My Flight Search was a client of ours - we sell airfare to travel agencies, they fell behind in payments and have yet to respond or make payment.
My Flight Search was a client of ours who we offered credit to - they began booking air with us on 1/9/20 and their terms of credit were payment for the prior 7 days due by Friday of the following week. We had not received payment but promise of payment coming early the next week. However by 1/23/20 payment had not been received so we stopped issuing tickets to them and demanded payment which was promised on several occasions. Our attorney sent a demand letter on 3/3/20 which there was no response. We have repeatedly asked for payment or at least correspondence with no luck.

Desired Outcome

We want other suppliers to be aware of their reputation of bad service and non-payment of money owed.

I bought airline ticket through this service, my flight to las vegas was cancelled. I want a refund $389.59
On dec 13 I purchased round trip fight from *** to las vegas for march 27, the *** airlines flight was cancelled, I want my money refunded, I have tried calling them many times ,on hold for hours,,no one gets back to me

This company is giving me the run around on my refund me for airline tickets I never received
I was looking for cheap tickets to bring my daughter's and grandchild, I placed the order for the airline tickets, but never received the eticket, my children were at the airport and they had no record of it. I couldn't contact them because of a high call volume, finally I was able to reach them a few days later and they stated it would be refunded. Here we are over 3 weeks later and still no refund. They are claiming they refunded it but my bank has not seen it. This company needs to be put out of business, they are lying about refunding people and if I report this to my bank I will have to wait over a week for a replacement card. I spoke with them weeks ago and here it is the end of March and still refund and my family needs that money. They are thieves and I'm thinking about contacting the police.

No refund recieved for flight cancellation back on 1/27/20
I purchased a flight back in January and on 1/29/20 they notified me rates went up and I had to purchase another flight and billed me again. They said the purchase price of the original flight would be mailed in 7 business days. They also sent email confirming amount would be credit back on credit card but after calling, they kept saying it would mail. I have called them 5-6 times and they keep saying it will be mailed.

I accept as long as they actually follow through. The next *** billing cycle ends April 11 so the refund should certainly show up then since I was told by Calvin in Customer Service that it was sent on 2 March. I actually was able to speak to someone a month ago only after repeated phone calls, messages on *** and countless hours of my time. I will certainly resubmit if there continues to be a problem.

I checked with my sister today and the refund did FINALLY come through. Thank you for your help.

I got plane tickets and needed info on canceling. They cancelled my flight instead and kept the money.
On March 14th, I bought two tickets from ***, *** to ***, *** for April 17th and return tickets on April 21st. I then learned March 15th that I could not go, because the place I had planned on staying wasn't available any longer. I called the company and they referred me to ***. I tried getting information, but struggled. So I called the company again about changing the flight or canceling it. He told me the prices for changing and cancelling, and I told him I would wait and if I wanted to make changes I would do so. I then get an email from *** after calling and trying to change it, stating that my flight had been cancelled through the company I bought the tickets. I never got through to even look at changing or cancelling it, so how did it get cancelled?? And now my money is gone??

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back for the tickets. I did not cancel it, and I would have been able to at least apply that money to another flight or something, but now it's gone. I will never recommend this company to anyone

I do accept this response. I will say, the first time they called me, I stated I probably wouldn't be able to travel because I work in health care and the man hung up on me. I had to call back and explain that I deal directly with COVID-19 patients and I can't travel at this point in time. He did make it right, but I did not appreciate being hung up on. I am glad to receive a refund and just be done with this. I have not received my refund yet, so we will see.

I booked airfare to the east coast in Jan 2020 and was charged 10 times the amount.
I booked a 1 way ticket to the east coast online in Jan 2020. I thought I was on the specific airline website when I booked it. However, when the transaction went through, the arriving and departing destinations were completely different. I immediately called back and cancelled the booking explaining the situation. I was told there would be a full refund in 7-10 business days. When I checked my account, I was charged 10 times the original amount. I immediately closed the card and have called at least a dozen times trying to get a refund, but to no avail. They kept telling me over and over to give it another 10 days. I said the the card has been closed and asked they just give me a check instead. They said they would have someone call me about the refund but no one ever did. When I called back to explain that I have not yet been called about my refund, they got angry and start yelling. I've gone back and forth with them and now they are saying I got my refund. During my last conversation yesterday, they said no one will call me about this and nothing else will be done.

