I would suggest opening a new claim specifically stating the Moving Helpers business againRevdex.com is not accepting the fact that this is an issue related to the independent company and therefore requires Moving Help to respond to each of your responsesAt this point, I am not sure how clearer you can make it that the issue lie with the Moving Helper and not MovingHelp.comI am terribly sorry

Review of Services is permitted when the services are actually usedSince the order was cancelled and refunded there was no services to review. A note regarding the cancellation was recorded in the Helper account

The number provided by MovingHelp.com on their response to Revdex.com is the number of the mover who alerted me to this problemI called and he said he is no longer working for this company because he did several jobs for which he did not get paidThe person who asked me for the code which I should have supplied to the movers, ahead of the actual date of the move, called himself Tristan and his phone number is ###-###-####He is the person that MovingHelp.com put me in contact with from the startI also received the email (below) on Feb11, 2016, before the date I had moved, Feb15, These are the people who should be taking care of thisI have tried to contact Tristan and he has not responded to my calls since he took my moneyThank you,

Please see the below statement that the customer agreed to when placing an order." have verified my order summary is correct and I have read and agree to the Moving Help terms and conditions. I also acknowledge and agree that none of the U-Haul Companies nor eMove, Inc. actually provide the Moving Help Services to me. The Moving Help Services are provided by independent, separate and distinct third parties. The transaction and any resulting provision of the services are solely between me and the Moving Helper(s) I select."After the order was placed, the customer was taken to a confirmation page that contained instructions not to provide the payment code until the job was completed. As stated in the previous response, when the payment code was provided to the Moving Helper the funds were sent to them so they must be the ones to provide the refund.

The Customer hired [redacted], an individually owned and operated moving company that lists their services on MovingHelp.com. The Customer was advised via Terms & Conditions and...

vie email on October 5th, 2016 that the Payment Code provided was to only be released to the service provider upon satisfactory completion of services. The Customer released this Payment Code to the service provider, thus paying the service provider for the services rendered (to the Customer's satisfaction). Being that the funds have been released to the service provider, it is the suggestion of Moving Help that the Customer seek compensation from the service provider directly. A link to the Terms & Conditions is provided below as is the contact information for the service provider. [redacted] John W[redacted]

movinghelpers supplied me with a phone number and address that are not legitimate. I was never able to reach the movers in question so it would be impossible for me to have given them a payment code. After contacting moving helpers on the 23rd I was told the funds had not been used. After contacting them again on the 25th to try and obtain a refund I was told the funds were removed on the 20th, 3 days prior to the reservation. After contacting movinghelpers again on the 27th I was told the funds were removed on the 1st, 22 days prior to the reservation. I was also told the movers in question were removed from movinghelpers website on the 15th, 8 days prior to my move, for fraudulently withdrawing the funds and movinghelpers never once contacted me to tell me the funds were fraudulently removed, that the movers in question were no longer doing business with movinghelpers, or the fact that they would not be showing up to do the work that movinghelpers received the funds for. Every contact with movinghelpers ended with me sitting on hold for over an hour and then being hung up on once I requested a supervisor. After alerting local law enforcement about the fraud I was informed that the mover in question has not lived at the address listed for years and every attempt to obtain proof of what happened to my money has been denied by movinghelpers.

A refund of $168.85 was issued to the customer's credit card on September 9th, 2016. An additional refund of $112.15 was issued today (three separate refunds totaling $112.15). An additional refund of $5.95 was issued on August 23rd, 2016. At the time, the customer has been fully refunded for all...

The reason I selected [redacted] for this move was because I assumed that the movers were screened for quality and integrity. The mover specifically asked me for the code, and based on the interaction, he made me feel like he was checking it to confirm purchase. I was under the impression that the payment code was a receipt / proof of purchase and that the movers would work the 2 hour time slot regardless. I'm not sure how else I could have handled this. I'm a woman that was moving alone confronted by two guys who are supposed to be professionals. I assumed that a professional, hired by a large, reputable company, would perform the services requested without ripping me off and abandoning me. I was completely stuck with a truck full of items that were too heavy for me to move.
Additionally, I directly contacted the mover multiple times confirming what the work entailed and asking when they would come back. No response. My husband called too. Again, no response. Sending his contact information doesn't help. What he did was intentional. He knew he worked 40 minutes and got paid for 2 hours even though I needed their help for several more hours. Why this is acceptable perplexes me. What happened to integrity? From now on I will never trust a business.
The system to pay the movers has gaps and can be easily manipulated. Additionally, when I called moving help.com when I was abandoned I would expect a replacement to be assigned to finish the job. Instead the only help that was offered was to contact the mover, which I had already done with no success multiple times. I plan to write numerous more reviews on this experience as I don't want others to go through what I did. This was one of the worst business experiences I have encountered in my life.
