with the business and attempted to call - both numbers were no longer in service. I now believe this company is fradulant after reading all the negative reviews which are identical to mine.

I contacted them one last time today stating I was raising this issue within the [redacted] fraud department as well as logding a complaint with the Revdex.com.

As of today February 13, I still do not have the order for which I paid.Desired Settlement: I want my money back - I paid $60 for the product and $9.99 in shipping charges.

I also think this company should be investigated for fraud - this is obviously an on-going operation which is stealing from consumers.

I ordered a cutting board from Morgann Hill for a Christmas gift. According to the time frame on their website, I was within the guaranteed time for Christmas. It is January 10th and I have not received this gift yet. I have submitted several emails to their customer support and have only received a generic response. According to my tracking info, my cutting board has not even shipped!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with this business and WILL NEVER order a product from them again. I would suggest anyone considering placing an order look elsewhere. Terrible company!!!!

Review: I placed an order for 3 signs back on Sept 19. They arrived about a month later but one of them was broken. I took photos of the sign in the package to share with the company. I immediately contacted them and let them know and asked what next steps would be to receive a replacement.

Oct 18 - they responded asking for the photos and said it would be reviewed on a case by case basis

Oct 19 - I responded with the photo of the damaged sign and explained I did not want a refund just for them to send me a new sign

Oct 22 - they respond asking for the name the sign was shipped to. I responded with my name, address

Oct 26 - They respond with this : "Thank you for sending photos of the item you received. We want to ensure you are 100% happy & satisfied with your order. We will immediately put a new order into production for you. This new order should ship in the next 5-10 business days. We will ensure this new order is absolutely gorgeous rest assured. Once more we do apologize & will take care of this right away."

Nov 15 - after not receiving my order, I asked for an eta

Nov 16 - they respond with: "We have them scheduled to ship out early next week! Thank you so much!"

Dec 5 - After still not receiving my order, I ask for an update and for them to provide me a tracking number

Dec 5 - they respond saying they will offer me store credit for a new sign or a refund through Living Social but will not remake my sign

- I respond saying I am very confused because they said it was being shipped out and I have now been waiting for this order 2.5 months. I have already paid them for this and am simply requesting they send me a replacement.

Well, I'm glad I'm not alone! I have never left a company a negative review before but felt compelled to after being promised goods never delivered and being completely ignored. I have now received half of my order that was promised to be delivered by Christmas and the quality of the product is very disappointing to say the least. I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible.

I placed an order with Morgan Hill Designs December 20. My credit card was charged, and I have yet to receive the item. I have called and emailed the company, and have yet to receive a response. [redacted] has not been helpful with resolving this situation. Such a shame that so many others have had the same experience, yet [redacted] continues to sell vouchers. This company is an absolute fraud.

I bought a voucher on groupon for a personalized cork saver shadow box on Dec 6th 2015, I order my product and paid for shipping via paypal, my money was taken, the voucher code worked and a couple days later I received information that my product was going to be made, great! It is now February 15 and I haven't heard anything since, no one answers the phone, messages are not returned, and still no product has shown up at my door. I am quite upset as this was a gift and as you can imagine I did not have it to give, I still do not have it. Do NOT purchase from this company, they will scam you.

Review: Purchased an advertised [redacted] deal of two customized large cutting boards. While I could deal with them being late, I cannot accept the fact they failed to provide both boards. At this time, only one of the two boards have arrived. They have been non-responsive to three email attempts. They have no phone number. While I am very dissatisfied at other practices - late delivery, excuses for their inability to manage production, and an email explaining how they had overwhelming responses to social media sales, but implored us to consider the fact they are a military/vet run business before we took to social media. A military / vet run company, means that individual joined our military to uphold the basic principles of our country and constitution - Free Speech. It's disturbing to think any person suggest people hold their tongue simply because they are a vet.

