Never, I mean NEVER use this company Do not fall victim to their cheap voucher schema that is not returnable They say 10-business days, and they are experiencing delays that they hope to fix, but do not seem to be able to It has been more than months, so much for Christmas presents this year I guess Also, do not bother reaching out to them, there no phone number, and the same run around with a chat no times Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I placed an order on June 28, for one x canvas using a voucherThe order was received and I was given an order number and a project ID numberIt is now Jan2, and I have yet to receive this one canvas!!
I have had contact via email with this company on Aug1, Sept5, & Octeach time receiving scripted repliesOn SeptI was told "We apologize for the delayDue to the severity of it, it is impossible for us to know when specific orders will ship or put orders ahead of others in queueWe will do our best to get yours completed within the next few weeks."
Ok, not very reasonable and I was fuming but polite in my responseI just want my canvas, which by the way was supposed to be a present in August! On Nov1, I received this email "We know you must be concerned that you have not seen your orders progress in such a long timeWe are experiencing unprecedented delays in our production facility but are doing everything we can to remedy thisAlthough it is impossible for us to know when specific orders will be completed, please be assured that we are completing and shipping orders out every dayIt should not be too much longer before you will see yours progress through productionWe appreciate your patience." Well I DO NOT APPRECIATE their lack of attention to my order! How can a company stay in business with this kind of business model??
I ordered and received one canvas back in in a timely fashionI am SHOCKED that they are still offering many, many vouchers when they cannot seem to fill the orders placed months agoI have received emails announcing reduced price vouchers in just the last daysWHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANYI will NEVER do business with this company againTHE OWNERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!

I ordered a canvas print of my family on July 26th, using one of MyPixvouchers I purchased on the same dayAs of today, August 18th, my order is still "processing"For the past two weeks I have attempted to both do "live chats" and email MyPixwith no response on eitherI don't even know if their "live chats" option is working because whenever I sent my chats the uploading bar never completely finished after minutes of waiting each timeI called the company this morning and their answering service stated their priority for responses are to email and "live chats"No it isn't because I still haven't heard back from anyoneI left a voicemail anyway, and no response
I have not received any emails explaining why there is a delay or an update on my statusI needed this item before September 9th to give to my father in-law for a birthday gifAt this point, I just want my money back and to cancel the order because I doubt they will get it here on timeHowever, I can't seem to get in touch with anyone to cancel my order

I have been waiting over months to receive the photo canvas that I ordered I have contacted the business multiple times over those months and every time I'm told that there is a high backlog Well, perhaps they should halt selling new vouchers until they're caught up on the backlog, as I just got an email advertising new vouchers for purchase Unbelievable I can't believe someone hasn't shut them down at this point

I placed an order on April 12th and still haven't received itI was in contact a little over a month ago requesting to cancel my order and receive a refundI got an email back saying that my order was too far in its production to be cancelledNow a month and a half later my order status still says productionI have no idea when or if I'll get my product at all evenI just want a refund nowThere's obviously some things this company needs to work on and I will not be recommending them to anyone

They've lied several times to me about my order being close to ready or ready to shipI ordered back in June and still haven't received my productThey refused to give me a refund because it's a custom orderVery poor customer service department and they make a lot of excuses

This company has been awful to dealI ordered canvass on May 23rd
2016, that were suppose to be a gift! I have yet to receive anythingI have chatted on their website with someone at least twice and emailed another timeI keep getting the same response

I asked for a refund with no response other than the above! Worst company I have ever dealt with! Will never order from them again and hope I at some point get my products!

Ordered canvas prints years ago and had great luck, ordered again and now production was months so I cancelled my order and now have to fight for a refund but still receive daily promotional emails...frustrating they can't keep up with production yet still have salesTERRIBLE BUSINESS

I placed an order on June 3rd using the vouchers I had purchasedI was a returning customer (original was beautiful although weeks late)
HOWEVER, its now been months and every time I contact them I get the same line, production times are taking longer than normalThe exact same lineI just sent another email as once again it states my order is still in production MONTHS LATER !!!
When I did the live chat the person was rude and gave me the same line as the emails and then disconnected me and I guess I was banned from itAll I want are my printsHow can it take months when they are still offering the vouchers on their website?

Their customer service is horriblethey state they have a back log due to the promotion states days time of deliveryIt has been more than months and I have not received my orderi asked to cancel and return my money but they denied itDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICEHorrible

This company is a complete sham and takes money and never produces canvases I have had an order pending since June It has yet to be designated out of production and they simply claim they have had supplier issuesI am unable to retrieve my funds as I purchased a *** for the item I just want to warn others to not order with this company as you will never receive it

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on August 11, and here it is January 9, and I still do not have my productI was warned that there were 45-day delays in production and I have since contacted them twice and they cannot provide an ETAI've also been given different order numbersThe website does not list ONE phone number to call which is a definite red flag I finally used the company directory to look up the President and just left him a voice mail (of course nobody answered) and I'm sure that will not be returned either My next step is a chargeback through my bank Horrible!!

I have been waiting and a half MONTHS for a simple 8Xcanvas print The print was "free" with a code the company sent me but I was charged $for shipping I have sent e-mails over the last months and only received responses to half of them I have no doubt I will never receive the product I ordered but I would like my money back I am astounded this company is even still in business They are robbing people left and right by taking their money with no intention of ever giving them the item(s) they are expecting I have never in my life dealt with such a horrible company

Many of the other reviews say what I am going to say My project was submitted almost months ago All of the correspondence from the company have been "It's processing" and then "We are sorry for the delays, we've had some changes in our production" and then "We are doing everything we can go speed up the process" Yes, they CONTINUE to offer *** and Sales There is no logic in that The only thing they are able to say is "We can ship it on us"- thanks! The expensive canvas is now a year outdated and more people have been added to the family so it's old now and I haven't even received it Terrible Will I ever recommend to friends or family- NEVER should be an option
