Customer Experience Specialist, [redacted] spoke with Ms [redacted] regarding her recent billing issue Ms [redacted] stated that she never received confirmation from the outside collections agency that her account had been settled She states a letter was to have been sent to her for her records, but never received it Ms [redacted] also stated that she never received and email that was promised to her with a confirmation that her payment had been made [redacted] apologized for the inconvenience and offered to assist her Ms [redacted] stated that shortly after filing her claim with the Revdex.com, she received both the letter and the email that she requested She thanked us for the follow up and said that the issue had been resolved [redacted] provided Ms [redacted] with his direct contact information should she have any further questions

Deer park has horrible business policies and practices who in the world needs to give their social security for water ? I have gone with Fiji who is better for me anyway I'm outraged that they where not willing to take a mail payment vs a credit card I would prefer to see my bill before paying and who lets them get away with this ? This is outrageous

We canceled our service with this Company 6/1/and paid all monies that were owed to them They took the equipment back and poured out bottles of water on our front lawn They keep calling and emailing me for money owed to them which we do not oweI asked to speak with a Supervisor and show them our timely payment history thru my bank records and they said that we still owed them for a service that was never received

I have enrolled for weekly water delivery service for this business enterpriseI received water on 5th April and supposed to get water on 12th April which I did not for some system problem according to a customer service representative whom I spoke to on 12th April since I didn’t get the deliveryAfter talking to the customer service representative I was promised to get the water delivery on the next day which is 13th April (friday)Now again I did not receive the delivery, upon calling the customer service the representative said she doesn't know why the delivery did not happen and can't help me till Monday - 16th aprilUpon speaking to the manager she said the same thing and mentioned that water delivery is a luxury product and sometimes they delays upto monthsI asked her to help me out as I have a medical condition( [redacted] ) where I can not go out and get water by myself and for me water is a necessityI mentioned that this is a mistake from their end by not deli

for the past months I am expected to receive delivery twice a month and every time I am about to receive water delivery it is delayed or not delivered on timei have been in touch with the company and they are not able to resolve the issue on the other hand I am still being chargedthe deliveries are always delayed not on time or are reschedulednow I have to go out of my way and buy water where I should be getting water delivered

In January I was informed by a Nestle supervisor in billing that my bill was $of which $ in late fees from -- Oct& Nov I paid $of this bill on Jan 11, I was told no late fee would be accessed on my account and that I could pay the remaining balance of $in Feband no charges would occur on my bill I paid the remaining balance in Febcausing a zero balance However, in January I was incorrectly charged a $balance on my account and was accessed late charges in Jan, Feb, March, and April of for this past due amount of $-- this $was not told to me be rather continued to accrue (4) consecutive late charges of $a total of $ I am asking that a billing adjustment review of this business and their fee charges be reviewed
