Hello, Just to review our earlier discussion, Value city will be picking up the table and chairs for a full refund (amount of sale, tax, delivery fee, protection plan, etc.) on Saturday 04/22/2017. You will receive an automated phone call on Friday with your four hour time frame. If for any reason you do not receive this call by six p.m. please do not hesitate to call the Corporate customer Service Department at [redacted] Option * and we can assist you with obtaining that time frame. Also, I was able to discuss your refund with the Accounts Payable Department and they have confirmed that you paid in full with a check and will be refunded via check. Once the merchandise is in the warehouse on Saturday the pick-up's will be finalized and Monday 04/24/2017 the check will be cut and sent out. accumulation and cause of damage vs quality of products are convoluted. Additionally the furniture continued to deteriorate from the beginning/opening  of the  claim to the time our claim was responded to by [redacted]'s customer service regarding the quality of the pieces we procured.
