I have been experiencing problems with the water delivery service for a few months nowTwice they advanced my delivery date so I did not get a chance to take the bottles outOn 4/at 5:pm I got a notification that the bottles would be delivered that same dayI rushed to my house, and the bottles were already thereI got stuck with bottles in my basement That same day, I called to ask them to pick up the bottles, but they said that they would not be able to do so until 5/On 5/11, I took out the bottles, but they did not show upI called again and they said they would pick up the bottles on 5/17, when my next delivery was scheduledAll bottles were brought back inside the house On 5/17, after taking all bottles out, I got a notification that they can't deliver until 5/18; and on 5/another notification that they won't deliver until 5/No water for the weekend, and all bottles inside once again On 5/21, all bottles out, and then notifications that the

I live in [redacted] and as many are aware we were facing a category hurricaneThis service online PROMISED my family would be delivered water by a specific dateI put my trust in this service, and my water was never deliveredThis left myself and my family facing a severe storm with absolutely no drinking waterI felt my families lives were in jeopardy due to not having the essentials to face this storm, after trusting this company's promised claims and paying for my water that was promised to be delivered during a specific time

We are sorry to hear of any misinformation that he may have been provided, and? agreed to honor the initial agreed upon discounted rate that he received with his first delivery for the second delivery made on July as well.? Any late fees and cancellation fees have been removed, leaving the customer with a balance of $for these two deliveries.? Mr [redacted] feels that he has made a payment for the initial delivery, though our records do not indicate this payment.? Hi – I have been a dedicated customer for several years now I have watched as you have raised prices due to “increased fuel charges” only to see them not come down again when gas prices declined I have a family of six – and we rely on our water delivery – so I haven’t complained about the egregious price increases over the yearsI will not accept, however, the poor management of your delivery service where I am constantly left without water I’ve attached documentation of my recent delays which is only getting worse I am also now experiencing the substitution of different water for my requested brand – getting distilled instead of springThis isn’t rocket science and knowing what your customer needs a full days in advance warrants a timely, accurate delivery Not only am I cancelling my service, I will be sharing my experiences of poor customer service in my online feedback There are far too many options out there to pursue, rather than accept this level of incompetencePLEASE CANCEL MY SERVICE MY EMPTIES ARE AT THE CURB

Readyrefresh delivery is HORRIBLE...they don’t deliver when promised send constant emails changing delivery datesdays past original delivery & water still wasn’t delivered...then charged for that water that wasn’t delivered...cancelled service & asked for bottles to be picked up....weeks of waiting they left full bottles after service was cancelled!!! Now days later still waiting on them to come back for the bottles they shouldn’t have left!!!!!!!!

Delivery has been rescheduled times without a reason Telephone numbers are not picking up nor able to take messagesI have made a complaint to company via e mail and since then have been rescheduled more timesI feel they are doing this as a way to get back at me for complainingVery dissapointed in this company and there are no others that deliver Nestle waterMy hands are tied and they need serious looking at! This complaint is for the Ready refresh portion of Nestle Waters I have horrible water at my house which is not fit for drinking I signed up for the water delivery service to solve this issue as well as to use for formula for my baby The water delivery seldom comes as scheduled The delivery dates changes all the time, forcing me to go to months without a water delivery This also requires me to make a trip to the grocery store in order to exchange and purchase the extremely heavy gal water bottles which are supposed to be delivered to my front door This past Thursday, I checked and confirmed my delivery which was scheduled for today, April As of this morning, the delivery has been rescheduled to the end of the week.....but Im sure by end of the week it will have been rescheduled for the following week This ocurrs with every delivery I have been dealing with this for over year and at this point I am beyond frustrated They do not perform the service that the

I order five gallon bottles of Poland Springs water every monthOnly one {1} bottle is deliveredI am billed by auto payment from my bank account $I then have to try and correct this every monthTheir customer service number is automatedTheir website is vague I am cancelling the service and would like a refund for the six bottles I don't get , but get charged for
