Good afternoon,We called the customer and offered a reselection, customer will be going to the store this weekend.

Good afternoon,      customer sent pictures and shows stain on decking offered a shop repair pick or a reselection because we no longer carry these items, [redacted] will speak to her husband and call me back once they figure out what they want to do.

Above is the exact wording from the protection plan. This was copied from the protection plan provided to all our customers at the point of purchase. There are no recalls for furniture so anything reported after a year would be considered using the protection plan. Above in bold the agreement states that the service agreement will not continue on the replaced item. Above that the plan specifically states that if the affected item can't be replaced then the customer will select a new replacement item of equal value.

I am rejecting this response because:I went to the store today for re-selection of sofa but the sofa I liked is not available in stores and I am not interested in ordering furniture online. I would request a full refund of my purchase price.

After checking the customer's records I stand corrected. They purchased the protection plan a few days after delivery in May. The customer reported the damage in July and received delivery in early May. We can replace the table as a courtesy for the customer but the protection plan will not continue on the new item.

Hello, We have spoken to the consumer and have offered a reselection on the three pack tables and a return of their protection plan. All will be a credit on the customer's account which they are aware of and have agreed to. Thank you,Meredith D[redacted]

Our final offer is to replace the table. As explained prior to this the leaf itself cannot be replaced as leaves are made specific for each table and a new leaf would not fit the customer's table. Replacing the table with a brand new table would resolve the issue the customer is experiencing.
