My deliveries keep getting rescheduled and I cannot get my water delivered on-time When I check on the website it says delivery is scheduled for one day and then I will check again and its a different day Then I will get an email saying my delivery will be rescheduled and it takes a very long time to finally get a water deliveryCustomer service is horrible and they tell me there is nothing they can do (If I am lucky enough to get through to them Most of the time there is a recording saying they cannot accept phone calls.) They have recently raised their prices, but yet they cannot perform the service they are contracted to do

This business had my credit card on file for years Nothing changed on my end They stopped the authorized monthly payments on their own, and never notified me When I noticed that the service stopped I went on line to re-enter the same information that have had What I did not notice is that they charged me $for a $"unpaid" balance which they had my CC info all along

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was an e-mail communication with a list of issues that I requested a specific response, and I have not received that response Adding to that: There was a $promotion per case of the [redacted] brand cases of teas that I would like the $promotion price applied I am not satisfied with the rate and frequency of errors of the Ready Refresh company When a company makes its mistakes, it costs the other party in time, money, and peace--those are the three most value things I own in my life Mistakes are not acceptable, and they should never happen to begin with I also asked for a Senior Citizen discount, which there has been no feedback on that issue The e-mail services response system is deficient A communication will be sent, and no reply is received or a substandard non-disclosure reply is provided after three weeks That needs to be corrected and be more professional My issues were listed as items to be addressed The issues stated are not resolved We have, in this family, limited supplies of time, limited supplies of money, limited supplies of energy The company that wants our business needs to behave like they want the business, and understand that we need to save in this difficult economy--we need our dollars to stretch--we need lots of savings and quality Most thoughtful consumers in this environment, demand the same Any billing mistake, any subjecting of random fees, and overcharging on the past series of bills needs to be scrutinized and returned to the proper owners I can be replied at: [redacted] I don't want to discuss this situation because I get angry I don't need the hassle, and I'll just drink water if that's why I need to do to survive [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I'm writing this complaint on behalf of my mother who's a senior citizenThis company keeps on postponing water deliveries to our home in the [redacted] in [redacted] My mom is seventy and this is unacceptable stressThe delivery service keeps on re-scheduling and fails to notify us when their comingSo we have an accumulation of bottles waiting for pick upI've spoken to the customer service department and spoke to a lady two weeks agoShe claimed she put down a bottle pick up request in and that was over two weeks agoThe driver has texted my mom on more than one occasion saying they can't come Secondly, the water company does not deliver the bottles when they claim they willNor, does the driver wheel in the water bottles when they did in the beginningYou see this is a problemMy mom is aging and going to retire soonIt's only okay now because I'm home from graduate school but moving out in OctoberSo I won't be able to lift the heavy

Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to speak as she disconnected the call after I indicated that I was calling from [redacted] by Nestle.Our records indicate that on 1/4/2016, [redacted] fully closed her account and discontinuted service with our company.? Her last delivery was made on 12/29/2015, which was prior to the closure.? We do not charge for our service until after deliveries are made, and as MsDoyle was enrolled in our recurring automatic billing option, we charged her credit card for this delivery on 1/19/2016, after her invoice closed on 1/16/2016.? This billing practice is standard for all of our customers, and we have never charged [redacted] for a delivery prior to it being made.Regardless, we apologize for any confusion this situation may have caused and regret that she had an experience with one of our representatives that failed to meet her standards.? Feedback will be provided and addressed appropriately.? Additionally, as a courtesy, her final payment will be refunded to her credit card within 2-business days.Per her request, we have also emailed a confirmation of the account closure to [redacted] ***, as well as an explanation of the situation as we were unable to speak today.? I have Ready Refresh scheduled to make deliveries to my parents once per month at [redacted] Ready Fresh was supposed to deliver the water on April 5, Then I get a notice they can't deliver April 5th so they are going to come on April 6, Then I get a notice they can not come on April 6th they are going to come on April 9th This is the second time that they have played this "game" in a very short amount of time When I try to contact customer service the message says they cannot take calls at this time They NEVER seem able to take calls They bill for the services but they do not provide the product in a timely manner My parents are years old and live in [redacted]  without a lot of storage so we do not "stock" bottles we expect delivery when it is scheduled

I have been a customer of [redacted] water delivery service for over two years, now called Ready RefreshLast year I moved addresses and the delivery services began to frequently come late and unannouncedThis is problematic at my new address because I live on the third floor and a key is required to get into the building, so the driver needs to buzz so I can let him inThere is always someone home at my apartment and there is no reason for the water to come unannouncedI made a call about this at the beginning of this year and the customer service rep assured me it would be taken care ofIt was not and the delivery driver would continuously drop my water off at the bottom of my building unannounced, left in the sun or snow until I realized it was outsideThe larger issue arose today, when I tried to cancel my services and the customer service rep told me I owed nearly $for un-returned empty bottlesNow, for the last year, since the delivery driver has come unannounce

Customer Experience Specialist, [redacted] attempted to contact Ms [redacted] on March 13px;">th, 27th and March 31st, leaving a voicemail each time He also emailed the customer directly at the email located on file Ms [redacted] was upset because her empty bottles had not yet been retrieved, which caused late fees to occur [redacted] adjusted off the unbilled balance of $60.88, bringing the balance to zero [redacted] has not been able to speak with Ms [redacted] directly regarding this issue [redacted] did provide his direct contact information should Ms [redacted] have any further questions

We cancelled service for of our locations, the coolers were picked up and the compnay continues to bill usIn addition they insisted that the coolers were not pciked up adn when they went out to the locations and found they were not there the manager Kim K [redacted] told [redacted]  from our compnay taht we could either buy the coolers immediatley or we would continue to be charges a monthly fee

I WAS INFORMED WHEN I STARTED MY WATER DELIVERY SERVICE ON 2/18/THAT THERE WOULD BE NO MONTHLY/YEARLY, ETCCHARGE FOR MY WATER DISPENSER I HAD ACTUALLY OWNED A UNIT OF MY OWN THAT I DISPOSED OF DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR USING THE COMPANY'S UNIT NOW I NOTICED THAT I HAVE BEEN BILLED A RENTAL FEE ON MY INVOICES I CALLED THE COMPANY ON 3/20/AND SUPERVISOR SAMANTHA C WAS NOT WILLING TO REMOVE THE CHARGES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE AND DECEITFUL FROM THE BEGINNING
