told cleaning was included when I paid cash , so I will like to receive my payment back in cashWhen purchasing the warranty the sales employee explain that cleaning was includedWhy your company insists on keeping my money for store credit , I do not want store credit this was your company mistakeAfter this I don't want to purchase from your company again for advertising communications to your customers to keep money by giving store credit

I am contacting you regarding the complaint, and response from Crest Furniture Incwith the ID *** (***)Crest furniture has
responded saying that they cannot cover the claim as the sofa is peeling all over and that the peel did not occur with in days of occurrence, even though in the pictures we sent them, there are other clear signs of wear and tear that did clearly happened within the day period, such as the cuts on the inside of the seat sofa, which they did not respond aboutIn addition to this, we talked to an employee at Value City furniture, and they told us that the model of sofa that we bought has since been discontinued both by the manufacturer and value city themselves, because of a manufacturing defect, which would've taken longer than days to manifestWe bought the sofa less than years ago, at a premium price and it has already become wreckedWhat else do you expect us to do? We bought insurance and everything, and while buying insurance, the employee who helped us choose out this sofa said the warranty for fabric sofas covers almost all damageI am extremely furious

I am rejecting this response because: on the agreement it shows cleaning for food and beverage stains including human body, which I called and explain that's what I needed cleaning for , only agreeing to refund of cash because your company is full of itI also spoke to someone in the warehouse and they also explains they offer these servicesI just want my full refund CASt wasn't no problem for me to give it to you at the time but it's a hard to receive my money back
