CAR WAS IN AN RECENT ACCIDENT BACK IN FEBI AM FULLY COVERED HOWEVER UPON DROPPING THE VEHICLE OFF AT HENDRIX LUXURY COLLISION FOR REPAIRS, THE PROJECTION DATE WAS MARCH 8TH FOR VEHICLE TO BE DONEINSURANCE WAS SUPPOSE TO COMPLY THREW OUT THE PROCESS OF REPAIRS BUT DELAYED DOING SOHERE IT IS 3/29/AN VEHICLE IS STILL NOT READY, COLLISION DPTIS STATING THAT THE VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOST BUT NATIONAL GENERAL INSISTED THAT IT WASN'T, AND THAT THE REPAIRS MUST CONTINUEWELL UPON REPAIRS THE COLLISION RECEIVED USED PARTS WITCH WAS REQUESTED BY NATIONAL GENERAL, ONCE RECEIVING PARTS THEY WERE DINGED UP AN DAMAGED AN SENT BACK THE COLLISION REPAIR SHOP HAS BEEN WAITING AMPLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR NATIONAL GENERAL TO GET BACK IN CONTACT WITH THEM TO GIVE THEM THE "GO AHEAD" ON NEW PARTSTHE INSURANCE COMPANY IS STALLING AN MY DAY TIME PERIOD ON RENTAL HAS RAN OUT ON THE INSURENCE AN THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO CONTINUE COVERAGE FOR THE RENTAL, THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY OUT OF POC

I hit a deer with my Audi Aand called in my claimAfter weeks National General called me back and said their animal expert didn't think I hit a deer, so they denied my claimI asked them if their animal expert cared to look at the car in person, because it's a white car and maybe the damage wasn't showing up in the photosThey said no, the experts were able to tell from the photos that I didn't hit a deer with no explanation as to how they concluded thisThis should be illegal for insurance companies to do thisMy car never had a scratch and now my car is ruined and I'm out of pocket for about or 4k in damageI couldn't pay another penny to these crooks and cancelled my policy immediately

This insurance company is a scam! Our truck was stolen and taken to mexico, recovered luckilyor so we thoughtThe adjuster tried filing our claim as a vandalism, when it was a theft there was a guy in jail who confessed to doing so He fought us on everything and went as far as opening up a claim because he said we were fraudulently reporting damages that are consistent with the age of the vehicle(NEVER MIND THAT WE TAKE GREAT CARE OF OUR TOW VEHICLE)We found out from the shop that the adjuster fought the shop getting the truck up on a frame rack like we asked because we travel fulltime with our camper- which was the only reason we chose this company was for their full time coverage Our policy states our vehicle will be repaired to a like new conditionWe had to hire an attorney and the day the adjuster got word that we did he put our truck in told the shop the give him a quote and he totalled it outTried to force us to release liability without giving us any numbers, and when we wouldn't sign it he told us to go pick up the truck or be forced to pay storage feesSo we picked up the truck with no plates and drove it back to our hotelFound the shop paperwork totalling out for $in work, for a limited production truck produced for years They should not be totalling this truck out, he is because he got caught trying to screw us overFast forward to now dealing with the totalling agent who is trying to low ball and offered a buy back of 4500$ Their offer wont cover the costs of repairing it, nor will their buy out cover buying 1/of a similarly compared truck This company has done NOTHING of what they were paid to doDo not use themI shouldn't have to pay an attorney to get a company to fulfill even the minimal requirements written into their own contract! Let alone still get screwed over by having a truck totalled out that should not be totalled out and getting stuck repairing the damages because someone stole our vehiclesThey also wont pay to replace my kids carseats, which were fixed in the vehicle

National General insured my motor homeIt was damaged at a gas station onaugI filed a claim for the first time in my lifeThey have been doing absolutely everything they can to avoid paying the claimPhotos estimates and any information they requested has been sentThey even resorted to requesting my credit card information to pinpoint time and placeI refused to give this information and even said I used cash to prevent them from obtaining any further informationThey even called me a liar saying if was old damage prior to them insuring my vehicleI had to have repairs done to it so it could be move to a safe area because of hurricane Irma I also use it for back up electrical power in emergency at my homeThey are using every tactic they can think of to avoid paying what is dueThey rely on the fact that it is beyond my financial means to take legal action against themThe repair company has let them know it is new damage caused during the insured period
