I purchased a voucher for a canvas print.
Then a photo was uploaded to use the voucher on May 9, 2016.

I have repeatedly asked for a status and have been told a variety of answers except when it will actually ship.

It is now Nov. 27, 2016 and still nothing.
The company is still selling the vouchers and I have to wonder if anyone actually gets what they paid for.

Bought a voucher for my daughter for mother's day. She ordered the canvases at least 5 months ago and has not received the canvases. However, every day I get an e-mail about an awesome deal on vouchers they are promoting. It makes me think they just sell the vouchers to make the money and they don't fulfill the voucher. What a deceitful company!! I would never recommend anyone to use them.

I ordered and paid for an order in August and have never received it with the only response from them is "it is being processed." I suggested a refund. Again, no response. Perhaps this is a scam.

I ordered and paid for 4 canvases in June. I have gotten only the runaround since then. They will not refund my money. The birthday present won't even be a Christmas present. I keep getting solicitations to buy more "Vouchers" and canvasses. No explanations - "We again apologize for the delay of your order. We are working to get caught up and back to our normal production times as quickly as possible. We hope to be caught up within the next few weeks. As we are working through a backlog of orders, I am just not able to give you a date by which your order will ship."

I understand production delays. "Stuff happens." But I placed my order in early July 2016 for a canvas print and I'm still waiting for my 10-15 day delayed order. I had bought three vouchers thinking I could send a first order and see how they did and then decide how to use the other two before they expired. No luck ever getting the print and the other two vouchers are expired. No refund - even when the company is at fault. Worst yet, email or Chat gets nothing but a canned response without any attempt at conversation. And the final nail is that I still get emails with offers for discount print vouchers. This has been a very bad customer experience. I'm hoping that I get the one print eventually to get a least some of my investment back.

This company took my money in early April with a promise of 7-10 business days to ship a canvas print. It's now June 24th and STILL NO PRODUCT. They refuse to give me a time when it will ship, only saying it will be as soon as possible. They're liars and thieves. 2.5 months later and still no resolution. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are a scam and the internet is FILLED with bad reviews and comments.

ordered from this company March 6th. it is now may 25th with no sign of my order even being started. I've received a few different reasons there has been a delay, but none of them hold water. I would be shocked if I actually receive a product a at this point.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I entered an order on April 18, 2016, which from today December 21, 2016 was a mere EIGHT (8) MONTHS AGO and I have received nothing other than an email (in September) stating that the order was being processed and when it ships (which I am betting will NEVER happen) that it will be upgraded to 2-3 day shipping - WOW that is so generous. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!! I have copies of the order, emails, etc.

I have been waiting over 6 months for my order. All they tell me is they are backlogged. Do NOT use these people!

I placed an order for 4 Canvas Prints on June 23, 2016 using my [redacted] Voucher purchased, and I still have yet to receive my order from My Pix 2. This company has a phone number listed, but it's only a recording referring to contact via email. There is no actual person to discuss any issues with other than chat room or email. I have reached out to inquire about my order via email on multiple occasions. Each time I have received an email back, the response from My Pix 2 is that "delivery takes 40 or more days" and they are extremely backed up. This is the same response I have been given each time. Not only that but I was advised to be patient, I feel over 3 months of waiting is MORE than patient. It is now October 10, 2016 I have yet to receive my order. When asked if I could have a refund they shot it down and said orders placed with a voucher [redacted] which I have used, are non-refundable. I don't understand why? [redacted] has been absolutely wonderful and worked with me on this issue but there hands are tied as well they can't force this company to mail my order to me. I don't understand if my order has been sitting in processing for over 3 months, why on earth can I not have my money reimbursed. This is very frustrating. I am very dissatisfied and feel as though my hands are tied. I will never use this company again. Terrible, Terrible service.

Worse company I have dealt with. Ordered multiple prints over 5 months ago and I keep getting told, like everyone else, production is back logged. Yet they are running another online special- why would a company who can't keep up with their orders attempt to increase volume? I've asked for a refund with no response

When I ordered a print from them it indicated it would take 6 to 8 days only. 77 days later the website shows my order is still at the processing stage. I have contacted customer service with no avail. Their answers are not satisfactory. They should not be offer discounts if they can't fulfill orders in a timely maner. I just need my print and I recommend to never order from this company.