I went online to read the reviews only to find out this is happening to a lot of other consumers. This is an outrage and this company needs to be held accountable. Hopefully, this will help others as well.

This company unfairly appeared as a flight booking website.

After collecting my funds, the company alleged they did not have record of my booking.
After making a flight reservation for me through ***, this company did not notify me when the flight was cancelled due to the COVD-19 crisis. Then, when I contacted ***, they referred me to my travel agent that had booked the service. Upon contacting the company, they stated they had no record of my reservation using information collected during the call back, and then after placing me on hold, hung up on me without proceeding further.

I would like to company to contact me and provide a refund in full for the cancelled flights as *** is offering full reimbursement or reschedule of flights due to COVID-19.

I already received a refund from ***, but would like to be returned the booking fee this travel agency charges. I will not accept a credit for use in the future, just a refund of the booking fee to my card on file.

We were booking a flight with *** . I was scammed by this company who was impersonating *** AIRLINES AGENT.

All ways No Answer (on hold 15 minutes w/ No answer). I was Scammed by this company who was impersonating *** AIRLINE. - I WOULD LIKE BE REFUND THE $531.63

We received a call from the customer on January 30th, 2020 to book a flight from - *** to *** and return. As per the customer's request, the flight was booked for departing on March 05th, 2020 and returning on March 15th, 2020 with *** Airlines.

Mr. had asked for the reservation for 3 passengers, which are as below:
1. ***
2. ***
3. ***

He was sent an email to check if all the details were correct and to click on "I Acknowledge" button, if all was in order. The email advised the following points:

1. Names of the passengers
2. Itinerary
3. Total charges
4. Last 4 digits of the card that was being used for payment
5. The card may be charged in multiple transactions, amounting to the total charge advised.
6. Terms and conditions of the booking, including that the bookings is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Mr. clicked on the button and gave the authorization, which also captured the IP address of the device from where authorization was given. An e-ticket confirmation was also sent to the customer which again advised the terms and conditions, including that the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.

A customer sending us a confirmation email is a proof itself that the customer was happy with the itinerary and accepted the charges and gave the authorization by reading and accepting the flight details sent in the email. The passengers have already utilized the tickets. At no point during the call, our representative claimed to be of *** Airlines, else she would not have sent email with our branding.

I was charged a change of flight fee of $558.90 from flight search and the airline did not charge a change fee. Iam unable to contact, 3messages left.
I purchased tickets to *** for the dates of March 17-19,. Due to the Corona virus the trip was postponed and I needed to change the tickets. I contacted myflightsearch on 3-11-2020 to change the tickets and I was told there would be a fee, I agreed to the fee since I know the airlines do charge fees to change tickets. The tickets were changed to the dates of 4-7-20 - 4-9-20. However, I contacted the airline today 3-25-2020 and I was told there was no fee assessed due to the Corona virus. My flight search charged $558.90 for the change fee. I have tried to contact them several times including the last 3 days 3-23-20, 3-24-20 and 3-25-20 in which I waited on hold for several hours combined, 2 hours today 3-25-20. I have left messages for a call back each day and have heard nothing. I understand there is extenuating circumstances at this, however, the recording on hold states myflightsearch appreciates your business and if you would like to leave a message an agent will call you back. 3 messages in 3 days and I have heard nothing.

I want a refund if the $558.90? However, in the event that I do need to cancel these tickets due to the Corona virus I should not receive a cancellation fee from my flight search for all of the time I spent on hold and not being contacted back in 3 days

Thank you! I am satisfied with the outcome (refund) of the complaint, just sad that it had to come to this... this is my first Revdex.com complaint and I do hope it to be the last.

