My complaint #*** below will not allow me to add any additional comments at this timeThe table was returned today and was damagedThe company left staples in the repaired leaf and placed all the
leaves back in the table and closed itWhich in turn damaged another leafThe driver called the company and they had to take back the leaf that they damaged, since from the beginning I only wanted them to take the damaged leaf and they refused to do soSo I am requesting that the company is sent another message as they did not return my table in a satisfactory mannerIf I do not receive a response in a timely manner I will open a new complaint with your organization on Monday morning

will not accept this until this is resolved I just got a call yesterday and what was told to me has not been followed up and until then this case is still openI want the orginal furniture in my house replace with a new set due to it has been damaged from day one and attempt and no successAfter speaking with the corporate office yesterday they have said nothing that the store has said in the past I ask the gentlemen on the phone to pay off the remaining balance for my card for all that I had to deal with This remains to be seen I have yet to recieve an email regarding our conversation which was promised to me
More to come I will not close this case!!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting the response because I strongly feel I should not have to use the warranty in which I purchased in order for the table to be replaced as the warranty was purchased for my use and not the furniture company's useThis would limit my use of my warranty as the warranty was purchased for my use for years should anything happen to my furnitureThe leaf came damaged and the company should have been responsible in replacing the table without using a warranty in which was purchased for my use and not the use of the furniture companyFurthermore, the packaging of my leaf was careless as demonstrated with the pictures in which I provided.I would like to thank you the Revdex.com of NJ for taking the time to address my concerns and assist me with the issues in which I experienced at Value City Furniture. *** Regards,*** ***

I have been going
back and forth with *** *** and Ashley FurnitureBoth companies are pointing the finger at the other in regards who is responsible for my return of the mattress for my dissatisfaction of comfortI last spoke to Tonya from Ashley Furniture who stated she spoke to the store's manager who will exchange the cover for another or give me credit back to the accountDuring our conversation, she also stated that Ashley Furniture does not sell *** *** brand of mattress covers, just the one I was soldWhen I spoke to *** from *** ***, she disagreed and stated if they sell their mattresses, they should also have *** *** mattress covers, because if the cover I sold is defective and does not protect the mattress thoroughly, it would void the *** *** warrantyI have sent multiple emails and left voice messages on ***'s extensions, having the last contact from her dated onSeptember 12thShe was supposed to have a discussion with her Ashley Furniture representative at *** ***, get in contact with Tonya at Ashley Furniture then report back to me a resolutionI don't understand how I've been the middle man in this entire messNeither company is taking accountabilityI also have not had time in my schedule to stop at the local Ashley Furniture store to see what other covers are available, and if a more durable, *** *** certified cover is available, I would appreciate if Ashley Furniture covered the difference if it is more costlyThis entire process has been extremely inconvenient and dishearteningIf Ashley isn't going to replace my mattress and I am stuck paying them $for a mattress I am not satisfied with, I would at least appreciate some compensation for this aggravation! How about replace the mattress protective cover (take care of the amount difference if new cover is more expensive) and throw in a few supportive *** *** pillowsIt's getting to that point where I just want my complaint justified and move on.I am satisfied with my previous purchase of my dining room set and would be happy to return for a couch purchase in the near future, I just don't appreciate the run-around I've been getting from their management and service teams after spending thousands of dollars at their storeIf that's the case, I can surely purchase somewhere else and have no problem with posting my complaint publicly on social media

We will replace the table as a courtesy and allow the customer to keep the protection plan as a one time courtesy as wellThis will be a one time courtesy as the customer signed the delivery slip stating the table was in good condition and the delivery slip stated the customer only has days to report damages.The customer reported this on 7/15/and the delivery was made in early May
