I ordered a canvas in March 2016, it's now almost December and I still haven't received it. Grrr!!

WARNING: Do not EVER send your photos to this place. They allegedly make posters, canvases, prints, etc. though I have not seen any actual evidence of this. At the end of May, I uploaded one picture to their site to be made into an 8x10 canvas as a birthday gift for my sister in law. I figured I had plenty of time, since her birthday isn't until August. After several weeks, I checked the status of my order, which was still in "stage 1" of 4 stages of processing. I contacted the company by phone and email and was told by "[redacted]" in customer service that my canvas would take 30-45 business days, which I told her was insanely long. It's now August. I still don't have the canvas and my order is still in "stage one," so I inquired again, telling the company that this was supposed to be a gift. This time I was told that the processing time would be "at least" 60 business days. Yes, you heard that right. At least 60 business daysmore than 3 monthsto process one 8x10 canvas. When I demanded my money back, they told me they would not refund my money, but that I could cancel my order for store credit. What a joke. Why would I want credit to do business again with a company I was dissatisfied enough to cancel an order from for poor service in the first place?

This is how I responded:

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. When I first asked about this problem, I was told you were running 30-45 business days, which, in and of itself, is unacceptable. Now, you're telling me it's at least 60 days? Let's do the math. 60 days is about 12 weeks or 3 months. You're telling me it will take 12 weeks to make one 8x10 canvas during a time that isn't even a rush or holiday season? How on earth can you even type those words with any shred of dignity and put the title Customer Support after your name? And now you want to offer me store credit if I cancel my order. I'd be [redacted] myself laughing if that weren't so entirely and ironically disgusting. Why would I want store credit to a place this inept? So, I can order something else that will take more than 3 months to process? Please, do not insult my intelligence."

At this point, I am convinced that [redacted] is the sole employee of this dump. She not only answers all the customer service complaints, but I'm pretty sure she weaves each canvas by hand with tiny little needles while blindfolded with her hands behind her back while hanging upside down. Then she stretches each one and walks it to work. After that, she sits down, takes out her colored pencils, and personally draws each picture on each canvas. That's the only explanation I have for why orders take this long. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Over 7 months now, and no prints. Always the same line:
"Thank you for your message. We are experiencing a very high volume of customer service inquiries right now and are very sorry for the delay in responding to you.

Your order(s) is currently in production, in line to be printed. Our current production time has increased to 45+ business days as we have experienced some supply issues that have slowed production. Unfortunately we are not given a specific date that any order will complete and ship. I apologize for the wait time, it should not be much longer before you see your canvas(s) moving forward in production stages, and shipped.

As a thank you gesture for your patience and understanding, we have upgraded your shipping so that your order will be delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. We will also be sending a complimentary 8x10 voucher when your order is shipped.

We sincerely apologize for the wait and we hope you love your canvas once you receive it. When your order ships, you will receive your tracking number via email."

Very aggravating. The way I keep receiving email promotions and [redacted] discounts, you'd think they were starving for business. Instead, I think they're just pocketing the money and don't intend to send anything.

Find another company if you want to actually receive a canvas print.

This company is absolutely horrible.

Timeline of events:

1. Feb 22, 2016: Ordered 2 16x20 canvas prints online

2. Feb 29, 2016: Bank account shows charge from Mypix2

3. March 15, 2016: Have heard nothing from the company about my order. Check the status site and order is listed as "Processing". Email sent to business

4. March 16, 2016: Receive email response from company. Response states that changes to their company along with recent promotions have caused delays. Please allow for more time for your order to be processed.

5. April 4, 2016: Another check of the website, order still "processing" another email sent. Another email returned with the same canned message as received on March 16th.

6. April 6, 2016: Spouse inititates a live chat session to check on order. Response is the same canned message as received in previous two email inquiries. When spouse asks how to cancel the order and receive a refund the chat session with "[redacted]" is ended. Dispute of the charge initiated with bank since the company will not respond except with canned responses.

I recommend that you DO NOT use this company for ordering custom ordered prints.

I placed an order back in Feb! The orders were all gifts! I sent several emails and online chats and the response the first couple times was that they take 7-10 business days and then after more emails it became 14-30 days! I just got word that one of the 5 is now in the shipping process! Terrible business that I spent a lot of money on! I hope that the canvas prints come in beautiful but I will never recommend this company to anyone unless they can figure out faster service! It's been almost 2 months! Very angry customer!

I purchased my voucher on [redacted] on May 29, 2016 and [redacted] had under description that the turn around time for this product was 8-12 business days. I ordered my 20x30 canvas on their website on May 29, 2016 (that same day) and have not heard any updates regarding my order.

Their FAQs page states under "HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRINT" : "current production times are as follow:10-15 business days for Canvas Prints"

It's been a month (and 24 business days to be exact) and there have been NO updates on my order. The status of my order is still "processing."

I emailed them a week ago to update on my order and have not heard back. I emailed again yesterday...waiting on a response.

When I online chatted with an [redacted] on their live chat to request a cancellation and refund since its taking longer than promised, "[redacted]" told me I can email [email protected] to cancel because that's how they process...the SAME email address as the email that didn't respond to my inquiry....

What a terrible experience. Wish I knew all this before purchasing and ordering.

