My car was hit by a drunk diver on 10-25-The guy went to jailI called my insurance company to see if they can help me find out if the guy has insuranceThey just want to settle my case and not do the work to see if the guy has insuranceThey have a company calling me to pick up my carEverytime I call to ask if the guy has insurance they say my case is already settledHow is my case settled when I said i'm not moving forward with you guys until you find out if he has insurance or notI feel like they are trying to fruad me because I have a thousand dollar deductiable and they just want to collect my moneyIf the guy has insurance I would not have to use themI pay a month and they still do not want to help me or return my call

I have accident and critical care with this company, I had an accident on April I fell and passed out ended up with a bad laceration on my head that required staplesI was admitted into the hospital for observationBecause the doctor wrote in the notes I have syncop a history of P.O.T.S (Posterior Orthstactic tachycardia syndrome) His diagnosis was syncope - collapse which means I passed outand head injury, and lacerationThey require the doctors notes which was pages im sure you will find some thing to give reason for denial, I have never passed out from POTS, I was admitted for observation and tests were done nothing was found and released next dayI cant remember everything so they ruled it as an illness caused the injury so will not pay for accidentThe doctors didnt even know if it was the P.O.T.s This is a rip off and now im stuck with over in med bills that I thought would be covered thats why it takes so long to be reviewed so they can find some reason to denyThis is horrible and the people you talk to are mostly rude

I bought the insurance, and months later, I found my insurance was cancelled right after I bought it! without even informing me or refund me the months money I paid!!! Bad faith insurance beware I had a slab leak they pay I am going to a lawyer involved they told us to fix and they pay us

Nat Gen has been extremely helpful and every representative has been very kind and informativeI recently had an accident and the claims process was very smotth as well

It was quick and laughs

Easy online purchase and was very quick with paper work I needed for dmv
