I am rejecting this response because:
I should not have to utilize my plan for damages incurred by the business. Furthermore they stand corrected with the time frame in which I purchased a protection plan. My plan was purchased within the time frame allowed and again the business has delivery time inaccurate just like the protection plan information.

I recognize that I signed the table was in good condition but the one leaf wasn't in the table nor was it unpackaged until the other day therefore the leaf wasn't part of the table. Considering I am happy with my table and unhappy with my leaf I am asking for the one new leaf (not repaired leaf). If this cannot be honored at my request for some reason will the business provide some type of monetary compensation to me especially because I am happy with the table and don't want to risk damage to my table for one new leaf.I would also like to add my protection plan as explained to me upon purchase is good for 5 years for any use and for any amount of times in which may be needed. I heard from someone at value City who agreed to replace the chair. However that was after it was picked up. On 10/26 I was told a new chair would be ordered but how long before anyone will actually deliver one? They do not rush. I've been without a chair for some time and have no idea how long before its replaced. My son just turned 7 and usually relaxes in the chair before slowing down to go to bed. This situation is really making things more difficult then they need to be. I also believe they only agreed to replace the chair after it was obvious it had major structural damage.