All in all the most critical element here is that they failed to fulfill the full order; yet, accepted my money. They owe me one large board or they owe me a refund.Desired Settlement: It is my belief I would not receive a quality item; therefore, I would request a full refund for 1 board, or the following - a full refund of their shipping fee with a 50% refund of the [redacted] deal; since they did actually complete one board. That is a fair exchange considering the difficulty we have experienced. The deal was $65 on [redacted] + Morgann Hills $10 shipping. I want $42.50 refunded. That equates to a half [redacted] refund and a full shipping refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Morgann Hill Designs over-committed and under performed. They failed to deliver their products, as ordered, timely. They failed to respond to multiple inquiries from multiple individuals including the Revdex.com. We are 5 months post expected delivery date and the response to this complaint is a USPS tracking number, the date of one of the two items delivered the day after Christmas (a day late) and that they will finally meet their commitment by sending the second ordered board. They didn't even take the time to write a professional and thorough response. No thank you.

Review: I placed my original order on 1/3/2016. The website said I could expect the product at my door in 30 to 45 days. There had been no change in my status, so I contacted the company via their website. My message was sent on February 6th. I did not even receive a response from the company until February 20th. That in and of itself is remarkably unprofessional. However, in the 2/20 email, I was told my product would ship within 5-10 days (February 25 - March 1st). I sent another email on 3/6 requesting information regarding my order, which is now a week past the latest time MHDC gave me. Yet, here we are, March 8th with no change in status and no correspondence. Seeing as how Morgann Hill Designs does not care about customer satisfaction, or their reputation as a business, I am not hopeful I will get a resolution or a response in a timely manner. I have been more than reasonable with this nightmare of an experience and enough is enough.I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Morgann Hill Designs. As I can see, so are the hundreds of people who filled complaints with the Revdex.com, the people on the Morgann Hill Designs complaint forum on [redacted], the people of San Diego as stated on the local news (This company is ranked 2nd worst), the customers who have given this company a 1 star review on [redacted] and [redacted], and the angry customers who made videos on [redacted]. Given that I am having a very similar experience as countless customers, I now worry about the quality not matching what I saw on the website.Desired Settlement: I want the job to be done with the quality I saw on their site. I want the job finished and shipped to me immediately. I would also like a refund for shipping and their cut of the [redacted] (1/2 of the total [redacted] price.

I immediately emailed the company, and they responded that my case would be responded soon, "usually within 24 hours." However, they closed my case without doing anything about it. Subsequently I got Groupon involved, and I received an email from Morgann Hill, asking for a photo of the item, which I immediately sent to them. It has now been over 60 days and I still do not have a correctly spelled sign. I have asked Groupon to refund $20.00 for the sign, but I also paid $9.99 for shipping through [redacted]. I would like to receive a full refund of both these items. (The second sign arrived and is totally acceptable, so I am not complaining about the second item.) I ordered an item form Morgan Hill Design on Nov, 17th 2015 for a Christmas present for my wife. Since I ordered the item on Nov, 17th I actually didn't think their would be such a delay as it appears that my item ordered if I actually receive it won't arrive until well after Christmas. Shame on my I guess.

I received the day I ordered a confirmation but no shipping information related to a deliver date. Didn't think much of it until 3 weeks later and still no notice.

When I tried to call the company to inquire about my order the phone number is disconnected. I tried to then send an e-mail through their website and didn't receive a response or even an acknowledgement. I sent a second e-mail with some strong comments about their customer service and received a canned response finally that didn't answer any of my inquiry.

These folks are selling their service through Groupon and I think Groupon should also take a good look at the vendors they choose to do business with as this experience will keep me away from Morgan Hill Designs as well as Groupon.

I want to share my story do folks know to stay away from both.

Horrible customer service. First they are silent about the item you purchase for 2-3 weeks. Then after submitting multiple service tickets with them they send you a batch email saying items may take over 45 days to process and ship. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order anything from MorganN Hill.

Review: On October 24, 2014, I used a "[redacted]" for Morgann Hill Designs and ordered a custom wall plaque as a wedding gift for my son & his bride. To date, I have not received the item. I have been unable to find a phone number for this company. My emails to them are answered with automated responses. The last claimed this item was in "preshipment" mode, and supposed to be shipped on December 17th. They provided a tracking number which today I learned from the USPS is only a manifest number, and not one specific to my order. Since the retail value of this items was $60, I feel that the company is guilty of fraud.Desired Settlement: I'm am exceptionally annoyed and upset that this company is advertising products that they cannot or do not intend to deliver. I'd prefer a refund.
