After one of their clients crashed my almost new Honda Odyssey after running a red lightThe only accident my wife has had in 30years of drivingThey have been horrible, they refused us a rental and said they would call back when they determined faultThen days after the accident they finally declared it a totalThey gave me days to accept their low ball offer or start paying storage feesDespite clear and concise valuation of the vehicle as a top of the line in "perfect" shape, [redacted] my wife doesn't even let the kids have food or drink in her ride and kept rubber floor mats down to preserve its pristine conditionThey repeatedly use skewed examples lacking the value of extended warranties found only with the Honda pre-owned certified vehicles and insist that they have the right to a "private seller" discountNow they say they have proven the value through a third party programInsurance companies are the sole client and my vehicle perfect, not "good" conditionAnd they want me to get a money back from the dealer so they dont have to compensate for the warrantiesDo they also expect me to have them swap out the wheels and tires? They are absolute thievesPLEASE relay your experiences to the state bureau of insurance so we can document this pattern of behaviorAnd contact your representatives, governor and anyone else you can to change the legalized abuse these companies are permitted

And why could we not have been apprised earlier of the visit so that we could give him/her access if they were going to visit outside of business hours? #3-Our bank was notified on 7/6/of impending cancellation of our homeowners policyI discover this insurance issue on 7/11/when downloading my current month's mortgage statementPer the National General rep, a notice is scheduled to be mailed to us on 7/25/Why is the policyholder not notified at least as early as our bank? #4-The customer rep Lisa made no attempt to apologize; instead, she emphasized that we were at fault due to the gates not being open and not returning a call that was NEVER made to usOnly after I told her that her field rep was dishonest did she abruptly change tune and say the field rep is not a National General employee to which I replied that contracting with them reflects poorly on National General In sum, if this is how National General treats its customers, I can't imagine what a nightmare it'd be to work with them on an actual claim! We are now switching our home and auto policies immediately!

That's why YOUR customer pays youI should be out dollars in this since I'm already the victim and taking a loss as is, not being able to get back into the same vehicle or anything comparable in its classFor the love of everything holy, learn how to run a business properly and maybe people will be more apt to come to your company for more than cheap pricesThey're barely getting what they pay for anyway

My claim was submitted back in 9/2017, I submitted my receipts for reimbursement of my car rental while repairs were being made to my vehicleIt is now 1/18/& the claims deptstill has NOT submitted my receipts for reviewI have called them on a weekly basis and hear the same excusesWHY DOES THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO KEEP CALLING FOR CLAIMS DEPT TO DO THEIR JOB?????!!!!! I would not recommend this insurance agency to ANYONEI do not have any points on my license nor any accidents and my insurance is almost $200, I was recently involved in an accident on 1/12/2018, which I was not at fault, other driver failed to stop at a stop sign however, I am getting the short end of the stick, I guess because him and I have the same insurance company, so they don't want to lose too much moneyThey filed two claims, which it was only suppose to be one, causing me to have claim numbers, my case has been bounced around from person to person without my knowledge, I call one person, they tell me "no your case has been moved to someone else" however NO ONE FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAS CALLED TO TELL ME ANYTHING! I changed auto insurance from N.Gto [redacted] in June of [redacted] let N.Gknow about the cancellationMy bill was paid by automatic deduction from my checking account on the 25th of each monthOn the 21st of June, N.Gtook the payment for from my accountI checked with ***, who confirmed that they had informed N.GI assumed (my 1st mistake) that I would get a check from N.GWhen this hadn't happened as we approached July 25th, I called N.GAccording to the robot (automatic answerer), my policy was still in forceI contacted a real person who looked into the matter and told me he found the information from [redacted] with a note on it which said "take no action"He told me he would handle everything and that I would either get a check or the money would get put back into my accountI have received a notice from N.Gthat my policy has been cancelled as of June 25th and a check was included in the amount of I would love to get the rest of my payment back
