we ordered canvas in October its December now but when I check order status it never changekeep on the first step *submitted your order*...! I have been using other american labs too,they always send us shipping info soon I wanted to see the quality.so I order as sampleit was just only backsbut seeing other peoples reviews made me think they are scamming peopletaking money and trying to get away what made me more mad is they still offer service over the internet.they should closing down! or someone should take their business licenseworst company and worst service ever

Do not order from this company It has been months and I still have not received the photo I ordered I was told over a month ago it was in the printing process I have asked for a refund or my picture sent today There is no way possible a company should even promote a business and have this type of customer service Obviously they cannot handle the volume

I've been waiting seven months for my canvasDON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Placed an order on 3/13/2016, it is not 5/13/and I have YET to recieve my order, in fact it is still in the first stage (processing)I have contacted them numerous times over this matter because it is simply unacceptableAnd EVERYTIME I have sent emails/live chat I get the same written message that seemed copied and pasted; very impersonalThey have stated like the rest of those who have left messages, that their production has changed causing delays, and that it is stated it can fluctuateAlso, I wish I had known such things before purchasing a voucher elsewhere, because I certainly would have taken business elsewherePlease do not place an order with this company, especially if you're under a time frame or it is a gift

I purchased a voucher for a canvas print Then a photo was uploaded to use the voucher on May 9, I have repeatedly asked for a status and have been told a variety of answers except when it will actually ship It is now Nov27, and still nothing The company is still selling the vouchers and I have to wonder if anyone actually gets what they paid for

On May 8th, I made a canvas print order using a [redacted] voucher that I had purchasedI was intending to use this toward creating a print for a graduation gift that was being held at the end of MayAfter placing the order I continued to go to their website and put in my order number so that I could see its statusWeek after week the order status only would show "Processing"I was not told that there was going to be a day delay in shipping my order until AFTER I used their online chat customer service about three weeks laterIf I had known that there was going to be a delay than I would have never completed the order in the first place Now over three months later I went back to the website to see if the order was ever shipped and the status still showed as "processing"I contacted their chat service again today and talked to [redacted] who told me that they are still working on processing my orderAlmost four months later and they still have not printed the 10xprint?! I am extremely upset and feel scammedShe also mentioned to me that I could not cancel the order and receive a refund since I used a voucher I am so upset and I hope that justice can be somehow made with this companyAbsolutely ridiculous

I ordered canvas prints June 30, I have contacted the business several times by email Their reply is they have a back log and are working to get caught up I noticed they are advertising specials again How can they create more sales, if they cannot complete last years orders? I also purchased another voucher in July, waiting for my first order before placing it I asked for a refund, and of course it is non refundable Please help me resolve this issue, and help me get my order Thank you so much

Just as many others have reviewed, we've experienced the same situation Ordered a canvas back in July and it still has not shipped I get the same response from the company as others I have ordered from this company several times in the past and the quality was always very good and I had no issues with shipping at that time But, unfortunately I will not order from them again This was a gift so now it will be a long overdue gift if it ever gets shipped! What I don't understand is if you are having difficulties with production, shipping, etc., why do you keep spending time sending out marketing emails, promotion emails, etc, to try and sell more product when can't even deliver the orders you have Spend your time and energy into fulfilling your current commitments

I purchased my voucher on [redacted] on May 29, and [redacted] had under description that the turn around time for this product was 8-business daysI ordered my 20xcanvas on their website on May 29, (that same day) and have not heard any updates regarding my order Their FAQs page states under "HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRINT" : "current production times are as follow:10-business days for Canvas Prints" It's been a month (and business days to be exact) and there have been NO updates on my orderThe status of my order is still "processing." I emailed them a week ago to update on my order and have not heard backI emailed again yesterday...waiting on a response When I online chatted with an [redacted] on their live chat to request a cancellation and refund since its taking longer than promised, "***" told me I can email [email protected] to cancel because that's how they process...the SAME email address as the email that didn't respond to my inquiry What a terrible experienceWish I knew all this before purchasing and ordering

I understand production delays "Stuff happens." But I placed my order in early July for a canvas print and I'm still waiting for my 10-day delayed order I had bought three vouchers thinking I could send a first order and see how they did and then decide how to use the other two before they expired No luck ever getting the print and the other two vouchers are expired No refund - even when the company is at fault Worst yet, email or Chat gets nothing but a canned response without any attempt at conversation And the final nail is that I still get emails with offers for discount print vouchers This has been a very bad customer experience I'm hoping that I get the one print eventually to get a least some of my investment back

This company took my money in early April with a promise of 7-business days to ship a canvas printIt's now June 24th and STILL NO PRODUCTThey refuse to give me a time when it will ship, only saying it will be as soon as possibleThey're liars and thievesmonths later and still no resolutionDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYThey are a scam and the internet is FILLED with bad reviews and comments

I placed an order over days ago I get the same email everyone else is getting about them being behind and can not give an expected date of completion This month my emails asking for info have gone unanswered I tried to contact thru [redacted] and was able to get a response but all it said was to email company I tried to call using number listed here on Revdex.com it is a dead end also

Bought a voucher for my daughter for mother's day She ordered the canvases at least months ago and has not received the canvases However, every day I get an e-mail about an awesome deal on vouchers they are promoting It makes me think they just sell the vouchers to make the money and they don't fulfill the voucher What a deceitful company!! I would never recommend anyone to use them

Please don't buy anything from this company you will never receive you product ordered on June ithe is December Please please please don't buy from this company

There are tooooo many complaints of orders taking way too long I ordered three canvases weeks ago It should only take 2-weeks tops They should STOP selling their canvases until they get caught up on production I see so many ads for two for etc I think they are taking the $$$$$ and are not going to deliver these orders

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I entered an order on April 18, 2016, which from today December 21, was a mere EIGHT (8) MONTHS AGO and I have received nothing other than an email (in September) stating that the order was being processed and when it ships (which I am betting will NEVER happen) that it will be upgraded to 2-day shipping - WOW that is so generous THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!!