BEWARE MyPix. I used them heavily from 2012 to 2015. BUT, something happened this year and something is NOT right. It's been 3 months since my order and for the last 2 months I get a generic answer by chat only. Their phone message basically says use chat only. No one will call me personally and they refuse to refund money, stating that they'll only issue a voucher. What good is a voucher if they can't produce a product? I filed a complaint today with the North Carolina Attorney General. Owner's name is readily available via website WhoIs and history.

My experience has been exactly the same. When I ordered I got an email saying it took between 7-11 days to complete and ship the order. It's not been 5 weeks and each time I inquire, they bump the deliver time up. It's now up to 45 days. I wish I'd read online reviews before I ordered. Every review has the same issue and everyone gets the same canned responses. In a number of the reviews, people have been getting the same responses since December or January. Really poor customer service and obviously a bad company. People who have actually received their orders have said the quality is very good, but the frustration of actually getting your order is not worth it.

In late 2015 I ordered 2 canvas prints. Waited about 2 months and no sign of them. When I checked order status online they came up as invalid. Contacted customer service and they said the files had gone missing and could I resend. I said no so they sent me 2 vouchers for use at a later date. In June 2016 I tried again (not using a voucher yet) to order a canvas for a wedding gift. The wedding was end of August. It is now December 12. That's 6 months and it's still "being processed". The two vouchers I was given have since been shredded and I never expect to see the canvas delivered...not even for their first wedding anniversary. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a company.

I have previously ordered from mypix2 without a problem. They had a huge sale in September by email and I succumbed. At the time, the verification said 10 to 15 days for delivery. I waited 30 and sent them a message asking. At the time, was told 30 to 60 days. That has now passed. My order status still says "processing". And I am still getting sale emails from them. Would just like my order or at the very least some proactive communication telling me something!!!

I placed an order from MyPix2 SIX MONTHS ago. I have contacted customer service (what a joke - they offer zero customer service) twice now and have gotten absolutely nowhere. I've been told twice now to be patient, that they're working on the delays and it could be up to 45 days until I receive my items. Nope, try SIX MONTHS! This company is as crooked and untrustworthy as they come, and I advise everyone to stay far, far away and save yourself the time and hassle.

There are tooooo many complaints of orders taking way too long.
I ordered three canvases 14 weeks ago. It should only take 2-4 weeks tops.
They should STOP selling their canvases until they get caught up on production. I see so many ads for two for 1 etc. I think they are taking the $$$$$ and are not going to deliver these orders.

Do not order from this company. It has been 4 months and I still have not received the 1 photo I ordered. I was told over a month ago it was in the printing process. I have asked for a refund or my picture sent today. There is no way possible a company should even promote a business and have this type of customer service. Obviously they cannot handle the volume.

This company knows how to do ONE thing and this is to TAKE the money from the customer. They just don't know how to actually provide a product. Taking money seems so much easier, huh? Leaving customers without a product and their money seems very easy to do. SCAM ARTIST anyone? Just go to [redacted] and see the HUNDREDS of complaining customers on there, not enough for you? Go to their [redacted], not enough for you? just [redacted] them and see how many people they have taken money from and provided no product to. How are they still able to be in business with such fraud and not get arrested or shut down? This is criminal!!!!

This company is absolutely the worst. I placed an order for two canvas prints March 1st (7 months ago) and still have not received the order. THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY WITH NO APPARENT ATTEMPT TO FULFILL THE ORDERS. THIS IS SO WRONG. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR VOUCHERS OR ORDER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM.

While we understand you would like a refund on your order/shipping, we do not refund custom made orders once they have gone to print. "

Worst of all is that they refuse to offer refunds.

I ordered my prints on 2/25/16 and received a confirmation email from mypix2. About 3 weeks later, I had yet to see a "just shipped" email, so I put in my order number to track my package and it was still on the first step (out of 4). I tried to contact them the next day but was referred to a customer service rep via live chat. I explained to "her" my situation and she said that due to heavy traffic, orders have been back logged. "She" apologized and said my order should ship in 7-10 business days. One month and a week later, I still had not received a confirmation for a shipment. Once again, I plugged in my order number and saw that it was STILL on the first step. I ended up emailing [redacted] and said that I was very upset and if my order is not shipped within 24 hours, I will be contacting the Revdex.com. Someone finally responded 2 days later and said that my order will be placed on the rush delivery list, as well as a free 2 day shipping. I have never had to go through this much trouble for online shopping. Terrible service and I will never use them again.

I have tried to reach them. The first time I was told it would to 60 business days now. Because of the volume of orders that they have received. It been past now the 60days and I emailed a 2nd time and still have to receive an answer! I need my money back or send my canvas! ASAP.
This is VERY frustrating!

My order was placed on March 29th and I still have not received my canvas. Two months ago they told me that it would be added to the rush orders and I could expect it any time. Still have not seen anything of it. They have not even responded to my last few emails. My order number is [redacted].

I've been waiting seven months for my canvas. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order on mypix2.com on March 28, 2016. As stated in multiple other reviews, my order it still sitting in"processing" as of this morning. I contacted the company on May 12, 2016 and was told that they were sorry and it would be at least 2-3 more weeks before my order would be produced. This business is teetering close to the "scam" line, as I am sure many, many orders go undelivered because people simply forget about them. Had I done my research, I would have never purchased from them. So glad I spent what little money we had because my husband's housewarming gift will probably never exist.
