The movers did not show up for the job and we waited for one hour at the site. We had rented and driven a truck for two hours only for the movers to not show up. In the end we paid for the truck and were not able to load some of the things we planed to. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. We could have been warned at least a day in advance if no workers were available. "Safe Convenient Reliable"? Definitely not!

Scheduled a move on 5/7/2019 from 1000 Nodding Shade Drive to 200Fairmont Drive in Springhill and contacted Moving Help to hire 2 guys to load and unload all the heavy items associated with the move.The 2 guys that were assigned to me were fantastic,they handled the items with extreme care and worked non stop. Will have no problem in using Moving Help in the future. Mr. Art May

A full refund was submitted to the customer's bank today, 4/6/The refund will appear in the customer's bank account as two credit's of $each

This company is not run professionally They take no responsibility for anything It took me different calls to get my issues sorted out I ended up having to pay extra money due to an error that was there fault They did not even put in any work to try and rectify the issue

Mr*** filed a Resolution Case against his selected service provider on July 24th and the service provider responded to the customer on July 28thThe customer has the ability to speak directly with the service provider or respond to the Resolution CaseBelow is the response from the
service provider:"We were made aware of damage to the dresser after removing the plastic wrap and blankets that were on the furniture prior to the moveCustomer had furniture wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped in plasticUpon getting the dresser up on the second floor customer informed us of the damagePictures were taken of the damageI also explained to the customer I was unsure of "procedures" and explained he would open up a resolution case about the damagesI was given the payment code from the customer but I DID NOT enter the code into the systemI have called local furniture stores in my area to see if I can obtain a replacement piece of furniture or have the furniture repaired at our costOur agreeing to replace/fix the dresser does not mean we as Williams Transportation accept responsibility for the damagesI the owner was onsite and was in full direction of this move and this piece was never dropped, banged or "too much pressure" put on this pieceI will follow up with customer."
