Like many others here, II purchased a voucher, mine was from [redacted]. I ordered my canvas print over 6 months ago. After contacting them I got an email with an order number that I could track.. well all of a sudden it was in stretching.. from nothing to stretching .. yeah right! It's been in "stretching" for almost 2 week now. How long does it take to stretch? I requested a refund and was told no because it was printed. Very unhappy. I have filed a complaint with [redacted] and they are investigating it. This company is horrible. I would have had better service at [redacted].

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I purchased discounted vouchers for 4 prints more than 5 MONTHS AGO and my status online still says "processing." There's no phone number to contact, you can only email and you always get the same line..."we're behind due to unexpected volume." I wish I could give zero stars, but 1 is the lowest option. I was truly dismayed to realize they're STILL SELLING VOUCHERS on a scale at which they could never possibly deliver. Disgraceful.

BUYER BEWARE !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is pretty obvious that there are very unhappy customers! I wish I would have checked them out before ordering close to $200 worth of prints. Ordered in May 2016 and still waiting! Their response to refund is more vouchers! Very dissatisfied!

I ordered a canvas from this site 6/28/16 their website indicated products would be shipped out in 8-10 days
At 30 days I emailed and was told 45-60 days
After 60 days I emailed again and was told it would be another month
That month went by and I was told it would be another month
It's been over 90 days and I still do not have my product :(

I placed my order on Sept 7th and it is now Nov 29th and have still not received my order with I placed for 2 canvases. No phone call center to speak to an actual person. They are just taking peoples money and not giving anything in return. I keep getting generic responses about delays from their "live chat". I need my canvases and I need a pone # to speak to an actual person. This company feels like a scam and if they are truly a scam company, they need to but shut down ASAP.

I ordered pictures on 9/30, and still do not have there, and they have not even been started. I requested the $60 I paid for shipping and they will not give it back to me. They are the worst company out there! DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered from this company on June 23rd after purchasing vouchers. As of October 11th the order has not been received and I receive the same response each time I contact the company. They are now taking longer to respond to my emails for order updates as well.

To sum it up: Promised product in 5-6 weeks. Three months later, nothing. I contact them and ask about it, and they said "too bad". Further, check reviews of them on [redacted] and [redacted]. Five or more MONTHS before they send products, IF they send one at all. Process your money when you order, though, and refuse to refund money. Send emails multiple times a week, though, trying to get you to buy items... which they clearly do not make and will not send. This is called fraud, stealing, robbery, and theft. Worst company I've ever - EVER - experienced. I called my credit card company, reported them, and did a chargeback on the order. I cannot believe they have the nerve to claim customers love their quality and products. Again - check [redacted] and [redacted]. It takes 5+ months to get a product from the, IF you get it at all. WHO CAN BE HAPPY WITH THAT? Further, to continue sending emails and promotions, KNOWING people are going to buy things as Christmas gifts, which as a company you know you will refuse to actually honor - just take their money?! This company is disgusting. Vile.

After nearly three months waiting for my product, I contacted them and asked a) why they have not let me know about the delay in my order, b) how they were going to make right the wait, c) when I might be able to expect my order to be delivered, or my refund for products never tendered, and d) why they continue to try to rip off customers by sending promotion codes to buy products every few days, when they can't fulfill current orders. Reviews on [redacted] and [redacted] indicate this problem started in January 2016 - and now it is December nearly.

Our customers love our high quality and our low prices. Our current ads are mostly for vouchers that can be used within 6 months, we are trying to avoid offering discounts that have to be used right away. This is not typical and we are working hard to get back to our regular production time.
I understand your concern and we apologize for the delays. We are working to get caught up and back to our normal production times as quickly as possible. We hope to be caught up within the next few weeks. As we are working through a backlog of orders, I am just not able to give you a date by which your order will ship. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number to follow.

