I have been dealing with a claim with NGI since JanuaryAfter thinking everything was said and done I get a call from MrsS***, claims agent in Winston Salem asking me about the at fault individuals injuries, the location of my car and whether I have paid for my repairsI told her his condition should not be affecting my claim as I have sent her the police report stating I was in no way at fault and it was the pedestrian's intention and state of beingShe said Ok and ended the callToday I receive and email for my insurance to renew and I see that my premium has drastically increasedI log onto my online account and see that my claim is still openSo, I call NGI and the rep states that the witness statement disagrees with my statementI told her that I have the witness statement and it says the exact same thing I didShe paused and said that's strange you may want to call the claims adjusterSo, I called her twice the first time was busy and the second time I got one ring and then her voicemailI am livid that they would falsify a claim for what purpose? I will be ending my policy with NGI after this is said and done

A person insured with National General Auto Insurance hit my vehicle on 5JUL I have been submitting the rental car receipt, which totals $831.48, for reimbursement
To date, I have not been successful in getting this expense paid The rental car needed while my car was getting repaired was authorized and approved with National General Insurance

On 23rd March my car was hit by other car from behindMy car was totaled due to impactThere is a due police complement /record that it was not my faultWhat could have been very straight forward settlement with National general Insurance company turn out to be very frustrating experience from last months
Car settlement is done after one and half months after lot of follow up
I was denied days car rental , Agent made me return rental car in days
Receipt submitted for days rental car payment is not fully paid , I need to bare rest rental car expenses
I have to go through lot of financial difficulty to take care of rental car and delayed settlement , its hardship to go everyday to work and
pick up kids to and from school
no response on medical claim
Overall its very frustrating and demoralizing experience dealing with National General Insurance
