I've attempted to use the feature they outline with no success, which is why I've come to the Revdex.com for assistance. I was not made aware that giving the payment code indicated acceptance - they wouldn't leave my apartment and extorted additional monies from me. I have been unable to reach anyone at movinghelp.com for assistance on the date of occurrence or any time since

Unfortunately, I cannot locate an order with information that matches the contact information that the Customer provided

Working with movinghelp.com was extremely frustrating Their customer service representatives were rude, unsympathetic, and unhelpful Furthermore, their ratings for moving companies were extremely misleading When moving from NJ to CA, I looked up movers in CA with high ratings I wanted to make sure I had reliable movers since I was not going to have my car with me in CA I found a company through their site with a high rating and booked them That company never showed up on our moving day When I reached out to movinghelp.com to inform them of this and ask for their assistance, they did not help me find a solution The customer service representative was the rudest individual I've encountered in my life She cut me off several times and did not provide any useful informationI would NEVER use movinghelp.com again or suggest this service to anyone It was an absolute nightmare

I had reserved a moving service through movinghelper.com a week before my moving date, My account was withdrawn immediately and I had confirmation for my scheduled serviceA day before the actual move I contacted the mover just to find out that they had an another assignment and would not be available for my jobWhen I contacted movinghelp I was told that all they could offer was to cancel the current order and that I would have to put in a new orderThey would return the charges but it could take up to business daysI hired another moving service, the movers who showed up were inexperienced and not up to par to move a bedroom apartment(!)I had to hire a 3rd service for the next day for which my account was charged twice(for the same transaction)After numerous phone calls,frustrating conversations with incompetent customer service representatives, I am yet to receive the $refund (cancellation/unauthorized charge),and have my furniture moved!

This company is awful - they should be shutdown...I booked movers through their service The movers delayed twice in the day of the move and then canceled in the evening - leaving me with no options but to move myself It was a nightmare Meanwhile, not even Uhaul could reach Moving Helpers by phone We tried times They are basically a yellow page - they offer no value to the customers and worse - they falsify their position as having any accountability - the only thing they will do is refund AND - they assign movers that are not available

The customer was refunded $on July 7th as the services were not completed as agreed upon by her selected provider. As for additional funds, as the contact for services exists between Ms*** and *** *** *** ***, she would need to pursue them directly for compensation
