Our fifth wheel roof got damage and they talked me into taking it to one of their providers I headed back up there twice over the roof and I'm have an electrical issues and they wanted to go back to camping world and I'm not doing it againThere was another thing that happened in this incident and they told me I had to file a separate claim for that's not right it's just way they're trying to Make you pay more out of pocket

This is the worst insurance company I have every had to deal with There staff is very rude and unwilling to help They even canceled my rental car mid repair and tried to leave me with out a car to drive After numerous email to the company I had to call and speak with some one in the office to get an answer as to why my rental was canceled before my car was fixed Over all I would never recommend this company I would give stars if I could

I have always pay my insuranceAnd when it came to filing a claim they wouldn't even let me file itI wouldn't recommend themThey wouldn't let me have full coverageBut wanted me to continue to pay for itYou get what you pay for

This is the worst health insurance companyI registered 1/31/canceled 2/20/They tell you are completely coveredThey only pay of the first visits and after that you have to pay 100% out of pocket

National General is the WORSTThey have been the direct cause of weeks worth of delays to the repair of my vehicle and have revoked my rental coverage on the ground that it's taking too long despite the fact that it is entirely their faultIts been days and I have yet to speak to the adjuster and was o my able to speak with her supervisor today who was no helpIf you want an insurance company that will actually insure you, you should look elsewhere

Bad customer serviceDue to their mistake they took $from me after I canceled my policy with themThey will refund the money but only through a mailed check which will take more than a week and they will not reemburse the overdraft fees they causedMy sister's wedding is next week and now I may not have enough money to make the trip because I decided to go with some crappy insurance company nobody has ever heard of

Until last night, I've despised every insurance company I've ever encounteredAlas, in National General, I finally found an insurance company I actually enjoyed dealing withIn full disclosure, I'm somewhat biased due to the sheer mass of money I saved during my one and only phone call with themI can't wait to see what happens when my other insurance policies expire and I get to call them again to switch everything overI doubled my car insurance coverage and added collision ($deductible) all for less than half of what the thieves at *** *** were charging me*** ain't got *** on my buddy Omar at National GeneralIf I could give them out of stars I still don't think that would be quite enough to be a wholly accurate review

I had a loss on my RV.....some folks witnessed storm damage occurring I filed a claim last September I talked to the adjuster once The repair place took pictures and sent it to them No response No response Finally, I talked with Diana (on Dec 1) She said they were not going to cover it as (I forget the exact wording..but that there was previous damage) There was damage prior to my purchase, but it had been repaired She said she would send me something in writing and I told her that I wanted to appeal the decision She said she would let them know It is now weeks and I haven't heard a thing and I can't get by the automated phone system I wish I could give them a zero rating I will not be renewing

National General is a terrible insurance company I was driving into my bank to make a deposit when one of their insured crashed into me from a parking space, I obviously had the right of way I had two small children in the car, one years old, and my other was years old A truck that was the size of a Uhaul t-boned me, causing damage to my back drivers side quarter panel and my back drivers side tire My car is now very unsafe to drive, let me remind you, I have children This insurance company has been giving me and my insurance company the complete run around, refusing to accept liability on this accident, and just leaving this pending for over a month This is absolutely terrible practice, as you want an insurance company to always pay for people who's property has been damaged by your insured, WHICH this insurance company refuses to do Now i'm waiting to for the security footage from my bank because this company refuses to take liability on an accident that was absol
