Like many others here, II purchased a voucher, mine was from [redacted]. I ordered my canvas print over 6 months ago. After contacting them I got an email with an order number that I could track.. well all of a sudden it was in stretching.. from nothing to stretching .. yeah right! It's been in "stretching" for almost 2 week now. How long does it take to stretch? I requested a refund and was told no because it was printed. Very unhappy. I have filed a complaint with [redacted] and they are investigating it. This company is horrible. I would have had better service at [redacted].","neg-4

I waited over 90 days to receive my canvas prints and never did. I finally cancelled my order and waiting close to 30 days for my refund I'm told it could take up to 45 days. Horrible customer service. ","neg-6
