I am rejecting this response because:I had to drive out to one of their warehouses to pick up the purchased pieces of furniture, and then I had to go out of my way to return the furniture back to the
store. Furthermore, I wasted a lot of time on the phone trying to resolve the situation. I did finally hear from the store manager, but I am dissatisfied with the company's offer for free delivery on a future purchase.

rejecting this response because: This is not true. I have spoken with Ashley Home Stores and the chair is available. I also stated that I would take it in any color and was told I could pay $400. This was a conversation with Demitre.  I have a receipt  that would stand up in a court of law...if I took you to court you would loose. Why did you fire your salesman who sold me the chair? Why did you tell me on the phone that you were not carrying the chair and we called another Value City and they told us we could have the chair in any color..no problem..no additional charge. For the record, I cancelled my payment because I couldn’t stand the lies and the arguments. I will never do business with you again despite a home full of furniture from your store. I could have purchased the chair from JC Penny and been done with it. I request you pay me the difference in the cost of the purchase of the chair at another store. The difference is $116.61 . I have documentation if need be.
