I purchased a *** for my canvas Placed the order on May21st - got confirmation of my order and have still yet to receive it It is now AUGUST 10th!!! I have contacted them multiple times and have been told their production is behind and it would take 30-times I have emailed them the past two months and have gotten the exact same response So I went on their website to see what THEY are saying their production time...and while I think 5-weeks is still a little ridiculous it has been weeks and my status still states processing I have reported them to *** and hope that they will not use them again due I have bought plenty of canvas' off of *** and have never waited this long for my purchase They will not refund your money just offer you a store credit cause YEAH I want to start this whole process all over again with them...NO THANK YOU!!!

I placed an order for a canvas 2/29/after purchasing a *** Today is 5/5/and I have yet to receive it I have e-mailed and had online chats and each time I'm told they are behind in processing and will get me my order as soon as possible What does this mean??? What is a reasonable time frame???? If you are behind, I would expect no more than days for a turnaround time and that's being generous What's even more frustrating is that I receive emails and groupon offerings daily, with the same offer I purchased Why would you continue to offer these specials when you can't honor your product promise??? I will never order from Mypixin the future, nor will I recommend their products, regardless of quality, if I ever receive my order

Very unhappy with this companyI place an order on Feb 3, and still haven't received my canvasI emailed the company to check the status of it and told me would take 10-daysI sat in printing for over to weeks and now its waiting to be stretched been there for weeksThere's no telling when im gonna receive this canvas it was for a gift the first of marchI did requested for a full refund but they said they cant refund after being printedThey have just lost a customer due to I will not every order anything from them again

I am a several times over repeat customer that will have that streak end in a miserable pile of customer service nightmare and business acumen ineptitude.

I ordered 2 8x10x.75 canvases on 9-11-16. Today is 12-22-16, and they have been in the "stretching" phase for over 6 weeks. No one can tell me when or even if I will be getting these prints this year - or even this lifetime. Customer service is useless, and when you question anything, they disconnect your chat sessions. My five year run as a customer has gone down in a flaming pile of portrait canvas. It's a shame because they have a good product; they just have zero ideas on how to run a business.

I purchased a Groupon for Mypix2 on April 21. I submitted an order via their website on April 21. I got confirmation that my order was received on April 21. Today is August 5. I have contacted the company three times. And, as each reviewer on here has attested 100% across the board, they get the same response: We are behind in our processing. This is BAD customer service. How can it take 60-90 days to process an order that literally takes minutes to complete? And why am I getting 3-4 emails per week from Mypix2.com advertising great specials? Shouldn't they STOP blowing up my email with advertising and GET TO WORK??? I alerted Groupon today that they need to pull this vendor from their site. It has been nearly 4 months since I placed my order. This is just bad business.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIPPED. BEEN WAITING SINCE JULY 2016. THEY KEEP SAYING THERE ARE DELAYS.. IT IS NOW JAN 2017. NO REFUND AND NO PRODUCT.

I order a canvas on July 14. I still have not received my purchase. I email customer service multiple time and my only respond was that my order is being processed and due to high volume that I will not be receiving my canvas for 40-60days. When I purchased my voucher from [redacted] is stated my order would order be shipped with in 8-10 business days. Three weeks ago, I emailed customer service saying I will be reporting them to the Revdex.com. The customer service representative final told me my order will be expedited and that an operational manager will help process my order. I asked when would my order be shipped and for a manager to please call me. I emailed the representative back saying I was very unhappy with the service I was receiving and that I wanted someone to call me. I have still not heard from a manager and I feel like I am being ripped off. I order this with the intent to give this canvas as a birthday present and that has come and gone. I am completely unsatisfied with the false advertisement on [redacted] and lack of customer service. I advise customer not to buy from company and for [redacted] to demand a refund for their customer who purchase a voucher to use on their website.

I ordered 3 11x14 canvases on August 15th, 2016 from a [redacted]. I have emailed 2 times and chatted online twice with the worst customer service I have had. It has been 122 days in counting.....they claim they do not have a customer service number to call but I can leave a voicemail and they will have someone EMAIL me back. I am asking for a number to actually talk to a human being to get a ship date on the products I ordered. I keep getting the same response everyone else gets, "they are working around the clock for the backlog of orders and it will ships as soon as it can". I want a ship date or I want my money back. With no results from MyPix2 I have reached out to [redacted] with hopes they can do something about this. I cannot believe they are even still in business with all the negative comments I have read.

It has been MONTHS since I submitted and paid for my order. Their customer service offers no explanation and only says 'we are backed up due to high orders'
Reading reviews online I don't see how you're getting any new orders.

