Horrible service by this companyI purchased multiple canvas' on April 30, and still have not seen any progress in my order, it is still processingI have followed up with the company monthly receiving the same answer each time about supplier issues and back ordersThere are at least weekly emails promoting discounted products and coupons

Like every other complaint on here, I placed an order back in AugustMy order (# [redacted] ) is still "processing"I have repeatedly contacted the company only to get the same generic responses as everyone elseI do not expect to ever receive my itemsThis company is a SCAM

I ordered and paid for canvases in June I have gotten only the runaround since then They will not refund my money The birthday present won't even be a Christmas present I keep getting solicitations to buy more "Vouchers" and canvasses No explanations - "We again apologize for the delay of your orderWe are working to get caught up and back to our production times as quickly as possibleWe hope to be caught up within the next few weeksAs we are working through a backlog of orders, I am just not able to give you a date by which your order will ship."

Please never order from themI think the entire company is a fraudThey took my money, will not refund it, and never gave me a productJust one email after another saying they are behind in production the last six months

To sum it up: Promised product in 5-6 weeks. Three months later, nothing. I contact them and ask about it, and they said "too bad". Further, check reviews of them on [redacted] and ***. Five or more MONTHS before they send products, IF they send one at all. Process your money when you order, though, and refuse to refund money. Send emails multiple times a week, though, trying to get you to buy items... which they clearly do not make and will not send. This is called fraud, stealing, robbery, and theft. Worst company I've ever - EVER - experienced. I called my credit card company, reported them, and did a chargeback on the order. I cannot believe they have the nerve to claim customers love their quality and products. Again - check [redacted] and ***. It takes 5+ months to get a product from the, IF you get it at all. WHO CAN BE HAPPY WITH THAT? Further, to continue sending emails and promotions, KNOWING people are going to buy things as Christmas gifts, which as a company you know you will refuse to actually honor - just take their money?! This company is disgusting. Vile. After nearly three months waiting for my product, I contacted them and asked a) why they have not let me know about the delay in my order, b) how they were going to make right the wait, c) when I might be able to expect my order to be delivered, or my refund for products never tendered, and d) why they continue to try to rip off customers by sending promotion codes to buy products every few days, when they can't fulfill current orders. Reviews on [redacted] and [redacted] indicate this problem started in January 2016 - and now it is December nearly. THIS is their reply, word for word, regarding my legitimate concerns and my threat that they will be reported to the BBB for being unprofessional and being thieves: NOV 13, 2016 | 02:00PM EST [redacted] replied: Hello, Thank you for your email. Our customers love our high quality and our low prices. Our current ads are mostly for vouchers that can be used within 6 months, we are trying to avoid offering discounts that have to be used right away. This is not typical and we are working hard to get back to our regular production time. I understand your concern and we apologize for the delays. We are working to get caught up and back to our normal production times as quickly as possible. We hope to be caught up within the next few weeks. As we are working through a backlog of orders, I am just not able to give you a date by which your order will ship. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number to follow. Please email us if we can assist you further.

Even after taking my order in Nov for a voucher, then giving me a deadline that was first week in Dec, they will not commit to when they will actually ship And, when I querried them for an answer there was no response at all THEN, I asked why they are still taking orders and selling vouchers for future business when they cannot ship the business they currently have as backlog I also KNOW for a fact they are reading their emails about all this because I needed to cancel and replace a file, and they answered that email with no problem When I asked for a discount due to their delay (not going to ship by xmas for a NOV order, there was no reply)

I ordered a Canvas photo from mypixOct 7, Order # Canvas X X 1.50" ProjectID: $ Sub-Total: $ Shipping: $Total Paid: $ I have tried to contact them via email numerous times and by phone but phone contact is voicemail only I want my money refunded!

I purchased a [redacted] voucher for a canvas and submitted my order months ago and still haven't received itI get a canned response that production is delayed everytimeThey can't tell me where in the queue my order is and there is no option to speak directly to anyoneThis company is a complete fraudI have submitted a formal [redacted] fraudulent claim as well

I ordered canvases Aug8th and it is Dec29th and still have not received themThey keep saying it is processingWhen I say I would like to cancel my order they say they will not give me my money back just vouchers

BUYER BEWARE !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is pretty obvious that there are very unhappy customers! I wish I would have checked them out before ordering close to $worth of printsOrdered in May and still waiting! Their response to refund is more vouchers! Very dissatisfied!

I am so fed up with this companyI ordered a canvas for my mother back in MAY and have yet to receive the product!! I have tried multiple times chatting with this company and all they can say is they are behind in productionI will never use this company again!

I placed an order through mypixon April and it has yet to be moved from the "processing" stageI emailed the company to ask for an update and they told me that they recently changed their processing procedures and it has created delaysI asked what my time frame looks like now with the delays and I was told 15-business days, which is double what the site quotesI let the customer service rep know that it is very misleading and customers should be warned if there are going to be delaysAll she said was that she understood and repeated about their new processing proceduresI asked about getting a possible refund and I was told that I would need to contact *** because I purchased a voucher through themI wasn't given any solution or even apology for that matter
I decided to do some research (wishing I would have before purchasing) and I have found that the responses I received were word-for-word what other people receivedI also found that their "new" processing procedure has been in effect for MONTHS nowEither they are lying or they can't figure their stuff outI have sent another email to see if they will offer any solutionsI am not one to harass anyone to receive a product, but when a site says 10-business days, they should be around that time frameNot months later, with no valid explanation why

Never use this companyI ordered my product from them over three months ago and still haven't received anything but have already been billed using a *** for the productI will be reaching out to the *** *** to get something taken care of

I placed an ordered over months ago with MypixIt's very frustrating to see comments on this site from the business owner stating they are working on stretching orders from months ago and will ship soon yet I have still not received my full order after monthsAfter multiple emails for updates on my order and apologies from the company they offered to cancel my order and give me vouchers for future useWhy would anyone want to use this company in the future after the experience we have hadI do not want a voucher I want my order processed and shippedIf they can't process the orders a full refund needs to be provided to the consumersI have paid for my items and if they are not received soon I will purse legal action against this company and I'm sure I can get thousands of others to join this lawsuit

I placed an order in mid february and it's now the end of April and I don't have the product I have been getting responses via email ever since saying wait more weeks Wait more weeks Wait more weeks They currently tell me they still don't know when I'll get my product Of course I ask for a refund and they can't give me any money because I ordered through a gift voucher Sounds like a scam at the moment

Worst company I have ever ordered online fromMy order was months late because they lost it, found it, shipped it to the wrong address then decided to charge me again for the product in order to ship it to my correct addressWorst customer service a person could imagine
