I made a purchase on April 8, 2016. I was told my purchase woudl be completed and shipped in 30-45 days. It has been well over 4mths with no product.On April 8, 2016 I purchased several canvases. I was told they would ship within 30-45 days. I have contacted their customer service at least weekly and have still had no product. My order number is XXXXXX. It has been "in processing" for the entire time since ordering. I have continually been told that it will be 4-6 weeks and I should recieve them in several weeks. They refuse to give me a date of completion.Desired SettlementI would like the products that I ordered. Business Response We apologize for the misinformation. Placed two orders A month later and I still have not received them. Can't track them and now company says turn around time is 60 PLUS BUSINESS DAYS!I placed 2 orders on the same day using [redacted] vouchers. A month later and I still have not received either one. I tried to track the order using the order numbers I was given and it says "Order Not Found". Spoke with a representative via live chat who told me that since I placed two orders that their system wouldn't allow me to track them (sounds shady). AND that their turn around time is OVER 60 business days....aka more than 3 months! This was not stated when I ordered the products and is absolutely ridiculous! Who would wait up to 4 months for a simple photo canvas? I absolutely would not have placed an order had they been up front about their turn around/delivery time. I was just told that "they're in line to be made"....with no other timeline of when I can expect my items and no way for me to further track them on the website. I placed my order on 4/7/2016.My order is still showing up as "in process" Been waiting on my order that says 10-15 business days since 4/7/2016. I have had multiple online chats as well as emails with the same robotic response. Each time I complain I am told they are behind. When asking about an estimated time frame they are unable to provide. When asked if they are scammers and if it is a fraudulent business I get no response. I don't mind waiting some time for a product, but nearly 3 months after placing an order that says 10-15 business is completely unacceptable. What if this had been a gift? If the company is this far behind they need to hire more help and quit sending emails about promotions until these multiple orders get placed. Absolutely horrible costumer service. I made a purchase back in early July, was never told there would be a delay in production. Now, nearly 3 months later, there is still no update on my order. Order status still says "processing," and they have already taken my money from me. I can't even call this company, only way to contact is through email. I was told a month and half ago my order would be completed and sent to me within in 60 days from purchase date, which is absolutely ridiculous and it's been well beyond 60 days since I made the purchase. Do NOT buy from this company. Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I just want my money back!

My order for two canvases was processed and charged to my credit card on June 10, 2016 but as of August 8, 2016, I have not received my order. Ordered two 16x20 canvases on June 10, 2016. Order numbers: XXXXXX & I can't seem to locate the other order number. I was charged $41.95 twice (once per order) on June 13, 2016. Canvases were never delivered and according to the website, are still being processed even though the website listed 10-15 days production time. It has been 5 1/2 months since I placed my order and I still have not received it. I placed an order (#[redacted]) on March 30, 2016 for a for a 20X30 canvas. I used a [redacted] voucher plus paid an extra fee to get the bigger canvas. I have contacted the company via email 2 times June 14 and Sept 18th and chatted online once. Each time they say they are trying to get caught up. Please advise on what to do next. I will never order from this company again but I have invested $$ into this canvas and would like to receive it. Still no canvas delivered order placed May 31, 2016 Have contacted their customer service several times. Told today they are working orders from March I placed an order for a large canvas May 31. Their website said 10-14 day delivery time. After a month I contacted them via their email. They said all their discounted sales has put them behind and they are working on it. 2 more weeks pass, no canvas so I contact them again. I am told now that it is taking longer because they changed how they do things. Again I try their phone number which has a recording telling you if you choose to leave a message they won't really ever get to it and to do a chat on their website. I did that today, the chat person, [redacted] was nice but just said the same form letter of delays. I pressed her and she told me they are still working orders from March. This is July 18th. That is just unacceptable to me. I ordered 5 vouchers for canvas prints from this company in March 2016. All orders were in by May XX XXXX, NONE of the 5 prints have been received. Orders made May XX XXXX. None of the orders have been filled. Everytime I contact the provider I am told Hopefully, they will ship next month. This has been their answer for 3 months now. When I ordered a print from them it indicated it would take 6 to 8 days only. 77 days later the website shows my order is still at the processing stage. I have contacted customer service with no avail. Their answers are not satisfactory. They should not be offer discounts if they can't fulfill orders in a timely maner. Ordered canvas prints from co. ~3mo ago, to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. After multiple correspondence no product. Co offers great prices, no deliveryI early May purchased multiple canvas prints from Mypix2 with expected 2-4 weeks delivery. On 6/15 I emailed co, and asked about expected delivery time of orders, XXXXXX, & XXXXXX. The company said they changed procedure and it now will take 30-45 business days, more than twice the original timeline. On July 7th I emailed the co. again asking to escalate my complaint to a manager. I got a response on 7/11 that a manager could not tell me more and they did not know when delivery would be. I replied on 7/11 stating that I think it is imperative for a manager to become involved in the complaint, since no one can tell me when it will be delivered. On July 12th another customer service rep replied and said there are no managers and that it would be atleast 60 business days now for the product to be delivered. On 7/12 I responded stating that every time I ask about delivery time I get a significantly longer estimated date. While I am waiting the co. is sending emails almost daily offering great prices on products that they are not able to deliver in a timely manner. There is no mention in their offers that it will take over 60 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery. I for one would never have ordered from the company if I had been made aware that they had no idea how long delivery would take. All I would like is the products I ordered and my money back for the remaining unused vouchers I purchased. I believe it is a misleading practice to sell a product and not deliver for over 3 month and after repeated requests from the customer. Please refund me the remaining balance.
Product was supposed to ship within 8-10 business days and it is now 40 business days and still not shipped.I purchased a custom canvas portrait from this company via a deal on [redacted] on 4/9/16. The original deal stated that product would ship within 8-10 business days. I first reached out to mypix2.com after 10 business days and was told that due to production issues and recent promotions, their production time was being pushed back to 15-30 business days. I reached out to them again on May 23rd and received the same form email response. It is now 40 business days since I ordered this item and according to the Order Status on their website my order is still in the "Processing" stage. I find this to be false advertising on the part of this company, and that they need to be held accountable when their lead time is more than 4X what they originally stated.Desired SettlementDeliver my product to me no later than 6/10/2016Business Response We apologize for the misinformation. I am waiting more than 4X the promised production time at the time of the purchase, and I still am not being provided an anticipated delivery date. Are you still taking customer orders at this point? If so, maybe you shouldn't until you are able to fill your backorders? I understand that things happen and delays are sometimes inevitable,however, tomorrow will be TWO MONTHS since I placed this order that should've been DELIVERED in TWO WEEKS! As I stated in my initial inquiry (great customer service by the way that I had to reach out to you to find out there was a delay in the first place), this was a present to celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary...at this point I'll be lucky if I get it by my second anniversary. Don't advertise time frames that you cannot keep. Please send my wedding picture canvas that I ordered and paid for two months ago as soon as possible. Thank you.
