We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. The refund was processed to the customer’s credit card used for payment on May 18, 2017. We thank the customer for their feedback.

We have been in contact with Empire and we are actively trying to come to some sort of resolution/middle ground, however, we are not sure at this time whether or not they are willing to meet us in the middle. They called and offered us $1500 off original price of tile and additional 60 square feet of tile installation in bathroom. We countered with $1500 off original price with installation of hardwood floors in kitchen and sunroom as originally planned. We are currently waiting for their response.

I am rejecting this response because:This company still owes me $200...

cash for the damages their tile installer caused to my property, my refrigerator water line, & stove removal unplugged and moved from it correct space in my kitchen keeping me from usage to cook on.   I had to pay for services rendered to replace both items & send verification of receipts of thus payments.

multiple times and not been able to speak with anyone. We have already had a inspection months ago but never heard anything about it. They left a message  to see what can be done but during work hours we were not able to answer and returned calls as soon as possible. Left message but have not heard back from them again.
