I can't even give this company a star! Worse company I've ever had to deal with! I started a policy days ago and decided to cancel because they didn't offer roadside assistance for my RVI was told that not only was I not going to get any of my $down payment back but I was going to owe them an additional $for canceling earlyWhich is 10% of the total policy that I just startedSo basically they want to charge me almost $for days of insuranceUnheard Of! Oh and if you sell your vehicle that you have insured with them you still have to pay 10% of what's left of the policyFYI! They are part of the *** *** program

I have a car that is insured by NGIC and I was involved in an accidentThe accident was deemed no faultIt happened almost a month ago and I still have yet to speak with my adjuster on the phoneI have only received one email in the span of weeksI have no idea where my case stands, what the next steps are, or who else I can contact regarding this situationI have tried contacting her supervisor, her colleagues, anyoneNo one is responding to me! Do not use this insurance company because they will not return any communication you try to use to speak to them

I spoke to Wayne today for verification of my insurance he was very rude make me feel so bad also ask me so many questions even the rental car agent was amazed that mr.Wayne was so nasty and rude with me

Worst experience! After over an hour on the phone trying to finish up my claim, they transferred me to a different dept, who had no idea what I was trying to do The second department tried to help and transferred me to a 3rd area After that, I had to hang up and start over I asked for a supervisor call back, because there were no supervisors available
That was over days ago I do not have then time or patience to call back again Can I rate them zero stars?

Please do not use this company We had our RV covered with NGI as of today we are still dealing with the month process and our unit isn't totally repairedIt was clear from the beginning of the claim that this was going to be ridiculous They try to get out of paying for obvious damage (stating it was past damage) We had no leaks prior to the tree failing on it
We have had numerous emails, conversations with 3-people in this company The unit will be fixed however, the interior will not match and they don't care So it will be depreciated and they could care less I wish I had checked with Revdex.com before using this company

The woman in intake for reporting accidents tried to manipulate by threatening for information not pertaining to situationBefore she could finish the statement, she was stopped by being told that it wasn't neededWhen it went to the next department, the male couldn't care less about why I was upsetHe said if the assessment was more than the assessor said it would be to contactThere was an email sent to the assessor for the actual amountThey tried to assess from photos and not the actual damageI called to speak to themThey never returned my callThey quickly sent the wrong amount thinking it would make it go awayThey believe that they can fraudulently get what they want and not do what they say they willI believe they have intimidated others to make it so they can make as little of a payout as possible and making it so the victims think no one will help so they can do whatever it takes to get away with itIt needs to stop

Horrible company full of lying crooksSold me renters insurance and assured me my apartments were added as an interested party They were not and the company doenst even offer it Two different times I called and they told me it was doneIt wasnt until my broker contacted them that they fessed up Now I'm out dollars because they refuse to pay me back in full after they actively lied about it

I notice that most of the positive reviews are regarding setting up a policy with National General I, too, had a pleasant experience, and the fact that NGI is a part of GMAC Insurance, I felt I had made a good decision going with them That was years ago On 6/14/17, I hit a light post (my stupidity), airbags deployed, and my lovely vehicle looked like it was totaled NGI made their decision not to total the vehicle, so my body shop was planning on tearing down the vehicle and repairing it Today is 8/2/and there still is no resolution The body shop is waiting for approval to being the repair and order parts, and they are getting nowhere with the insurance companySo the car sits until we get approval If it's not going to be totaled, why can't NGI get the repairs going? The Mazda body shop says they have never dealt with a company this hard to work with
