We first ordered a water dispenser and bottles of water in June Our delivery date came and went with no contact from the company I called them later that night only to be told that there was an issue with the route and the delivery was rescheduled for the following day This was not acceptable as I have a job and couldn't miss another day waiting on a delivery I was able to get the delivery rescheduled for the following week Our first regular monthly delivery was scheduled for July 10, Again no delivery and no contact from the company I called again and was told the delivery was delayed and would occur on July They told me they are short handed and couldn't get our delivery done on time July comes and goes No delivery! I called again and was told it was rescheduled yet again I don't believe this is the way any reputable company treats their clients One character another Frankly, it is not my problem as the consumer that they are short

Like the others here, I have received absolutely horrible customer service from this companyThe company repeatedly fails to make their deliveries on timePerhaps worse, however, is that the company does not care at allThey do not take any responsibility for their missed deliveries (which are rampant and throughout the country, as a search of Yelp reviews will confirm.) There has not been any communication to the customers and no apologies or explanationsWhen I call customer service, I am met with rude responsesI (perhaps stupidly) am giving them one more chance to delivery my water, but I fully expect that they will miss that and I will be canceling my service

For months now I have been dealing with my delivery being cancelled or rescheduled without any notificationI contacted the company and its seems to be the same excuse without resolutionThe last straw was when I accessed our company account and it stated we have a deliver for 06-12-I confirmed the delivery thinking that would ensure I receive my delivery on that dayThe day of the delivery I logged into the account and they changed the delivery date to 06-13-When I called customer service to complain they seem not to care one bit and gave the same excuseI told the rep to cancel my account because I cannot deal with this anymoreShe had no problem cancelling the account, her lack of care showed why there is bad history with this companyOn 06/13/I received a call from Andrea the supervisor and again she was of no help and not willing to rectify the situation to keep us as a customerI told her if she is not willing to comp my originally bottles from the resch

Called the customer service number regarding my invoice (###-###-####) on 10/22/spoke to Edna and per Edna after she hung up on me on the first call and I called back and get her again and I ask why she hung up and she said we were disconnected and I ask to speak to a manager she apologize and we resolved my issue and that she was supposedly zero out my balanceToday 10/25/I login to my account and saw that $was debited on my account so I called them and spoke to Danielle and she hung up on me also after explaining to her that per Edna this was suppose to be zeroed and per Danielle no it was not and I explained to her what was and all of a sudden I hear a click I called another ###-###-#### and spoke to Chris and that's when I decided I'm just going to go in this direction since I can't speak to the manager or supervisor to explain my issuesI don't have any other number that I can call and I know its not that big of an amount but they insist that it was for bottles

an account with Readyrefresh.com for beverage delivery, this company is owned by NestleThey repeatedly dropped off deliveries on my doorstep without any invoices.I had lost the account login information and loginWhen I finally found it I I have tried to cancel the account online but they will not allow you to or give you the optionFinally my credit card expired and I figured my nightmare of unwanted deliveries with readyrefresh.com was overHowever without my consent they managed to fraudulently deduct the funds using my new expiration date on my credit cardI never gave them the new information or authorized the charge on my new cardI am not sure this is a [redacted] but it is certainly unethicalAn ethical company would have sent me a bill and I would have been happy to dispute itI can not believe this is a practice that Nestle would do, but apparently they didI had to call my bank reverse the charge and cancel my credit card to avoid further fraud

Made appointment to pickup their equipment today from 9-1pm but no one came by so I called at and was told by Beth that they are busy so will pickup tomorrow I told her I have waited all day and should be compensated for the day She said they have me down for tomorrow I had to call several times because recording said they are busy call back later and when they finally answered they had a minute hold time That is very poor customer serviceWhen I asked for a manager she said there is no one available

Ready Refresh was supposed to deliver the equipment and required me to stay home Stayed home and they rescheduled They did this thrice and I had stayed home for all three days The service is so badI had asked to have a call before they came and the representative instead cancelled completely No email for cancellation nothing They do not respect my time and expect the customer to bend to their whims

Nestle waters continues changing my prices that we agreed upon Im sick of calling each time they "accidentally" change the price I know its not a large amount but trying to sneek in extra fees is unacceptable How many times do I have to call about this? We agreed on $rent and thats what I should see on my bill

This business grows more and more dishonest by the month They raise their prices, reschedule deliveries multiple times in a row, lie about when deliveries were made and when you contact their customer service, they refuse to do anything to remedy it Each month, they are supposed to deliver their very expensive water, and many ancillary fees, and they cancel and reschedule for the next day, and then do the same the following day, et al until they finally deliver but you have young children at home and the tap water is unsafe in [redacted]  so you had to purchase the water elsewhere and they do zero to ameliorate matters! It's theft, bait and switch and they did it in February, March, April, May and now again in June!

Back in January I disconnected my service with this company due to financial hardship I keep getting charged a late fee every month that my balance remains unpaidI think that's unfair for a company to charge someone a late fee once service has been disconnectedI called the company to express my opinion and to see if something could be done and was told no by a customer service agentShe offered for me to speak with a supervisor who told me the same thing