They would not assist me in cancelling or changing my flight. Agents rude. I lost my $ when flights are supposed to be changed or cancelled .
I booked with this company on 3/1 for a round trip flight on Cape Air from Mayaguez to San Juan leaving 3/19, returning 3/23. Reference # for the transaction reference # is ***. Paid with my *** miles. When travel was discouraged due to the virus I tried to call to cancel my flight. Many hours on hold...advised to e-mail which I did. Never heard back, called again and left number for callback...again no return call. Finally got through day of flight after scheduled takeoff time and was told too bad, you are a no show, nothing they can do. Agent was VERY rude. Called again 4 days ago, spoke to another agent who said would check with airline, get back to me...again to callback. They have no intention on assisting me. Flight not expensive but this is not right. Cape Air could not help as I booked through this company.

I would like this company looked into. I am sure I am not the only person they are scamming. I would like a refund due to the circumstances of the cancellation.

Cancel round trip booking reference ***, for a full refund, as the inbound international flight cancelled. The business is not answering phones.
I booked a round trip flight from Las Vegas NV (LAS) to Los Angeles CA (LAX), on March 15, 2020. The agent assured me that I'd be able to make changes to the flight including cancelling the reservation before March 31, 2020 for a full refund of $307.78, per FAA guidelines given the current Covid-19 Federal guidelines. I had booked the flight to be able to pick up my wife traveling back from UAE on Emirates flight EK 0215 flying into LAX on April 13, 2020, for our return flight back home to Las Vegas the same day. Emirate cancelled their flight EK 0215 for an undetermined period of time. As such, I wanted to call MyFlightSearch agent, but they are not answering the phones. I have been trying to call the business but they are not answering the phones.

Desired Outcome

Obtain a full refund, based on the fact that the international flight is indefinitely cancelled, the flight between LAS and LAX makes no sense, and serves no purpose. Thus, I wanted to call, cancel, obtain a full refund and re-book in the future, once I know the itinerary of the incoming international flight.

They owe us 1,684.72 from 12 Feb 2020. They admit this, but do not pay us. Say it is in process. We believe that this is a fradulent practice.
On 10 February 2020, we attempted to purchase two flight tickets from MyFlightSearch. It didn't go thru. On 12 February 2020, MyFlightSearch debited our account for the amount of the tickets, which was $1,684.72. They sent an email to us saying that their computer had made a mistake, and they would get the money back to us. Weeks later on 10 March 2020 they sent another email to us saying the repayment was in process, but required audit approval. Voice mails and emails go unanswered. We do not believe that their computer made a mistake. We believe that they intentionally and illegally debited our account to get free money. Without Revdex.com intervention, we do not believe that we will ever get our money back. We believe that MyFlightSearch is a dishonest, fraudulent and disreputable operation. Any help Revdex.com can provide to return our money and prevent others from being ripped off in this manner would be a great benefit. Perhaps criminal charges should be brought against MyFlightSearch. Their computer did not make a mistake. This was done deliberately and maliciously.

Desired Outcome

We seek the immediate return of the money, $1,684.72, that was stolen by MyFlightSearch on 12 Feb 2020. They should be penalized for their illegal thievery.

Contacted Revdex.com maybe 60 years ago on a matter and it was also quickly resolved. Revdex.com is an excellent and very effective organization, a hidden treasure.

