I received my new item and I am satisfied

Good morning,We are picking up the chair for on 9/17/a refund because its too big for their room

As a courtesy we will give the customer credit to our store in the amount they paid for the sectional so that they can select new furnitureWhen the new merchandise is delivered the remaining pieces of the sectional will be picked up

I heard from someone at value City who agreed to replace the chairHowever that was after it was picked upOn 10/I was told a new chair would be ordered but how long before anyone will actually deliver one? They do not rushI've been without a chair for some time and have no idea how long before its replacedMy son just turned and usually relaxes in the chair before slowing down to go to bedThis situation is really making things more difficult then they need to beI also believe they only agreed to replace the chair after it was obvious it had major structural damage
