I have waited months for my purchaseI have emailed them every month, asking WHY, WHERE it is?? and asking for a refund!! I get the same response each time, saying they are behind in shipping!! They will NOT refund me!! WHAT CAN I DO FROM HERE to get this resolved??

This business is terrible I have had a canvas on order and paid for since May 18, I have not received anything and nobody will tell me when it will be done It is now December 7, I don't know what kind of *** business they run, but months and no response is ridiculous

Mypix2.com, first of all my purchase was made on 9/14/originally the promise was to business days for order deliveryhere we are January 10th and they certainly charged my account for the productbut I certainly do not have the product I would never recommend this company any positive reviews are false, they don't have a good customer service number and their live chat is down and they do not respond to emailsenfuriated!!!!

I placed an order for one 8*canvas print with this company three month agoI contacted them three times by email -since according to the site this is one of the fastest way for them to receive the message and contact me back- only to receive few days later the same automated reply : We are sorry for the delay We can't give you an estimated time for your delivery of the productThey can't issue a refund either I have never had a worst shopping experienceI don't recommend this website for anyoneI am surprised they are even allowed to stay in business

However, every holiday that passes, I receive emailed promotions from the companyIf they cannot handle their current volume, they should be focusing on processing the orders they currently have - not trying to get even more orders that they will take forever to processBy time I receive my two canvases, the photos are going to be outdated and I will have wasted my moneyAll I want is to receive my two canvases before our family is in town for ChristmasI'm highly disappointed

I have ordered about $worth of product back in august and still have not received any merchandise they should not be putting on their website it takes 5-weeks for canvas' if that is not the case advertising I have not been able to get a answer as to when I will get my productthis is too long and I want a response and answer as to when I will be getting my product

I have canvasses that I ordered over months ago When I look up the order status, it states they have no record of the items, but I have confirmation emails that states they received the order I have tried to email customer service and no reply There is no phone number that you can contact these people, so I may have to contact *** and see if I can get my money back that way This is not an acceptable way to run a business!!!

I ordered a canvas on 9/17/2016, which was to be a Christmas gift I have contacted them several times since then, with nothing other than a we can't guarantee anything When asked why it was taking so long, I was given the standard we are backed up I can believe backed up for a little, but coming up on months I was unable to give the one gift to my son that I was so excited about a big canvas of his daughter on her first birthday! The sad thing was that I had tried them once before, and accepted their excuse then that because of the specials it was taking longer than expected, however, twice does not just happen that way I will never ever do business with them again, they just lost a customer who would have given them a lot of business

I placed an order months ago and I have still not seen a product They have already cashed my money and their repeat active response is "we are backed up" They even offered after months for me to pay more money to have it expedited I just want my photograph I paid to have done It is my own photo I took and it's a good one I am hoping they are not printing it to sell which us why it is taking so long I refuse to give them anymore money after I had to pay more the first time because the receipt said shipping was included and then was not when I placed my order and they wanted me to pay again I just want my purchase

Unlike other customers, I actually had acceptable service from MyPix2...until this year! I, too, get their generic "we're experiencing heavy production..." reply when requesting status updates on two pending orders (It's been 1/months on the first order and weeks on the last order.) Not happy at this point that I bought several other MyPixvouchers from ***...doubt I'll see any of these canvas' for months

I ordered a canvas end of April I have not received it yet and keep getting generic emails stating "oh, we're sorry, we are backed up" It's now the middle of October

I am a returning customer to MyPixMy mother ordered some beautiful canvas after my sister's wedding, and they were provided at the time they were promise and the quality was goodThis was about years agoI decided for my best's friend wedding that I would get her engagement photo put on a canvas and decided to use MyPixbecause I knew they had decent productsI ordered this canvas on September 14, I utilized a promotional coupon my mom had receivedAfter I ordered, I received an email stating that instead of taking 10-days like usual it would take weeksI was disappointed because the wedding was October 1st, but I figured I would just explain that her gift would be a little late and give her something else on the actual dateI do think that information should be clear before orderingI emailed them after seeing that email to see if they could expedite the product for an additional fee, but they stated that they were unable to do thatIt has now 11/21/2016, and I still have not received my orderIt is still in the printing phase of productionI am furiousI have emailed them multiple times and have had rude interactions with their live chat featureAbout weeks ago, I was informed I would have it by Thanksgiving, and talking to them today they stated that this conversation never happenedThey state that they cannot guarantee a timeI am just confused as to why things are taking so long, why they start projects and do not complete them, and why they still taking new orders if they cannot finish the current orders they have? They have no number to contact anyone in chargeIt is just highly unprofessional, and they are ruining precious moments and events for people that trusted them with their servicesThey should be shut down, forced to give people back their money or forced to get these orders out in the next weekI am appalled and disgusted with my experience and there is no reason why they are allowed to still be in businessPlease help me either get my product or my money back

Do not use this company!!! I placed an order in April and was told 10-business days, well it's not December and I still have no answers and no productWhen I email them, because there is no call center (should have been my first red flag) I get a generic email that they are running behind on production time and they cannot give me an estimated date as to when it will be finishedI ordered one canvas print, how long can that really take to print outI've threatened to get my attorney involved and it still hasn't sped anything upIt's very frustrating!! Do not order from them, use *** or another reliable company as this one is far from reliable!

This company is nothing but a joke! I ordered two canvases over two months ago and still have not received them and get the same response every time I contact them Save your time and money...do not order anything from them They are a scam!

I have no idea how they are still in businesssomething has to be done to shut them down!
