This is a horrible, fraudulent company. I ordered a print from them a year ago and never received anything. You can't talk to a human, and if you email them, you get an automated response. They also refuse to refund any money. They need to be shut down.

Stay away from MyPix2! If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered my canvas from them on July 11, 2016, using my [redacted]. It is now January 7, 2017 and I still do NOT have my canvas! In fact, every time I go to check on my order, their website tells me that it is STILL in the processing stage. There is NO telephone number to reach a customer service rep. I have written emails to this company and their response is always that processing has been delayed by 45-60 days and that my order will be expedited when it is ready for shipping. Well, it's been 180 +/- days, and I still have NOTHING!! Horrible, horrible company!

I ordered canvases Aug. 8th and it is Dec. 29th and still have not received them. They keep saying it is processing. When I say I would like to cancel my order they say they will not give me my money back just vouchers.

Please never order from them. I think the entire company is a fraud. They took my money, will not refund it, and never gave me a product. Just one email after another saying they are behind in production the last six months.

Mypix2 produces prints and canvases from submitted photos. I placed an order 2/29/16 and is still not made. The customer service does not respond or say why it takes so long. They advertise on the web daily and send emails for deals daily. It is a unacceptable wait unless they warned me prior.

Ordered a canvas print in June because I was impressed with the system that they used in their processing and the cost. This print was ordered as a gift (anniversary, birthday and now hopefully Christmas). I have been getting the run around for months through their messaging system and still no print. I have received emails twice for new promotional specials. My point is that they need to take care of current customers before suckering more into their horrid system of customer service.

I was searching for a company that could print a wedding photo on a large canvas and came across mypix2. I placed an order for one on July 31st, it is now November 29th and I still haven't received my order. When I check the status of it online it says it is still processing. I have contacted the company twice now, once in October and once today. In October I was told I couldn't receive my money back, because I purchased it through a voucher, and I could only receive store credit. They told me I would be receiving my print soon, so I didn't cancel my order. I can't believe this company has stayed open for 14 years. They lack professionalism and quality customer service and should be embarrassed.

What happened to this company? In the past I had ordered several prints from them, and received my prints within a normal time frame. Like all the previous complaints, I made three orders back in September-- one of my orders is still "processing," and the other two seem not to even exist. Its almost impossible to get anyone to respond to my emails. I emailed them about the missing order and their ridiculous timeline, and of course I just got a generic response about them being backed up, but they neglected to even address the two missing order numbers. I used their live chat feature on the website to finally get someone on the line, but of course they could tell me nothing about a timeline for delivery. If you have ordered from this place in the past- something happened here-- change of owners, or something. I feel like its not even the same company anymore. Do NOT expect to get the same business as before and don't bother ordering from them again. Sadly, you will never get your order (or if you do, who knows when?). It's really a shame because I really enjoyed the stretched canvas prints I ordered in the past. I will never order from Mypix2 again. Really bad experience.

I waited over 90 days to receive my canvas prints and never did. I finally cancelled my order and waiting close to 30 days for my refund I'm told it could take up to 45 days. Horrible customer service.

I placed my order for one canvas for Mothers day 2016 it is now almost Christmas Dec.19 2016. I have contacted the company several time to get updates but every time the response is the same: sorry we are too busy and will give me credit to wait again. Below is their last response to me.

Thank you for your email. We understand you would like to cancel your order [redacted] and are requesting to receive a refund. Our return policy, however, states that products purchased with vouchers, as well as voucher purchases, are non-refundable. We would instead issue you a store credit/voucher on a cancelled order.

Do you still wish to cancel your order and receive the store credit or keep your order in production? Please note, once your order prints we can no longer cancel it. Please let us know and we will proceed accordingly.

I placed an order on December 5 2016 and still have not received it. I have tried to reach them by phone and email no response. All I want is a refund. If you are reading this mypix2 my order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted] I would recommend no one I mean NO one order from this company. Not sure what happened but they are living up to their promises.

I purchased two canvas's on FEB 19, 2016. As of this review, AUG 22, 2016, I've yet to receive the canvas's. I have contacted them via "live Chat" because they do not take phone calls MULITPLE times only to get the same answer.. copy and pasted answer at that.. They did tell me once that they would give me a coupon to use on my next purchase, but like another reviewer said.. Why would we purchase again?? NEVER EVER purchase from this company.. unless you like to wait OVER 6 months.. Glad these weren't for gifts.. Very disappointed.. This is not a way of business.. AFTER 6 months of waiting you should at least offer the money back.. I mean that's the least you could do!!! No excuses.. POOR Business Ethics.

Horrible service by this company. I purchased multiple canvas' on April 30, 2016 and still have not seen any progress in my order, it is still processing. I have followed up with the company monthly receiving the same answer each time about supplier issues and back orders. There are at least weekly emails promoting discounted products and coupons.

I ordered a canvas print several weeks ago and my order is still in the process stage. The website says the order should process within 10-15 days. I sent an email to customer service and their response was they were having issues with their supplier. I'm so disappointed and will not do business with this company again.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a canvas of my family in September with a 10-15 days production time and now it is almost Christmas and I have received nothing but excuses of why they do not have my canvas done. I have tried to contact them and get the same line that they are working on my product and still can't give me an approximate date.

At the time orders were placed they advertised 10-15 business days for turn around. Now the website states 5-6 weeks for turn around. I have been in contact with them more than 6 times...including today. The only response I get from them is that they will ship all late orders within 2 weeks...today it was within a month. I have asked for a refund and they state they will only give vouchers...no monetary refunds. I have not only paid for my vouchers, but also for shipping at the time I placed the orders. I ordered it through buying discount vouchers the company regularly emails me. I contacted the company several times for updates, but they just reply saying "Our current production time has increased to 45+ business days as we have experienced some supply issues that have slowed production.
