DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI purchased discounted vouchers for prints more than MONTHS AGO and my status online still says "processing." There's no phone number to contact, you can only email and you always get the same line..."we're behind due to unexpected volume." I wish I could give zero stars, but is the lowest optionI was truly dismayed to realize they're STILL SELLING VOUCHERS on a scale at which they could never possibly deliverDisgraceful

Like many others here, II purchased a voucher, mine was from [redacted] I ordered my canvas print over months ago After contacting them I got an email with an order number that I could trackwell all of a sudden it was in stretchingfrom nothing to stretching yeah right! It's been in "stretching" for almost week now How long does it take to stretch? I requested a refund and was told no because it was printedVery unhappy I have filed a complaint with [redacted] and they are investigating it This company is horrible I would have had better service at ***

I placed an order on December and still have not received it I have tried to reach them by phone and email no response All I want is a refund If you are reading this mypixmy order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted] I would recommend no one I mean NO one order from this company Not sure what happened but they are living up to their promises

I placed an order on Feb 26thThere website gave an estimate of 7-days(Although it does also state that production times fluctuate during the year)I emailed them and was then told 15-daysNext email, 30-daysNow (days later), I am being told extended production times I placed my order with a voucher, so they won't refund I have a couple more vouchers to use and don't trust that I will get the itemsI will save my shipping money and order elsewhere

I placed an order for Canvas Prints on June 23, using my [redacted] Voucher purchased, and I still have yet to receive my order from My Pix This company has a phone number listed, but it's only a recording referring to contact via emailThere is no actual person to discuss any issues with other than chat room or emailI have reached out to inquire about my order via email on multiple occasionsEach time I have received an email back, the response from My Pix is that "delivery takes or more days" and they are extremely backed upThis is the same response I have been given each timeNot only that but I was advised to be patient, I feel over months of waiting is MORE than patientIt is now October 10, I have yet to receive my orderWhen asked if I could have a refund they shot it down and said orders placed with a voucher [redacted] which I have used, are non-refundableI don't understand why? [redacted] has been absolutely wonderful and worked with me on this issue but there hands are tied as well they can't force this company to mail my order to meI don't understand if my order has been sitting in processing for over months, why on earth can I not have my money reimbursedThis is very frustratingI am very dissatisfied and feel as though my hands are tiedI will never use this company againTerrible, Terrible service

I have been ordering from mypix2.com for the last two years and have been very pleased with the quality of work they produceI had previously worked at a non-profit and used some items ordered from them in our silent auctions - which were quite popular That being said I have been waiting for canvases I ordered the first of September (2016) and I still do not have them in Jan I have reached out via live chat several times only to be told they are in production, they are being stretched, they cannot give me any estimated time of delivery, etc These were gifts - a birth, a birthday and Christmas - none have been received It is a shame, I have recommended this company to may people who have admired the pieces I have in my home I am beyond disappointed at this point and hopeful I will eventually receive my orders, as they have already received their payment (in September)I do not plan to order again and unfortunately had planned to do so until this unfortunate chain of events/months

What happened to this company? In the past I had ordered several prints from them, and received my prints within a time frame Like all the previous complaints, I made three orders back in September-- one of my orders is still "processing," and the other two seem not to even exist Its almost impossible to get anyone to respond to my emails I emailed them about the missing order and their ridiculous timeline, and of course I just got a generic response about them being backed up, but they neglected to even address the two missing order numbers I used their live chat feature on the website to finally get someone on the line, but of course they could tell me nothing about a timeline for delivery If you have ordered from this place in the past- something happened here-- change of owners, or somethingI feel like its not even the same company anymoreDo NOT expect to get the same business as before and don't bother ordering from them againSadly, you will never get your order (or if you do, who knows when?) It's really a shame because I really enjoyed the stretched canvas prints I ordered in the past I will never order from Mypixagain Really bad experience

I was searching for a company that could print a wedding photo on a large canvas and came across mypixI placed an order for one on July 31st, it is now November 29th and I still haven't received my orderWhen I check the status of it online it says it is still processingI have contacted the company twice now, once in October and once todayIn October I was told I couldn't receive my money back, because I purchased it through a voucher, and I could only receive store creditThey told me I would be receiving my print soon, so I didn't cancel my orderI can't believe this company has stayed open for yearsThey lack professionalism and quality customer service and should be embarrassed

I purchased two canvas's on FEB 19, As of this review, AUG 22, 2016, I've yet to receive the canvas'sI have contacted them via "live Chat" because they do not take phone calls MULITPLE times only to get the same answercopy and pasted answer at thatThey did tell me once that they would give me a coupon to use on my next purchase, but like another reviewer saidWhy would we purchase again?? Worse company I have dealt withOrdered multiple prints over months ago and I keep getting told, like everyone else, production is back loggedYet they are running another online special- why would a company who can't keep up with their orders attempt to increase volume? I've asked for a refund with no response

I placed an order on mypix2.com on March 28, As stated in multiple other reviews, my order it still sitting in"processing" as of this morningI contacted the company on May 12, and was told that they were sorry and it would be at least 2-more weeks before my order would be producedThis business is teetering close to the "scam" line, as I am sure many, many orders go undelivered because people simply forget about themHad I done my research, I would have never purchased from them So glad I spent what little money we had because my husband's housewarming gift will probably never exist

I have been waiting for delivery of my order since June 24thIt is still not here and it is december 11th of the same year My last email to the company has gone unresponsed to since November 27th They keep sending offers and offers for new stuff and refuse to send orders from almost months agoWhen checking order status for order#XXXXXX it has not gone beyond submitted No one will respond at the company

I would stay away from this placeThey run promotions that they cannot keep up with but they charge your credit card the day you place your orderCurrently waiting for a charge back from my credit card company after waiting days for my orderThere are too many other reputable companies who provide this service to have to put up with this

I ordered a canvas in March 2016, it's now almost December and I still haven't received itGrrr!!

I waited over days to receive my canvas prints and never didI finally cancelled my order and waiting close to days for my refund I'm told it could take up to daysHorrible customer service

When I ordered a print from them it indicated it would take to days onlydays later the website shows my order is still at the processing stageI have contacted customer service with no availTheir answers are not satisfactoryThey should not be offer discounts if they can't fulfill orders in a timely manerI just need my print and I recommend to never order from this company

I placed my order on Sept 7th and it is now Nov 29th and have still not received my order with I placed for canvasesNo phone call center to speak to an actual personThey are just taking peoples money and not giving anything in returnI keep getting generic responses about delays from their "live chat"I need my canvases and I need a pone # to speak to an actual personThis company feels like a scam and if they are truly a scam company, they need to but shut down ASAP