I order may 2 canvas prints May 24th 2016. It is now August 9th 2016 and I still have not received my order. They refuse to refund the shipping and the amount of the prints. Every time I contact them they give me the run around saying that it should be done soon. They originally said it would take about 2 weeks to get my prints. This place is a scam. They refuse to send me the prints or refund my money.

Beware...this company deletes negative reviews from their site. The quality of their images on canvas is poor. When my husband and I renewed our wedding vows, I placed two separate orders using pictures taken by our photographer. (I do own the rights to the photographs.) When I received my images on canvas from MyPix2, I was not happy with the quality. They were dark and grainy. Furthermore, the sides of my canvases were black because they did not wrap my images. ImageCanvas.com wrapped my images on the sides of the canvas, and the images on their canvases were bright and vibrant unlike the ones from MyPix2. MyPix2 did process and send my orders more quickly; however, this does not compensate for the diminished quality of their prints. Your memories are too important...please do not fall prey to their ploys to save you money. Sacrificing quality for price is NOT worth any "savings" they offer.

I wish I had checked out Revdex.com before I placed my order. I, like so many others, cannot get my order printed and shipped. I placed my order on July 1, 2016. It is December 12, 2016 and still nothing. I am also receiving apologetic email about production time, but the issue never gets resolved.

MY EXPEREINCE WITH MYPIX2.COM HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. I PLACED MY ORDER ON 2/17/16 AND AS OF TODAY STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL, ONLY COMMUNICATION IS EITHE VIA CHAT OR EAMIL. USING CHAT, I AM CONTINUSLY TOLD MY ODER IS IN PROCESS AND SHOULD EXPECT IT IN 2-3 BUISNESS DAYS. I REALLY WANT SOMEONE TO LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY AND THERE PRACTICE. THEY ARE SHOWING AN USA ADDRESS BUT I WONDER IF THEY ARE TRULY MANUFACTURING IN THE USA. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN AND HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER DUE TO THEIR DELAY IN PRODUCTION AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE FROM THEIR CHAT/CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just as many others have reviewed, we've experienced the same situation. Ordered a canvas back in July and it still has not shipped. I get the same response from the company as others. I have ordered from this company several times in the past and the quality was always very good and I had no issues with shipping at that time. But, unfortunately I will not order from them again. This was a gift so now it will be a long overdue gift if it ever gets shipped! What I don't understand is if you are having difficulties with production, shipping, etc., why do you keep spending time sending out marketing emails, promotion emails, etc, to try and sell more product when can't even deliver the orders you have. Spend your time and energy into fulfilling your current commitments.

Terrible experience!
I have been waiting over three months for a canvas I ordered.
They told me 30-45 business days when I inquired, them once that passed and I asked, they changed it to 60 business days. The 60 business days has also passed and my order is still in "processing". I would never order from this company again.

Horrible. I made a purchase over 3 months ago. My product still hasn't been produced or shipped. Customer service is horrible, they told me I am not allowed to receive a refund only store credit. This business has numerous negative reviews. The other reviews are dealing with the he exact thing as me. No product, no refund. This is outrageous, how is this company still in operation?

This company is the worst. I ordered in early September because they were running a special. I have tried several times to reach out. I keep getting the run around. First I was told 2 weeks then I was told 6 weeks after the 2 was up. After the 6 weeks was up I was told 13 business weeks. Then when that was up I was told 6 more weeks. I asked for a refund and they said to go to a different email address and so I sent an email to that and then another and another and another. I have received no response for weeks. I don't expect to see my product or my money back at any point. This company needs to have a class action law suit held against it. I'm sure they will send me a message on messenger also like everyone else that has complained so far. At this point I am very use the talking with automated robots with this company promising different things and repeating the same thing over and over such as "these are unusual times" or "we expect service to return to normal soon" I'm sure anything they send will be yet another series of lies leading me down the labyrinth. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