This is the 2nd time I tried using this company, yes I'm a sucker apparently. First ordered prints January 2016, by april I was told they lost my prints and was offered to either resend my canvas to be made or a voucher. I chose a voucher. I send another order sept.3 2016 and after submitting the order was told it was 45-60 business days to production. It's now January again, no responses other the automated emails everyone else has received.

we ordered canvas in October . its December now but when I check order status it never change. keep on the first step *submitted your order*...! I have been using other american labs too,they always send us shipping info soon. I wanted to see the quality.so I order as sample. it was just only 50 backs. but seeing other peoples reviews made me think they are scamming people. taking money and trying to get away. what made me more mad is they still offer service over the internet.they should closing down! or someone should take their business license. worst company and worst service ever.

We ordered items from them company on 8/21 and are yet to receive the product.

I ordered a canvas March XX XXXX and tracking showing it has been in the initial processing stage since. I have contacted via email twice and they stated they are busy. Order # XXXXXX

Do not use this company!!! Scam or fraudulent, one of the two! I placed my order over 4 months ago with no update from customer response. DO NOT ORDER!!

I placed an Order for canvas prints on August 30, 2016. It is currently November 23 and my order is still "processing." I have contacted their customer service four times now seeking a refund or immediate shipment and am repeatedly told their "production time has been extended due to a backlog of orders" and production takes 60 days. It has been well beyond the 60 days yet I still receive the same response. It is ridiculous for a company to take your money (approx. $80) in August and refuse refund when that product still has not been delivered three months later. My order is still processing so not sure how much longer it will be. Buyers please beware!

This company is horrible, I have waited 7 months to get a printed picture. When I complain, they do nothing.

On May 8th, 2016 I made a canvas print order using a [redacted] voucher that I had purchased. I was intending to use this toward creating a print for a graduation gift that was being held at the end of May. After placing the order I continued to go to their website and put in my order number so that I could see its status. Week after week the order status only would show "Processing". I was not told that there was going to be a 30 day delay in shipping my order until AFTER I used their online chat customer service about three weeks later. If I had known that there was going to be a delay than I would have never completed the order in the first place.

Now over three months later I went back to the website to see if the order was ever shipped and the status still showed as "processing". I contacted their chat service again today and talked to [redacted] who told me that they are still working on processing my order. Almost four months later and they still have not printed the 10x8 print?! I am extremely upset and feel scammed. She also mentioned to me that I could not cancel the order and receive a refund since I used a voucher.

I am so upset and I hope that justice can be somehow made with this company. Absolutely ridiculous.

Purchased a voucher and submitted my artwork over 5 months ago. MyPix2 tells me its due to a processing change that there is a delay. I have had to contact them twice since my ordered was placed, and have never once heard anything proactive from the company. When I filed my second complaint they upgraded my shipping (big whoop), but still could not tell me when my canvas would be sent.

I will NEVER use this service again. Their service is terrible. Their website gives no information. They simply bamboozle the public out of their hard earned money.

mypix2.com keeps telling me and other customers, our orders are in production. Their website quote 3-5 weeks for delivery. After week 9, I contacted them and was told there was a delay and the production time was 10 weeks. Here it is week 17 and NO CANVASES. They sell 1,000 of coupons on ** and email blasts BUT THEY DO NOT DELIVER your order BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS with the company.

I placed an order on Feb 26th. There website gave an estimate of 7-15 days. (Although it does also state that production times fluctuate during the year). I emailed them and was then told 15-30 days. Next email, 30-40 days. Now (67 days later), I am being told extended production times.
I placed my order with a voucher, so they won't refund.
I have a couple more vouchers to use and don't trust that I will get the items. I will save my shipping money and order elsewhere.

I purchased a canvas on July 26, 2016 and as of November 27 still have not received it. I have contacted the company several times and get the same lame excuse that they've changed their production process and therefore are behind in orders. Worse company service ever!!! Will NEVER order from again. They are still sending promotional emails for deep discounted canvases. Not sure how they can do that when they can't even fill the orders they already have.