They booked a flight through *** for spring break and we had to cancel due to the corona virus. There is no way to contact them and they kept 400
They won't respond to email, won't answer their phone, won't return messages I have left. I paid 400$ for two tickets and now I am just out that money I assume after reading their reviews this is common practice for them. It is suggested that no one travel during this time due to corona virus and from what I have read in other reviews a lot of people didn't have tickets once they arrived at the airline anyway. This company is a scam

MyFlightSearch charged us US$1,227.85 instead of US$227.85, the cost of the ticket. MyFlightSearch accepted the error but has not reimburse the money.
More than a month ago my wife *** paid an air ticket using her *** card to My Flight Search online system.
My Flight Search charged to her bank account card US$1,227.85 instead of US$227.85, the original cost of the air ticket. One thousand dollars more!
The air flight booking number was *** to the name of ***, our son, from ***. He cancelled the booking due to the MFS error and because the reservation at *** Airlines was
not approved.
The transaction in the bank account was pending and security department of the bank discovered that the card was used to do another fraudulent online transactions and suspended the card.
On March 4th my wife got the email from My Flight Search indicating that she would be getting the reimbursement in the following days.
My Flight Search informed me in a conference call that the reimbursement would be done the week of March 9th.
To date, my wife has not received the reimbursement yet, which is totally unacceptable.
The bank informed my wife that the reimbursement has not been processed yet by My Flight Search, and that there is no sign in the *** system to be done.

I have called to customer service phone and nobody answers the phone. My wife has sent several emails and they said customer service will solve the issue soon.
This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible.

Desired Outcome

We want the reimbursement of the US$1,227.85 in our bank accout card.

We have not received the money in the bank. *** credit card and *** in *** say they don´t see any transaction done by My Flight Search to our account.

My wife ***, *** , has written to them several times requesting a proof that the transaction has been done so we can send it to the bank, but My Flight Search has not sent any official document that clearly demonstrates the reimbursement. They just say that we need to ask the bank.

As an example, for me it is like going to a hotel, you leave your credit card and they take a deposit to cover the days you will be staying at the hotel. When you do the check out they give you an official voucher that shows that they have not charged any money to your card and in a week or two the bank reimburses the money taken from you credit card, or if its a debit card the return you the money to the bank.

This is the voucher we are requesting and we have not received any legal / official document or voucher that shows that they have done that reimbursement.

As said above t the original charge was US$227.85 and My Flight Search charged to my wife´s bank account debit card US$1,227.85. I dont´want to think this is a fraud act but I really want to this the money in my wife´s account. It has passed almost two months from the transaction and nothing happens.

You may want to visit their *** page.***.*** where you will all type of consumers complaints.

We just want our money back.

Please ask them to send me the money back or the proof that they have done the reimbursement to send it to the bank (they will talk to *** credit card).

Booked a flight. They confirmed cost at 1476 and billed credit card. No e-tickets ever received from ***. No customer service contact.
Booked a flight on March 6, 2020. They confirmed cost at $1476.95. Then, billed $1476.95 in full to my credit card. Booking Number ***. Never received e-tickets from ***.Our flights leave March 26 and we have been calling customer service for hours, leaving voicemails and e-mails with no response regarding a refund on the amount we spent on so called airline tickets.

There are copies of all payments and communication. No refund in sight. We have canceled our trip and are wondering where our money went if we never received e-tickets.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back - specifically $1476.95 US.

As a result of filing this formal complaint, I did receive a phone call from Victor on 3/25/20 to discuss receiving a refund. On 4/4 I did receive a full refund in the amount requested. This case can now be closed. Thank you Revdex.com for all your assistance. I truly believe without filing this complaint that I would have never heard back from this company.

On 7th they canceled my ticket and promised to return money they took on 9th for no reason sense that they didn't return any money even we called . Th
On 03/07/20. Book and canceled my ticket after phone call they try to sell same ticket for 300$ more we refuse and all is ok .Then on 03/09/20 I find out they charged my card I called and asked way they apologized and told me money will be returned .After couple day they send me new email whit proof that money will come and after that nothing . We called and talk whit some of employees but never whit people in charge of refunds they phone always busy or leave message and so on.last spoke whit them on 03/20/20 they again didn't refund my money. Just don't know what to do to get money back from them.

I am trying to get a refund of a flight that was booked for July of this year under false pretenses
I am including the three correspondence letters that I received from this company. While I was making the reservation it somehow got changed to a different date. There by the rate became cheaper.