Placed an order on 3/13/2016, it is not 5/13/2016 and I have YET to recieve my order, in fact it is still in the first stage (processing). I have contacted them numerous times over this matter because it is simply unacceptable. And EVERYTIME I have sent emails/live chat I get the same written message that seemed copied and pasted; very impersonal. They have stated like the rest of those who have left messages, that their production has changed causing delays, and that it is stated it can fluctuate. Also, I wish I had known such things before purchasing a voucher elsewhere, because I certainly would have taken business elsewhere. Please do not place an order with this company, especially if you're under a time frame or it is a gift.

I rarely leave negative reviews on any business or product, especially if I have yet to receive the actual product. I ordered canvases three months ago. I have yet to receive my product. Actually, my order is still shown as just processing my order (not printed, not shipped etc). Thankfully, I did not order them as a gift or have a specific date I HAD to have them. I have made contact (if you can even call it that) with them several times. I get the same response each and every time. Same words, same sentences. The last time I contacted them I asked to speak to someone in production or the supervisor of production. I was denied that request. I cannot speak of their actual product but I will speak to their severe lack of customer service. I am not a business owner but even I know that when you cannot perform your job, you don't keep giving HUGE discounts to get more customers until you take care of the ones you have treated with horrible service. I get emails about their voucher sales and discounts almost daily. And daily, I get so upset about this practice. Why would you blast specials and deals when you are currently many months behind on production?! I am even concerned there is some kind of scam going on here. I am extremely disappointed by my choice to order from this company. I will tell everyone I know about the non existent service they offer to their customers. I would stay away from this place. They run promotions that they cannot keep up with but they charge your credit card the day you place your order. Currently waiting for a charge back from my credit card company after waiting 74 days for my order. There are too many other reputable companies who provide this service to have to put up with this.

I ordered 2 canvas prints June 30, 2016. I have contacted the business several times by email. Their reply is they have a back log and are working to get caught up.
I noticed they are advertising specials again. How can they create more sales, if they cannot complete last years orders? I also purchased another voucher in July, waiting for my first order before placing it. I asked for a refund, and of course it is non refundable. Please help me resolve this issue, and help me get my order. Thank you so much.

I placed an order over 100 days ago. I get the same email everyone else is getting about them being behind and can not give an expected date of completion. This month my emails asking for info have gone unanswered. I tried to contact thru [redacted] and was able to get a response but all it said was to email company. I tried to call using number listed here on Revdex.com it is a dead end also.

I have been waiting for delivery of my order since June 24th. It is still not here and it is december 11th of the same year.

My last email to the company has gone unresponsed to since November 27th.

They keep sending offers and offers for new stuff and refuse to send orders from almost 6 months ago. When checking order status for order#XXXXXX it has not gone beyond submitted.

No one will respond at the company.

Even after taking my order in Nov for a voucher, then giving me a deadline that was first week in Dec, they will not commit to when they will actually ship. And, when I querried them for an answer there was no response at all. THEN, I asked why they are still taking orders and selling vouchers for future business when they cannot ship the business they currently have as backlog. I also KNOW for a fact they are reading their emails about all this because I needed to cancel and replace a file, and they answered that email with no problem. When I asked for a discount due to their delay (not going to ship by xmas for a NOV order, there was no reply).

I purchased a [redacted] voucher for a canvas and submitted my order 6 months ago and still haven't received it. I get a canned response that production is delayed everytime. They can't tell me where in the queue my order is and there is no option to speak directly to anyone. This company is a complete fraud. I have submitted a formal [redacted] fraudulent claim as well.

Please don't buy anything from this company you will never receive you product ordered on June 2016 ithe is December 2016. Please please please don't buy from this company

I ordered an item in April 2016. I have yet to receive the item. Every time I try and cancel the order, they won't let me. Have never given me an update on my purchase or when to expect it. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company.

I have been ordering from mypix2.com for the last two years and have been very pleased with the quality of work they produce. I had previously worked at a non-profit and used some items ordered from them in our silent auctions - which were quite popular. That being said I have been waiting for 3 canvases I ordered the first of September (2016) and I still do not have them in Jan. 2017. I have reached out via live chat several times only to be told they are in production, they are being stretched, they cannot give me any estimated time of delivery, etc. These were gifts - a birth, a birthday and Christmas - none have been received. It is a shame, I have recommended this company to may people who have admired the pieces I have in my home. I am beyond disappointed at this point and hopeful I will eventually receive my orders, as they have already received their payment (in September). I do not plan to order again and unfortunately had planned to do so until this unfortunate chain of events/months.
