Initiated new service with auto billingAfter two months of service I was auto billed about 30% more without explanation Made several attempts to reach by phone but was often greeted with recording that the company was receiving a large number calls and for me to call later The system then disconnects the call without giving an opportunity to remain on hold They are likewise difficult to reach by emailUpon sending the email, the company takes several days to respond via emailWhen they did respond, they responded that the billing was correct Through repeated phone call attempts at various times, I finally reached someone who recognized the issue and issued a credit for the overageThe following month, I was inexplicably billed for double the amount of water yet had only one delivery charge which was associated to the actual amount of water that should have been and what was delivered Essentially, I was billed for twice the water that was delivered even though the system

I cancelled my account back in late June of last year and paid all final amounts owed to the company and returned all equipment I originally did not sign up with Ready Refresh by Nestle, they purchased I company I was using They proceeded to charge me again in late July for services I no longer had and for items that were returned I contacted them directly and was given the run around and told it would be taken care of and fixed This did not happen, they continued to charge my credit card, so I disputed the amount According to the credit card company they would not respond to their request to show that the charge was valid The amount was reversed so the next month they charged my card again without authorization This happened two more times, each time I disputed, they would produce anything to show the charges were valid My credit card company then advised me to permanently block Nestle I am still getting bills and now they are adding late charges in the amount of

I have been ordering bottled water for almost years When they changed their name from Poland Spring to Ready Refresh their service became bad I don't know if the name change is because of new ownership, but their on-time services are deplorable For the past four months my water delivery date has been changed without notification, thus causing me to waste a whole day waiting for a delivery that is not coming I am years old, not in the best of health, and every day that I have to sit around is not good for me

I am so FED up with Ready Fresh!! I have been a customer with them for almost yearsSince the beginning of the year, I have nothing but problems with my deliveriesSaid they will be here and they don't show up!!! Call and complain and they say it will be here the next dayNO SHOWMost recently in March, I received a new delivery date scheduleThey actually made the delivery in April on timeMy water was supposed to be delivered on May 7thWe still did not receive it on May 10thCalled to complain, we had no water at this time and had to go purchase water!!! Should I really have to purchase water when I should be getting mine on time? And when I am paying for it I spoke with a CS repShe had the nerve to say I should have called sooner!!! She said that the water would be delivered on 05/14/Water did not come on 05/14, 05/15, 05/I guess it's ok if they send an email each night saying it would be delivered the next day!!!! Called on 05/The woman I spoke to promised that I would get it by ThursdayAt this point I was compensated free bottlesThursday 05/and Friday 05/NO WATER!!! Got an email saying it would arrive on 05/21/Called again to cancelI was doneI am now a month and a half from when my water should have been hereI got transferred to a case worker where he told me I would still be charged for the rentalWHY!!!??? haven't been using it, no water is on itAnd that he would schedule the pick up of the cooler on the 21st, the date water was going to be delivered!!! How convenient you can pick you your water cooler, but you can't bring me my water when you say you will!!!! The best part was he said that is my original date scheduledNO SIR, my date scheduled was 05/07/18!!!! Good luck with this company if you choose to use itI have been inconvenienced enough in the past few monthsI would rather go else whereNot reliable at all anymore!!!!!

I have had issues with the service of my water delivery from day I went through different coolers before I was finally given a new cooler as opposed to a refurbished cooler that wouldn't leak all over my kitchen floorEvery month my water deliveries are pushed out at least by one day with no notificationNow I am in the middle of an emergency situation since hurricane Irma is coming to Florida and all of the stores are sold out of waterI called on 9/7/and confirmed that my delivery would be delivered on 9/8/and was told that I was still scheduled to receive my delivery and that if there was going to be any change I would receive a callBy around noon on 9/8/I called since I had not received the order and I was advised that my order was scheduled to be delivered on 9/11/I explained that I had not pre-purchased any water due to my already scheduled delivery and since I had called and confirmed the delivery and had not received notification that it would not

Ready Refresh by Nestle has BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE they changed my invoice date and attempted to run my card on file prior to notifying me, and then withheld my delivery because of the past due balanceI should be notified in writing before they change any payment/ invoice agreement and should also be notified within reasonable time to make arrangements When I signed up for Ready Refresh, I entrusted them with my debit card information on good faith, and I would have sufficient funds to pay them for their servicesI have repeatedly asked/ requested that they remove my credit card information, since I can no longer entrust them with my debit card information They have used veiled threats that the only way they can remove my card on file is if they run my credit!! If I signed an agreement with Ready Refresh and used my debit card for purchases, why would they need to run my credit and get my social security number!!! My office has been a customer of a small business getting monthly drinking water deliveries for nearly years Nestle-Ready Refresh purchased the company recently and we decided to terminate the service I have been attempting to terminate the service, have the cooler and empty water bottles picked up, and have our deposit returned since May 21st I have spoken with different service representatives (Jessica (May 21), Doris (June), and Lisa (June)), and scheduled three separate pick appointments The company has never come to pick up the equipment, and today (June at p.m.) Lisa refused to "guarantee" that they would honor the pick up appointment that she just made with me for tomorrow This continual changing of delivery and/or delivery appointments appears to be their standard business practice, if social media posts are any indication, and reinforces our decision to terminate business with them
